A MUST TO SEE TIATRO “KITEAK HO BAZAR CHOLTA”

Coming Friday 11th of this month is the much awaited date for the Kuwait Tiatro goers to see one of the best Tiatros of this season “KITEAK HO BAZAR CHOLTA” at Hawally A/C Hall, starting at 3.30 p.m. Written and directed by the prominent stage artiste Mini Mario, “Kiteak Ho Bazar Cholta” is a different type of story revolved around moral degradation in Goa. Why this is happening and who is responsible for this degradation? The writer and director says that Goans should witness this Tiatro and thru this Tiatro Goans should know what is happening in their own land and hence take corrective steps to change the situation in Goa.

According to many of the Kuwait Goans who saw this Tiatro in Goa, it is worth seeing since it is very educative. According to Pal Soares one of the well known Konkani stage writers and directors who has shown his Tiatro even in New Delhi, “Kiteak Ho Bazar Cholta” is a must to see by the Goans in particular and Konkani people in general. Further, Soares says that the role veteran Sabeena plays is worth appreciating. Earlier Sabina was an integral part of the then Goan theatrical group called Young Stars of Goa. Besides, attractive and one of the beauteous spots of Konkani Stage Anna will surely mesmerize the audience. Even priests in Goa acknowledged the importance of this Tiatro. The combined efforts of every artiste is the hallmark of the success of this Tiatro.

Within the next 24 hours or so, according to the organizers, Mini Mario will reach Kuwait with his well acclaimed troupe. The visiting artistes coming from Goa will be joined in Kuwait by the locals who are already immersed in their rehearsals.

The musical score for this Tiatro will be provided by Shahu and his troupe while Stage setting will be done by Santan SPA.

The local artistes who will participate in this tiatro are Rosary Ferns, Comedian Philip, Michael D’Silva, Bab Agnelo, M. Luis, Salu Faleiro, Braz, Andrew, Raina and Leena.
