Rascalisation of MLAship has already been done by the Rascal  MLA’s from Goa not only singularly  defecting to another party but jointly in a group of like Donkeys when 10 DUFPRS belonging to the Congress Party like Prostitutes  jointly defected to the  ruling party BJP for certain price which turns into millions as per the information circulating then but nobody for certain is aware exactly what was the price the defector “DUKORS” got -  oh I am sorry for calling them Dukor because by equating them with Dukors I am making a big mistake to bring them to the level of Shit eater Dukor who inspite of being the human Shit eater are far superior to the Goan defector politician Dukor who have bastardised themselves to the extremely lowest level. But above these Dukors I have more Dukors to mention and they are none other than the DUKOR BJP who encouraged this defection of course shamelessly without having respect for the clean democratic system.  What a disgrace the BJP acquired on them by being a party to the bastardisation process of democratic experiment in Goa! And why the others from 40 elected kept their silence on this thereby giving an impression that they have also accepted this nasty defection? Nobody should find fault with me for using the hard hitting terminology that the defectors deserve.  They are so corrupt and so bad that they will not only spoil our Goa but also our society.  From them our younger  generation will learn nothing good but everything bad.  In view of this we should be duty bound to oppose them in whatever way we can but we should not let them go Scott free. They are the enemies not only of our Goans but they are the enemies of our nation India.  For such enemies we must crush to death otherwise they will crush us.

 

The other DUKORS are the earlier defected ones to the ruling party  were  the GFP’s rascals who inspite of promising in front of innumerable people at Saligao Tinto during the public meeting on the eve of last general election for Goa Leg. Assembly 5 years back that  they  will never defect and on top of it their ringleader the shameless bloody “RAN DUKOR” Vijay Sardesai  said that his party just did lend numerical support to Parricar the bloody “Baizon” who inspite of his opposing Parricar finally went to suck the “Balls" of Parricar who  was snatched from this planet by the law of nature.  Punishment comes lame footed says Robert Stevenson the English novelist.  This party GFP   is the  worst PARTY that did not care even for its own top party personnel like its former president Mr.Timble without even consulting him Vijay Sardesai jumped into the “kastti” of Parricar.  Sardesai I think under the impression that GFP is his BAPAICHEM BENS by taking an unilateral action of joining Parricar.  I am calling these traitors as real Rascals openly because I don’t  find any appropriate words to describe their action  of the Judas who betrayed Jesus  with his KISS.  In the same manner Judas betrayed Christ, Vijay Sardesai will betray us once again if we elect him once again. In the light of what I said above, all the voters of Fatorda Constituecy must refrain from voting their “CHOR” candidate Vijay Sardesai if they want to save Goa from the further calamity Goans are having sore. I call him the Chor because he robbed us of our trust we reposed in him He knows to play his card well, being in minority occupying Seats in the Assembly he shakes the majority, he knows he should not put all the contestants for the election but he can get maximum benefits even if his 2-3 contestants come out victorious.

 

The job of betrayal is the worst, there is a saying in our language Konkani “Patki zuncho pun nhoi Ghatki”.  When these Traitors  will be out of the Assembly after the coming Assembly   election as defeated, somebody must use his Shoe or Chappal to fly on their faces till they realise their fault.  IF such incident had to happen in the Middle East especially where there are Palestinians, these Palestinians would not only burn all the defectors but they will also burn the Legislative Assembly Hall as well  and possibly all the houses of  all the defectors when they are sleeping along with their wives and children. But are we capable to do even 1 percent of what they are capable of doing? Where are all our robust justice seeker Goans   gone now?  Why they cannot catch them individually and question them strongly?  What mistake we are making is this that by allowing these people to go scot – free after committing the blunder of defection thereby robbing us of our trust we reposed in them.  We cannot leave them free, there is no greater mistake in our political system than the mistake of allowing  defection and this mistake is done  intentionally. These defectors are not even ashamed of living on this planet instead of committing  Suicide because they are shameless. Where are the voters of the Constituencies where all the 10 DUKORS of Congress got elected?  Why they did not gather courage to raise their voices forcefully against their defection?  Why they became cowards like Congress Party that  proved to be impotent in the time of crisis especially the last defection?  These Congressmen are so stupid that it looked to me they wanted this defection otherwise why they did not make a big noise like Dr. Jack Sequeira did in early seventies when 5 of UG’s MLAs defected to Bandodcar’s MGP?  I think Girish requires little Grease to apply for his Balls to move the wheels of his system. He should know that to handle the presidency of Congress Party at our State level is not easy, our politicians and especially the Congressmen are the cursed people because our elders have cursed the Congress Party when under its leadership Goa was invaded/conquered without consulting us the relevant Goans thus bringing us the real Goans into disgrace.  That time Bharat serkar of “Fotting” Nehru had no right to send his massive military force into our peaceful Goa  and to invade our “Bhangarache Goem” in the name of Liberation. To Hell with this fake Liberation. it was the Dadagiri of Bharat as it did elsewhere in other parts of India.  As a mark of protest for invading Goa, in the first Assembly election all the real Goans joined together and inflicted the most humiliating defeat on Congress Party, such humiliating defeat Congress of Nehru never got anywhere in India.  Such a humiliating defeat people are expecting this time on Congress because they bring Altu-Faltu candidates and dump on our heads telling us to elect them. How can I vote for the candidate of Congress this time when the same candidate last time opposed Congress?  Is this man is having any principle and ideology of Congress?  Is this man is having any vision for Goa as per the Congress doctrine?  Congress party is become like the party of “Cheddio” where it kept its doors open for any type of “Pamprel”.  The word winnable capacity of Congress candidate is doing a great harm to Congress and this will be the end of Congress unless Congress does something extra ordinary at the last minute.

PLATILDA THE WELL-KNOWN TIATRIST.

It was in mid sixties while watching one Tiatro at Mapusa of the then famous Tiatrist  M. Dod de Verna  who   was the top Playwright, director, songs composer and singer and when he came to  sing a Trio along with the smart and attractive young girl wearing a Red short Skirt and a White Blouse along with her equally smart elder brother, the young girl mesmerizing the audience and youngsters like us more not only with her attractive looks but more with the way she was singing so beautifully and so confidently like a seasoned artiste, she was none other than Bai Platilda whose real name is MARIA PLATILDA AFONSO E DIAS a resident of Betalbatim at the huge ancestral house of her.  BY seeing the  structure  from outside one could easily deduce the conclusion that this is the heritage house and once you enter inside, you  notice the reality  with two big family Altars and old fashioned Chairs called Lovers Chairs besides many other different type of Utensils and etc. Though she developed in the Tiatro art at an early age especially  in singing where both of them she and her brother excelled so well that even the Governador of Portuguese Government of Goa Vassalo e Silva patted them doing highest degree of eulogy. It so happened that when they were performing an item of singing in her Eacola Primaria – the Portuguese School where she was studying Portuguese, the Governador then was attending that day’s school function in his capacity as the Chief Guest. For that cultural programme, she and her brother Aires were singing one beautiful Portuguese song “QUE SAUDADES” that captured the attention of the Portuguese Governador.  Immediately the news of this incident flared-up like wild fire even alerting some of the top Tiatro directors. She proved her smartness in acting and singing in Tiatros during the Portuguese rule in Goa and she developed this Tiatro art during the rule of Bharat “Serkar” when  she beautified it more by attracting  greater attention of the  audience because of her comments in Portuguese in which she was perfect since she was the Liceuist at Margao and she was speaking Portuguese with ease just as the late comedian Anthony Mendes used to do  by passing a few comments in Latin which were creating peals of laughter in the Hall.  She was combining well in the Play or in the songs with her co-artistes namely the seasoned comedians Jacinto Vaz and Luis Rod whom she had highest regards. She was at her best doing the comedy roles.  Her comedy duets with Luis Rod were always sought after by the audience and most of the times they received the encores.  

Then immediately a flood of request offers came to her from the top directors one of them was M. Dod de Verna but her elders at home refused to let her go to act in the Tiatros.  It should be noted well that during those days acting in the Tiatros was considered as an act of low grade and cheap people.  There was a time during the earlier days decent family would not easily get their daughters married to the Tiatrist boys and it was even said that “instead of getting your daughter married to a Tiatrist boy it is better to tie a heavy stone to her neck and throw her into the Well, though exceptions were there.  And it must be noted very well that somehow or the other the Tiatrists acting in Tiatros received bad name, they were considered as low class of people, high category of people were not acting in Tiatros, of course again exceptions  were there and not only this even seeing Tiatros was considered as an act of low grade people.  And if it is a female artiste then you cannot accept anything

 

If you  analyse the history of Tiatro when it was initiated by Lucasinho Ribeiro from Assagao Bardez Goa, one and a half century back, it was considered both as acting and  seeing it as an act of  elite class of Goans with a nice educational background, very good discipline and best character.  In fact the founder and initiator of Tiatro Lucasinho Ribeiro was himself an educated man.  This image of Tiatrists and that of the audience lasted for about 25 years. However, after this period Tiatros went into the hands of Rostad Tiatrists many of whom were illiterate and who were very cheap and coming from hoi-polloi family background.  And the attendance also came from cheap quality of people.   All dirt and vulgarity started entering into Tiatros so much so even the Church started talking ill of Tiatros, in one word it was considered as the venue of Sin.  Seeing this state of affairs of our Tiatros, one fine morning Joao Agostinho Fernandes from Margao Salcette Goa and who is called Pai Tiatrist, while sitting on the  ground at Cross Maidan in Bombay and while feeling hurt for seeing the state of affairs of our Tiatros which gone down so low level inspite of the fact that he along with its initiator Lucasinho Ribeiro worked so hard to bring it  to such respectable level that it is gone now into the hands of ROSTAD TIATRISTS.  This he told to one of the passers-by who saw Joao Agostinho in very sad mood and tears were pouring from his eyes.  At that moment that passer-by approached Joao Agostinho Fernandes  asking him very humbly “Irmao, kitem zalam ani kiteak roddtai tum he porim?” 

Meantime, Platilda got the much required permission from her elders and she started her acting freely.  As an youngster Platilda  gained lot of limelight in her locality tempting the local directors some of them were the  renowned ones and among these was the late M. Dod  de Verna who approached her guardians and elders not once but thrice but unfortunately he was denied the liberty by Platilda’s elderly Tiu (Uncle) who was the orthodox type of a  Goan and being so he believed in some of the traditional disciplines of Goans especially of those Goans who were considered themselves as feudal type believing themselves as superiors  to others having low level. Finally when M. Dod de Verna agreed for all the conditions imposed by her Uncle,then only he agreed for Platilda over anxious to participate in the Tiaatros with top professionals having gigantic images on the Stage to participate. Then saying Eureka – Eureka, Platilda went ahead and there was no stop not only for Platida but also for  her brother who both started to participate in the Side Show singing Trios and Duets with M. Dod de Verna who considered then as the most prolific composer and singer  like Alexinnho de Candolim.  In fact he was then called as second Alexinho de Candolim. This was the most glorious period of her career because she not only acted well in the Plays but also sang very well and when she noticed the audience were very happy too with her performace she enjoyed the most.  She loved to keep the audience happy because since they are the people whom we are performing otherwise she never cared  and secondly they are coming to see us by spending their precious time and hard earned money, it is because our duty is to satisfy them, they can either make or mar us, said Bai Platilda.

Her Share (Charges) per Show was fixed as Rs 25/- and it was very good then when  purchasing power of a Rupee was high.  However, she never demanded money either high or low and never acted in Tiatros for the love of money only.  In fact she loved acting and singing in Tiatros so much and she loved her audience extremely well who  showered her with their love and affection.  Such a love and support normally no person gets. Every artiste used to do  her “APURBAI”, she received lot of patting from the  senior artistes who used to take care of her and advised her to move in the right direction, one of them was Alfred Rose who when he and she too were not busy, Alfred Rose used to take her next day’s lesson and used to show her  the lessons she was to do on the next day.  It was like a Tution class for her.  He taught her how to utilize every available minute and not to waste any single second.  This indicates how the then senior Tiatrists used to groom her to be perfect in life and not only on the Stage and Alfred Rose being an educated person he could mould Platilda in the best of directions.

     

Every director knowing her peforming so well volunteered to induct her in his Tiatros and noticing  their expectations she accepted every director’s demand as a challenge and ultimately she came out victorious.  Even the then topmost Tiatrists and directors in whose Tiatros she acted namely J.P. Souzalin, Prem Kumar,John Claro, M.Boyer, Mike Mehta, Anthony Mendes, Anthony D’Sa, Remmie J. Colaco, Nelson Afonso, Star of Curtorim(Sesa Pai), C. Alvares, Alexinho de Candolim, Aristedes Dias, Vicent de Saligao, Saib Rocha, Robin Vaz,  Peter Gomes and many others admired her talent. Her favourite Tiatros among others were “To Bhavtto Dhormancho” by Alexinho de Candolim, Almas dos Outro Mundo by Nelson Afonso in which he indicated to what level Goa would reach in few years time due to the unhindered influx of Non-Goans from other parts of India and how they will deGoanise Goa.  These prophetic words in the title of that Tiatro, meaning “Dusrea Sounsarantlim Bhutam” became reality now and that it became a reality is firmly confirmed now.  What we see in Goa now?  Not the “Bhutam” from outside Goa?  I salute Nelson Afonso for being a prophet who gave a prophetic message to Goans about 60 years back.  His death at an early age was a heavy  blow on Goa. Meantime she was already a part `of the group “YOUNG STARS OF GOA”.

 

Coming back to Platilda, her acting in the Tiatros has helped her tremendously, this acting part of her opened her horizon beyond her surrounding thereby helping her to be a huge part of the society.  Then when she got involved in the Tiatros she not only became the “lokhpriya” but more than that she became the darling of the Goans. In one word she received highest respect from every segment of Goan society not only in Goa but even in Bombay and in the Gulf where she was treated with highest love by the Konkani community comprising  Goans, Mangaloreans, Karwarees and Bombayites.  The love and affection that Platida gained from different peoples from different Konkani communities was unique in the sense that all those people showered her with spontaneous love.  Her each and every  entry on to the Stage was fabuluousy applauded so too her exit, her audience would love to see her more and more.  Speaking on this particular subject she said she is very grateful to all her supporters who admired her throughout her long career on the Konkani Stage. I was overwhelmed by such a warm welcome I was given by my fans she said.

 

Then  she concluded saying though she enjoyed the best of life on the Stage  yet in the beginning it looked so difficult task to perform.   Secondly, during those days due to scarce amenities available at our disposal we had to face so many hurdles coming on our ways, there was no proper transport to  ferry us from one place to the other, so many times we had to spend  the nights  after nights in the public Gardens in the major cities of Goa awaiting the first trip of the public transport to carry us and our luggage which at that dead nights we had to carry on our shoulders and heads and even walk such a long distance.  However, never getting bored and disgusted but went on smoothly only for the sake of love of Tiatros and because  we loved Tiatros we managed to carry on with our job so nicely.  Though the share and emoluments we were getting for our service in the Tiatros was not much yet we never indicated any grudge.         

Her message to all the Tiatrists is “Adore the Konkani Stage and respect your directors, be polite and do your part well, do not use vulgarity neither in words nor is dress code and not in action.  Tiatros have got better days ahead. Always give your best when you are acting in Tiatro.  Be grateful to those who helped you in ascending to the Stage and be respectable before the audience.  I wish you all my Tiatrist brothers and sisters and everyone involved in associating In staging of our Tiatros namely Musicias, Contractors, sponsors etc.  Please do your part well and memorable as our senior and elder Tiatrists have done so that your memories remain in the minds and hearts of the people by giving good messages to the audience as our elders – Tiatrists – have done.  And precisely because of this they are still in the minds of the people.  Their memories will remain as immortal.  May God Bless You All.

ELECTION CAMPAIGNING

 

MICHAEL   LOBO.

As shown in one of the TV Channels and the same is seen today  īn the mid-mornīng, Michael Lobo a high pitch BJP man till very recently and now turned into a Congressman started his campaign in Calangute in front of One Cross stating that we must send BJP back home because releasing his anger on BJP who he said was fully responsible for the ills afflicted  to Goa and Goans.  He further said that the blame for Mining disaster was the creation of BJP  and now since such a long period all those who were affected miserably due to the stoppage of mining the BJP must own the blame.  Unemployment that is  existing in Goa is due the BJP fault, our youth who are made incapable due to lack of any facilities by the Government is the making of the BJP government, he said further. 

 

In fact according to Michael Lobo all the   disastrous happening in Goa for the Goans even side stepping locals and giving preferential treatment to outsiders is the policy of BJP.  While BJP is blamed for evil that is happening in Goa what Michael Lobo was doing?  Sitting idly and watching the tamasha?  He said no body was listening to his voice.  What a kiddy argument Lobo puts.  If Ghandiji was alive now, he would tell the Chief Minsiter Sawant as Ghandiji advised soon after the independence of India to the then Congress President Acharya Kriplani to resign from the post that he occupies if Congress Party does not listen to his advice.  

 

If Michael was  real Michael Lobo he would take his resignation and fly on the face of CM Sawant and by coming out from the BJP circle he would tell the people how Hitlerian BJP are become and in the bargain he could earn   public sympathy,  Michael must stop shedding Crockodile tears when he was fully a party to every act of BJP either good or bad.  How was it that he worked so hard to help the BJP form the government after the last election?  There is saying in Konkani which says “Apun zanvcho khuim nitt ani dusreank marchem mitt.

 

How long this honey moon of Lobo   with Congress will last?  What guarantee is there that he will not re-join the BJP after getting elected for the greed of powerful portfolio? 

 

During these days we see some Christian Candidates going to the Hindu Temples besides their own Churches to pray for their victories.  Is it right for Christians to pray in the non-Christian Temples?  As per Christian  doctrine, they have to adore only one God that is as per the Bible.

TIATRIST SABINA.

TIATRIST SABINA.

 

Ihet was in early or beginning of Sixties as an amateur then but immediately entering into professional arena, the well-known Tiatrist of yesteryears  Bai Sabeena Pereira e Fernandes first  time appeared on Konkani Stage  and dazzled the audience.  It was Master Vaz who inducted her in his Tiatro “Bapui” staged at  Mahim Victoria Church Hall where she played her wonderful role opposite to the then powerful  and best actor Saby Coutinho.”

 

Her career in Tiatros started in Bombay where she made name and fame for her and reached to highest  peak in Goa where she played her roles extremely well in the Tiatros staged by Young Stars of Goa where she was privileged to be a member of that group. Till her joining this group they were in dire need of aone smart female even though they tried some but none  of them re This group came into existence  soon after the invasion of Goa by Bharat in December 1961 on 19^th of that month.  It was Conception – Nelson – Anthony who were singing their Trio song “Ami atam Goyam ravon faido na, chod borem zatelem ami atam Brazilak gelear”.  This Trio they rendered at Mapusa is the first Tiatro staged at Mapusa immediately after the invasion of Goa.  All the Goa lover Goans even those who were shouting slogans against Portugal and demanding liberation from the Portugal they all  instead got invasion.  Immediately after completing this Trio song they were arrested by the Mapusa Policemen. During the same Tiatro another singer the most renowned Kid Boxer,  the most powerful political singer of whose type never another appeared on Konkani Stage nor will likely to appear in the future, was also arrested. His solo was a direct slap on the Indian Government for invading Goa without their consent. For this Tiatro Administrator of Mapusa came not to see the Tiatro but to arrest Kid Boxer because intelligence passed the information to the concerned authority that Kid Boxer who was known then that he was an anti-Indian and that he was earlier arrested in Bombay on similar charges as he was arrested now,  imprisoned in Nasik and then deported to Goa, rendered such a powerful “Zupatti” to the Nehru Government of Bharat, here are a few lines of that piercing song”

Tum bhitor sorlai chukon, mortoloi sukon, Dusreacho desh pochona.

Tum nestai fokot valo ani khatai fokot palo

Tum Panpotti khatai ani poch’chu korun thuktai, lozui kaim disona.

 

When Conception – Nelson – Anthony were arrested as per my information none of the members of the then Tiatrists Circle of Goa which was existing then and known as “ The Stars of Goa Stage” indicated any interest nor concern for the arrestees.  All the top Tiatrists of that time were members of this group. As a mark of revenge and anger the Trio kings took a very bold and powerful decision and formed a new group of Tiatrists known as “The Young Stars of Goa” under the leadership of Conception with the assistance of Nelson the second in command and Anthony the third in command.   Initially YSG did not take into their fold anyone  from the former group but gradually they did and in the bargain SGS died a silent death for YSG to rule the Tiatro Stage of Goa in Goa.

 

As a young and attractive lady somewhere in the mid sixties Bai Sabina joined the group of YSG where she was blossomed into a totally excellent Tiatrist playing any role and singing nice songs with her charming personality propped up by very attractive dress code but her beauty focused mainly on the beautiful Sarees she wore with matching long sleeves Blouses.  Before her joining YSG, they tried some to absorb one of them into their group but all proved not capable but Sabina by her sheer excellence and extraordinary  courage to face the huge audience Sabina immediately gained the confidence of the leadership  of YSG and she proved to be the powerful member of this group.  Her songs  mainly the beautiful duets with her husband Greg the Candolim who was the well-known Tiatrist then. Her one duet with Tony Sax which was highly romantic was very popular then, it was “Happy Birthday to you Gracy”. The other duet that reverberated everywhere was with her husband on  “American Naval Ship Seventh Fleet”  during the Bangladesh liberation war India fought with Pakistan. Instead of Fleet of War Ships known as Seventh Fleet Greg comes with a Bag of Tins of Fleet meant to kill the Bugs.  At the later stages Greg became the top Comedian and as such the audience too has accepted him. Besides, she also rendered innumerable songs namely Trios and Quarters.  Her one most memorable Trio was the one that she rendered along with her husband Greg and Valent Mascarenhas which was very interesting where she takes side of her brother-in-law when her husband drives him out of his house because he is become old and sick when she asks her husband “why cant you have pity on him when he did so much for you when you were young saying       

“Tukam tanne vaddoilo sukhan, Khelloilo aplea gopan ani vhodd kelo aplea mogan,    

Atam mar marloi khonttancho, bandpas toddloi bavponnacho, kiteak churchure korinai mat?” This particular Trio gave her a big booster.

 

She acted in innumerable Tiatros of different Playwrights and  directors so also acted with them namely C. Alvares, Prem Kumar, M. Dod de Verna, Aristedes Dias,  Saib Rocha, Remmie J. Colaco, M. Boyer and others. In between Mario Menezes was responsible to bring her back on the Stage when  she stopped acting  after her husband death. Even though she is fully satisfied to have played her part as  a Tiatrist on the Stage with total love for the Konkani Stage and  Konkani culture within her capacity yet she still at moments gets the urge to return to the Stage but unfortunately time is not in her  favour.  Even  members of the audience will love to see  and welcome her back especially those who saw her during her hey days especially in the Tiatros namely  “Oh Dolorosa” by Nelson Afonso, “Divorce”: by Aristedes Dias, “Portuguez Kolvont” by John Claro.  In these  Tiatros she played her roles superbly well.  And it must  be noted well  some of the directors wrote special scripts for her knowing her strong capacity to do any type of role.  As for me the best role I liked of her was that of a daughter-in-law in the Tiatro “Gorabo” by Nelson.

 

She expressed  her sentiments by telling how difficult time they underwent during those days when there was no proper  transport for them  to travel from  one place to the other and travelling by Caminhao was horrible, there was no electricity and hence they had to make use of Petromax, spend the midnights at the Ferry Point Jetty in Panjim/Betim or Cortalim/Agacaim till 6.00 AM and their  Share was not high yet “we then played our part well to keep Tiatros alive”, said she.  She said with pride that she and others like her acted in Tiatros during those days inspite of so many difficulties only because of our total love and              dedication for Tiatros.  I am grateful to Tiatros for giving me my identity and so many advantages and also I am grateful to all my fans for showering their love and affection on me throughout my so successful career for whom I thank profusely.

By  wishing all the best to all the current Tiatrists, she said nothing will stop Tiatros, Tiatros will go on and also  will go on flourishing more and more. May God Bless Tiatros and Tiatrists.

Is he from Panjim?  Is Panjim  his own City/Village where his anchestry lies?  And what is his contribution in the society and in his constituency, in his village and in his own circle?  Just because he is the son of the late communal and the greatest irresponsible Chief Minister of Goa who was number one disgraceful for supporting defection and also a communal having an unique record to have supported the demolition of Babri Masjid, Utpal should be gifted with the Panjim Election Ticket?  Or is it because  we by tradition are  known to adore not only our leaders but even their Dogs and Cats, leave aside their sons and daughters? Utpal it looks is pushing for his candidature for Panjim Constituency by taking advantage of his father’s domicile in Panjim.

 

There are better candidates for Panjim who has better experience in handling political affairs than Utpal  and also they have excellent background of contributing something but not like “ BONDE NAL”  whose only ambition is to jump from here and there in search of ” funkott” sex and illicit money by posing as sons and daughters of Ministers.  The aspirants of Election Tickets in Goa some of them the over ambitious children of politicians are struggling to contest the election when their contribution in the development of their constituencies is Zero.  These over greedy children of politicians are better advised not to run fast but to slow down their speed and listen to what I say here that “You have no  right to contest the election because you have not done anything for the cause of anything and anyone.  And what have you done for Panjim to get the election Ticket from  Panjim Mr. Utpal?  Youngsters like you did was to enjoy monetarily when your “Chor” fathers were Ministers in which case you were directly used to quote your commission for the approval of contracts by your bloody “chor” fathers who are on record to have spoiled Goa. These juveniles who are on the verge of filing their  nomination papers want to live like Maharajas on the strength of their fathers who were and still  are a curse on Goan politics.  I cannot understand why they are  sticking to politics of contesting elections. After all the “Khazoor” one gets thru political  game is much heavy than the one you get thru the game of soccer.   

 

It is not in Panjim only such a “Kalcho poircho potto” feeling that he is like the son of the king in the Gulf and being so he should be provided with the Election Ticket.  This bloody kid  who wants to be treated like a Monarch for doing nothing worthwhile thinks too much of his father as a politicia.  The power and dignity of his father “BJP put in the “Kochreachea Dobean”. This is yet another proof of what our saying says” “Cholta Konknno ani halta Xendi”, you get respect and importance only when you havwe power otherwise you just like another dead Paricar.  If he was alive now, even his adversaries would beg with him to field Utpal in the coming election. How many voters and persons know  Utpal leave aside how many people know that he has done anything for the cause of the people in Panjim?  It is we the voters are at fault for allowing inexperienced and immature kids to  enter into Legislative Assembly by voting them. These kids once they are elected they act as nothing but like LAPITT.

DONT BE FOOLISH TO VOTE FOR FOOLISH PARTY

 

AM I A FOOL TO SUPPORT AND VOTE FOR THE FOOLISH  PARTY?

 

Till recently I was supporting “X” party since a long time now because I subscribe to the views and ideology of this party.  In Goa politics is handled by the most third class persons and it is a hard fact that not only they are third class but even their parents and grand parents and to go a bit further even their anchestors.

 

In my constituency Congress promised the election ticket to one of the  long time supporters but suddenly a few days back it is given to understand that an ex BJP MLA is assured the Congress ticket. This man during last so many years was with the BJP, fought two elections against Congress Party, when first time he contested on behalf BJP he was deeply supported by one of the Congress stalwarts from Calangute not because he loved BJP candidate but because he hated the then Congress candidate.

 

In the coming contest on the next Valentine Day ‘Loddai” there were at least three aspirants for this ticket and at moment it looked that one of them is surely getting this ticket.  One of these three even distributed Halwa to his constituents and started sporadically his door to door campaigning and now what we learn is this the Congress ticket is gone from all of them and it is assured to the ex BJP man who was  assured the Congress ticket for his wife elsewhere in Bardez.  What I cannot understand is this,  are we so crazy after this election that we are so  restlessly struggling by going to any length to get the election tickets to our Stupid Sons, idiotuic minded daughters and half mad wives.  Otherwise let them say what are the specialities of these “MODDCHE POISE” they are imposing on the electorate as extra luggage?  Are they worthy of contesting the election?  In what areas they have proved their calibre?  Just because they  are wives of their husbands and sons and daughters of their fathers they should be allotted the election tickets?  What a state of affairs of our democracy?  Among all these dependents to be the contestants  in the coming election are of ZERO Importance, they are pushed from behind by trheir husbands and fathers who are equally idiots who are responsible for taking our democracy and politics into the gutter because they are come from gutter.  If you see their past they come up with all the slavery and degradation that it is shame even to vote for them. Because of this background they are capable to to do any dirty job.

Now those three who were given high hope are gone dry and one among them who even came to my place soliciting my support which I assured him full heartedly because he deserve it, was worst hurt.  Giving the man all the hopes and at the last minute denying the ticket, is it right? Is this the Congress Party which once Ghandiji associated?  Would  Ghandiji accept this type of betrayal from his party men?  Congress is become now the party of“ROSTAD” and precisely because of this crookedness Ghandiji even suggested to disband Congress Party but the crook type of people in  Congress namely Nehru opposed this move of Ghandiji who was even against the idea of using Milltary force to liberate Goa. Otherwise we the Goencars would be very happy instead of suffering all the  ugliness, unwantedness  we are now facing in the so called liberated Goa. It must be noted well that by being a part of this Bharat you become a curse man and there is no Country  in the World as corrupt as our Bharat is and yet our leaders are denying this hard fact.

Now according to the fresh information all the three aspirants of Congress ticket to this Constituency as a revolt joined the Calcutta Party that is come to destroy Goa with its superb Culture, beautiful Tradition and peaceful History. Our Cultural habits are so good that anyone coming to Goa feels envious of this and many times asks why such a Culture and Tradition is not existing in his State even though he is also from the same land India.  But he and all others must know that it is not India that has our culture, our culture is created by us for us and it is we the indigenous people from this very land of Goa that has created our  culture  for us.  And about India, which is the India we are talking about?  Is it the pre-Independence or post independence when India forcibly by using its  Millitary force at its disposal annexed to it so many States against their wishes, e.g. Kashmir, Hyderbad, Goa and Nortern States.  Talking about richness and peacefulness of our Culture it must be noted that such a rich culture nowhere in India exists because it is due to the gift of God that we had 451 years of colonisation of very decent and God fsaring European Country Portugal from whom we imbibed so many best of habits and almost equal volume  of influence of Christianity that made us so different from others. Christianity has influenced evry Goan to frame his mind and body to fit in any society and anywhere and above all Christianity in Goa made the Goan born and brought up here as best person in all respects and above all a peace loving people.  And because of this there are no  religious riots in Goa as we often have Hindu –Muslim riots in other parts of India.\

All the three Congress deserters will  take some voters with them and split the votes in favour of BJP.  In this case where is the principle of defeating BJP in the coming election? Because of the conflict between the three  former  Congressmen and the Congress party the whole holocaust will fall.  This will be like this as it is Said in one Konkani proverb “Reddeam Paddeamchim zogddim mhontlear Zaddam Maddancher Kau”.  In this case since it is the wish of every contestant to defeat the BJP, why  the three Congress deserters give their full support to Roshan Mathias  who has got unblemished record and such candidates requirted now?  The impression of the   two at least in the Constituency is not rosy and as per my observation none of them is capable to bring the Calcuttans in our Constituency.  But by supporting Calcuttans we are only digging our graves.  They are nowhere closer to us culturally – traditionally and historically though they may be  much higher than us in some other aspects but what is our uniqueness that is we are peacefull and decent people, no body can surpass us.  We don’t have militant culture to produce Naxalites and bring aout disorder in our beloved Goa.  In late mid and late sixties inspite of the wave of Goonda type of Calcuttans descending on Goa and creating murders  and robberies in the areas of Mining belt  such as Sirsaim, Tivim, Assonora and surrounding areas must  make us to think twice.  Those who are singing hosanas in praise of the name of Mamata Banarji, I must tell them that Mamata is not Indira Gandhi nor Shrimati Bandarnaike nor Golda Meir nor Margareth Tatcher.  If West Bengal is developed then why so many Calcuttans are daily pouring in Goa in search of job and to fill their belly?

In the coming election it is better to reject  anti-Goan – anti-Goa forces.  In this direction, the Catholic Church in Goa is doing a good job of advising occasionally to be careful while other relious bodies are silent.  What it is  going on in Goa in the name of election is against the teachings of all the religions and in view of this all religious leaders in Goa are duty bound to give proper advise to their followers from their Temples.  Is it right to buy votes? Is it not right that it is a Satanic way that put both the parties into the Sin – Giver and  recipienmt of money?  Is bribing to get votes not a sin?  The money that is flowing in Goa from Calcutta is of Volcanic dimension, it is certainly not legally acquired  money but in this huge quantity it must be the illegally acquired money which itself is full of sin.  Can any religion accept such money?  This money create  sinful acts and spread sin all around.  In vie of this all the religious bodies must issue a joint  Circular condemning the sinful acts committed by all those involved in this process.  

Otherwise Catholic Church must alone move and issue a strong statement as it did in seventies against the sinful Carnival in Goa by declaring in bold capital letters that CARNIVAL IS ANTI-CHRISTIAN.  Now similarly the Roman Catholic Church must also issue a Circular to  oppose the sinful acts of all those using bad means to win the election by saying :  SUPPORTING – ASSOCIATING – RECEIVING FINANCIAL DOLES AND VOTING FOR COMMUNAL AND ANTI-GOAN FORCES IS ANTI-CHRISTIASTIAN.

is there any hope for Romi Konkani?

 

This is in reference to the news item in Herald dated 11.01.22 “asking equal official status to Romi Konkani  also”,  I feel NOBODY will listen to this plea as long as current Nagrivadis  are around to control its future and also as long as some of the current inefficient Romivadis  are around to handle this issue.

  The weakness in having a strong leadership to Romi Konkani is a big disadvantage for Romivadis whom Nagrivadis  suffering from superiority complex and playing on the inferiority complex  Romivadis are suffering, are treating Romi Konkani as no issue.  They feel only the Nagri Konknni should look after Konkani.  Nagrivadis used Romivadis for doing everything to get it  recognized except official status.

As an initiator of Kuwait Konknni Kendr during my vacation in Goa I was taking active part in 1986 in rallies – meetings – hunger strike in Panjim.  When I was invited by KPA to attend one of their meetings at Keni Hotel, Panjim, as an observer, I noticed how weak our Romi stalwarts were to argue our cause with the Nagrivadis.  For a major part of the discussion, I found our Romivadis were only yielding and nothing wielding. There I noticed that we lack strong leadership. This is where we lost our battle.

Secondly, after the recognition of Nagri Konknni only, I met top Nagri stalwarts who were members of KPA, they told me the draft copies of the Bill to be passed in the Assembly were kept open readily for all concerned  persons to read and give their suggestion.  But according to my information later, none of the Romi stalwarts took pain to go thru it and suggest changes as per our need.  If they had to go thru it then they would point out  the mistake .

POLITICS OF MICHAEL LOBO.

Today’s hero of Congress Michael Lobo was the villain  of 5 years back for allegedly being instrumental in denying Congress opportunity to form its ministry when Congress  was the  clear victorious in the last election. Michael Lobo will do anything to grab power for the enhancement of his personal  interest.  During the last election he was against Congress and his clan was speaking so much ill of Congress and now it is just the opposite?

The genuine Congress workers  being the supporters  of Congress  since it  is less communal, what an irony they must be facing now  to associate with the same old folks including Lobo to work for the  same Congress for whom Lobo and his group opposed so vehemently in the last election?  What a drastic change in Lobo’s move from BJP to Congress !

 It is ok for Lobo to go with the Congress when he does not care for anything but others do  care for their  integrity, decency and above all, morality.

Now, what  guarantee is there Lobo will not defect to BJP or to any other party if they offer him the post of CM? Last  time all troubles started because everybody in the congress legislative wing was aspiring for the leadership and now  Congress is still not indicating its Chief Ministerial candidate, will history be repeated in 2022?  Time alone will answer.   

Being the voter of the same Constituency of Michael Lobo , I am sure like last time, he will  come to my  door which he remembers only once in 5 years, requesting  for my vote. At that time he should not bring any envelope with something in it because it is against the law and that what is against the law I will not accept.

BJP - CONGRESS & MICHAEL LOBO.

 

He was a villain about 5 years back in the eyes of Congress but now he is the hero and by joining the Congress party today evening as it is said, Michael Lobo  will be surely contesting the Calangute Seat not as a BJP candidate but a Congress one.  This time he will not have the smooth sailing because his votes will be splitted between him and some other like minded candidates mainly Goenco Avaz whose candidate Roshan Mathias will create a solid dent in Calangute Constituency because Roshan is very upright young man and knowledgeable too.  He is not known to have deceived anybody nor robbed anyone neither he is crook nor kept concubines in Saunta Vaddo and in the surrounding areas.  What role model a candidate can be by keeping Concubines?  Such bloody rascal  candidates what good performance they will perform in their Constituencies?  They will with the help of their Pimps and Dalals make false propaganda of their work they do in a inflated manner to give an exaggerated view of their contribution.  But as a matter of fact their performance  in their Constituencies is nothing substantial, they are only making development of their own business  and their other ventures.  Once they are elected they apply their minds for their own personal development.  Otherwise see your own MLA’s and Ministers? 

 

What did they do in your Constituencies?  They purchased big properties and constructed big buildings  for them to give for rent and make money.  When they first time contested the election they had no money but within one term they became crorepotis. From where they collected so much of money?  It is nothing but it is looted money.  Then to stop the exposure of their loot they got themselves  involved in silencing the voices of any opposition  to them in their Constituencies by using goonda force, this goonda force is  maintained by them for their own benefit.  Did they provide jobs for the young persons from your locality?  No, this they cannot do and even if they do they must have already charged you heavily and in such cases is it worth to elect or to re-elect them?  What for re-elect them?  To give them more  opportunities to exploit us? 

 

No MLA or Minister will work for you and for this reason it is not only a sin to elect such rascal candidates but it is a big sacrilege to vote for such rascals who when get elected thru your votes they will do harm for the poor people  who got nobody to help them to improve their situation.   To elect bad persons and corrupt candidates will be against our religion and still if we elect such bloody rascals then  surely we will receive harsh punishment from God.  Nobody will escape this punishment for intentionally voting the corrupt candidates.

 

Is democracy  meant  for us the Goans?  I don’t think we are worthy of it when we are on record to have molested it beyond recognition.  It is 2 decades now our politicians who got democracy in Goa on silver platter without putting in their efforts especially all the “rostad”  defector politicians  who are the real murderer  of democracy in Goa.  Every politician in Goa is making bad use of democratic process in Goa, the Goan politicians instead of utilising democratic process constructively they use it destructively thereby giving a very bad name to Democracy which is the best form of government.  The annexation of Goa by the Bharat gave to Goa nothing better  than the Democracy but the Goan politician made mockery of it by using it for his own selfish end.

 

Michael Lobo externally looked like a Nuisance value MLA for BJP but internally it looked whatever he was doing against BJP it was pre-planned it looks to me, it is just a drama and its authenticity one will come to know once he got elected and then joined BJP once again.  Michael Lobo is a good Tiatrist  and as such he knows to play his role well and in fact he will.

 

What about those candidates who were sure of getting the Congress Ticket for them to contest the election in Calangute constituency?  Were they fooled by the high command or low command with a false promise?  And  If they are really cheated by the Congress Party will they retaliate to silence  once and for all the Congress brutalities  and lying capacities?  Do these rejected gentlemen have the courage and capacity to bare the Congress?  Congress party since time immemorial were known to  cheat and yet again they did the same is not a mystery, it is their routine on which they are like cunning foxes are living.
