On 26th of this month, in Candolim at Araddy Vaddo, the
Catholics of that Place numbering about 100, in the evening in front of the local
Chapel gathered there to mark the “Natalanchi Porob” by conducting prayers and
singing X’Mas songs. Araddy is a small Vaddo in Candolim and till a few years
back it was very thinly inhabited. The
gathered people took active part in the programme where finally they were
served with dinner.
Next to the small Chapel the local young boys under the supervision of young man Mr. Desmond enthusiastically prepared the Crib indicating
the birth of infant Jesus CHRIST, the CRIB drew heavy attention of passers-by
on the road touching the Chapel. Some of the pictures are shown below.
