Mr. Y was another manager, a General Manager from Lebanon of Christian origin. Lebanese Christians are normally proud thinking they are more cultured, more educated, more sophisticated and more westernised. For many of them the world is only around their own shadow. This General Manager Mr. Y having a degree from American Beirut University was having a feeling that he was the graduate from Harvard or Yale. He was suffering from superiority complex because he was not a metropolitan man. His interaction with the intellectuals was very thin confining only to his own community and that too low grade members of his community, thereby giving him an impression like a Frog that the world is only a Pond where he is living and thereby suffer from artificial superiority complex.

He was a one eyed man among the blinds from Lebanon. Because of his top managerial position he was surviving in Kuwait especially because the Labour Laws were in his favour. He was such a Donkey and rubbish, for every moment when he was angry he was using vulgar words such as “I fuck you”, “you bloody bastard” etc. and insulting the staff like hell. Such indecent terminology he used not only against lower cadre staff but even to other junior Managers in his division. As it is a normal trend in Kuwait, he when joined this company brought along with him his whole Lebanese gang by offering them very good salaries and positions. In this gang were his nephews and cousins to support him. In this gang only his Lebanese Dog, Cat and Rats were missing but not his concubines which are the latest perks provided to many of the top Managers.

Because of undignified way of living with mistresses and concubines thereby prostituting the dignity of the Manager, the prestige of Managerial class of people degenerated into something like that of Pimps and rascals. Who will respect in a true sense of respect such undignified Managers? They will enjoy respect not as dignified human beings but only as Managers during their working hours and that too in and around their work premises and not beyond.

This Lebanese Christian General Manager was not a normal human being but what to do? People working under him had to face mental torture till he was sacked by the owners of the company. He was treating Indians as sub human beings but he was so ignorant and idiot that if only a fraction of intellectual Indians start pissing, his whole of Lebanon including his American Beirut University will get drowned. All the idiots who make their assessment of Indians on the basis of Indians working in Kuwait they should think twice. What they see of Indians in Kuwait is not even a tip of an iceberg. And Middle East Arabs should know one thing that it is only because they are Arabs they can survive in Kuwait as they are surviving.

Many of Indians working in Kuwait are of low category, a good number of them are rejected in India and many others are not capable to survive in India luxuriously. Kuwait is Heaven for them; they have no importance in their localities in India. India is an industrial giant and a nuclear power while Arab world and especially Lebanon is far backward. Indian students are not going to study in Lebanon and other Arab countries but many Arab students from the Middle East especially from Lebanon and Palestine are coming to study in India, some of them on scholarships at the cost of Indian Government financed by the Indian tax payers. Indian sick people do not go to Lebanon and other Arab countries in the Middle East for high grade medical treatment but Lebanese and other Arabs from the Middle East go to India not only for getting best of medical treatment but also with much lower cost.

Dear Mr. Veronica,

Good article, hoping that this article of you may help such Managers if they spend some time to read it, to open their eyes and understand about the reality that causing damages to the poor staff working under them, after all, you said it as no managerial capacitied individuals are in Kuwait. Here, the maximum 10th class education and the Chamchagiri wrestling is more than enough to become a Manager and the designations are available in the scrap market in Kuwait too.

This is a four part series article. This is the first part.
PART – I.
The real Managers are not only those who successfully manage their work affairs but also treat the staff working under them with respect, decency, human dignity and fatherly protection. The real Managers are those who accept the fact that they are only colleagues of the staff working under them and NOT bosses.

In this lengthy article I show how our modern day Managers for their selfish goals disgrace their Managership by acting as criminals against their own colleagues working under them. The names and real identities of the Managers I indicate in this article I will disclose at an appropriate time and at an appropriate forum.

Expatriate Managerial class of people is one of the worst in Kuwait and if it is Indian then I have no words to show my dislike to this class, though exceptions are there. I have worked at many ......
