Yes you are right as far as the motives of dancing attitudes and happening right under the nose of parents when they accompanying them to shows and other public shows. And to correct this phrase education does start at home rather than in schools !!!! Or " pirmeira obrigaccao depois devoccao".

This should be taken as an eye opener to all the underage boys and girls too, when they should not think like a free as a bird - that too has a home to live in with morals and ethics more so.

So let us take whatever we can absorb from this erroneous attitude we might be presenting which others see and distracts, and hope to come on right track of behaviour to respect parents as our guardians all the times. Good luck boys and girls let us at least behave whenever out in public and forget about keymorals scene!!!! in private.

Impersonating someone else with these kind of filthy messages and exploiting the respect of individuals and reputed organizations is an act of cowardice, and absolutely inhuman. FORWARDING such emails not knowing from where they have originated and without knowing the authenticity of the SENDER is nothing less than fanaticism. I am ashamed to say that some of Kuwait’s well-informed and renowned persons are involved in forwarding/circulating this crap.

I am sure, our Goans/friends can overcome and recognize these problems preferably through heightened awareness and improved educational treatment.

Let us use our time and talent for a better cause..!

Dear Veronica,

THanks for your article. Your article is good except for few harsh words. I too always tell many of the youngsters that we Goans are only fit for dancing but intellectually we are nuts. Or else we would have flourished like anyting. See the Keralities and Mangolreans too. I used to see the Keralite children getting 99 or 100 marks when they were studying with my children in Kuwait. But we also have to remember that dancing is another form of relaxation from our busy schedule and tensions. Its how one person takes it and uses dancing as vulgarity. For me dancing is a form of relaxation.

Anyway, keep up your good work and I dont miss any of your article.Take care of yourself too.
