IN CHAOTIC INDIA GOANS WILL BE THE MAJOR LOSERS.

Where are we Indians heading now from the chaotic situation that is prevailing in India not excluding our so called “Bhangarachem Goem”?” I feel a huge Iceberg in front of me creating an obstacle for my ship to move ahead. This Iceberg is so huge that even it surpasses the earlier worst Iceberg that destroyed the most powerful Passenger Ship  “The Titanic” that World has ever built, preventing me  from expressing  my opinion freely on the wrong doings of certain higher-ups who are provided with all the doles by the ruling party Government.   The democratic process that we are exercising now is totally collapsed and instead it looks to me we are under the dictatorial regime. See the way our Ministers, MLA’s and even the ordinary “Chamchas” of the ruling  party  are  acting!!  They can do anything and any harm to their opponents because the law enforcers and justice deliverers are in their pockets and because they consider themselves as “de jure” masters of law enforcers and justice deliverers  and precisely because of this there are cases still remained undetected inspite of having all the evidences to catch the culprits including the  murderers of Fr. Bismarque that remained till now thoroughly  un-investigated since those who are a party to this murder of course thru remote control are having their own interest in the liquidation of Fr. Bismarque.  If you carefully analyse the whole situation you are unable to live peacefully and freely in Goa without inviting you the unnecessary problems.  This is worse than the Salazarist dictatorship because under this dictatorship at least the ordinary  individual was provided by the State full corporal protection. But after the ouster of Portuguese from Goa, even that life protection is not existing because power is gone into the  hands of “Rostad” politicians whose only motto is to fatten their Bank balance even by keeping their the next 5 generations financially secured.  

The democratic process we are exercising now in Goa as elsewhere too, is a big joke, it is controlled directly by the concerned dictatorial authorities otherwise how the clear majority of Seats winning Congress Party was denied on flimsy grounds an opportunity to form their own government and instead the current ruling party handed on silver platter privilege to  form the current government?  This is purely a robbery done  by the ruling party in connivance with the Delhi “Babus” who as informed, pressurised Goa’s Governor exactly in a Salazarian style as he used to instruct the Goa Governador from Portugal.  Both the cases are identical, one done  by the dictator Salazar from Portugal directing the Goa Governador what to do in Goa and the other from Delhi to Goa Governor to help BJP to form the Goa government.  By doing this we the Congress workers  in Goa who voted Congress Party to the clear  majority were not only robbed of our right to see Congress Party forming the Government but we were backstabbed in a form of a crime. Who on earth will believe such Governadors? 

Can in this scenario we have a democratic process In our Goa?  60 Years back in this very month our elders were taking the procession on our Roads in  Candolim and shouting slogans joyfully in praise of the victory for Democracy while elsewhere in my village at the Tinto some prominent Goans especially the Freedom Fighters praising India for inducting  Democracy in Goa. But did they ever realised that under the same Indian Government that introduced Democracy in Goa is responsible to tarnish the image of  the same Democracy and by chance or miracle If they  come back from their graves, they will repent and regret for facing innumerable hardships including the torturing  from the hands of  that deadly Portuguese Agente Monteiro to get this Democracy in Goa.

Is there any hope for our current and the next generations to live a peaceful and developed life?  I doubt because under the current de facto dictatorial system in the name of democratic process they will face more Icebergs in front of them destroying their Titanics. When they are on the verge of embarking on their future, it looks to me Goa will be just a land inhabited by all the people from all over world and not necessarily from India only but without Goans.  This will happen because our top leaders in Delhi and other suboridates from Goa or based in Goa will be working tremendously very hard liquidating and uprooting Goans fron their own anchestral Goa.  I hope I don’t live in this world to see that calamity of seeing Goa without Goans. I dont think I will be able to see that stuation "Goa minus Goans".

NEW KONKANI FILM "SOGLIM DHARAM BOND" BY COMEDIAN BEN IN U-TUBE.

A very good Video Film “soglim dharam bond” on U-Tube by the renown comedian of Konkani Stage Ben Evangelisto who is highly philosophical and very artistic minded Tiatrist.  His forte lies in playing any Character role with the perfect imitation.  Once in Kuwait in Rosary Ferns Show coming to Kuwait as a visiting artiste, he played the role of Michael Johnson so fantastic that after finishing that role somany members of the audience rushed to him behind the Stage  to have their photographs clicked with him, some of them even sent these photos to their nearest and dearest.to show that they are with Michael Jackson. Ben Evangelisto depicted in this Video Film of his which is shown on U-Tube is  an unique and the first one in Konkani where all the roles are played by lone artiste and that is none other than the script writer, director, actor and producer of this film Ben Evangelisto. What are the different roles of different persons one man Ben does and how he plays these roles?  There is no denying the facts that all the roles of the different persons, namely one of South Indian Film actor Rajnikant, then of social activist Walter Lobo from Calangute who is creating solid impact on the corrupt politicians in his U-Tube programme, it was nicely pictured how in his double  roles which look so genuine especially when Ben is facing in a dialogue himself only in the image of somebody.

All who involved in doing this film have done their job well and the editing by Siddesh Naik gave a very good finishing for this film.

The film starts with a beautiful song rendered by the beautiful voice from it one can deduce that the female whose name is Sibila Rodrigues must be beautiful too, this song brings an  extra coiour to this film the story of which is concluded that when Ben Evangelisto gets up from his sleep from where he gets up all nervous after he gets a dream where he noticed all what he narrated in the prison cell where he is locked up for playing mischief as an Education Minister and confined there to rot.   After getting up from his dreamy sleep, very philosophically he laments about the punishment we are suffering now in the form of Lock-down because of Corona Virus.  He  asked “why we received it and who is responsible? Is our bad deeds responsible for it? Am I responsible for this punishment?” Then in a very philosophical way he asked forgiveness for what wrong he has done and rescue us all from this lock down which closes us all the doors including that  of Church.

FOOT-BALL - FC GOA & ISL.

·         In one of the magnificent goals scored beautifully directly from the Corner Kick  into the far right corner of the Goa goal, by Chennayin’s foreign recruit  Crivellaro on 19^th of this month putting his team ahead against the favourite FC Goa whose chances are becoming slim to move ahead in this year’s edition of ISL.  Such goals are rarity now a days because to score such goals one has to do tremendous amount of practice with long hours of toiling on the football ground with utmost dedication.  [A1] However, in the late fifties one famous Salgaocar player Eustaqio from Calangute used to score such fabulous goals directly from the Corner kicks with perfection.  He used to practice alone in their field for long hours byn yet he was atill very good.  He was the only one of that type of a player who was capable of scoring goals direct from the Corner Kicks. The other player who has perfected the art of scoring such beautiful goals directly from the  Corner Kicks was Levino who was my colleague at Sesa Goa but earler he donned to colours of Academica  Pannjim where that genius Pe. Chico Monteiro trained Levino to play attractive soccer.

·          Coming back to the FC Goa suffering a defeat of 1-2 goals from the Chennayin FC, I must say openly and loudly that compared to the last season, this season Goa is very much weakened in the absence of their few best players namely Coro, Boumous, Mandar and others.  They are not replaceable, there is long years of hard work of torturing of their robust bodies  and also their heads which gave them the required experience to play the high level of soccer.  These attributes are not the purchasable commodities and those who got no experience of handling  such situation then  they should not run the soccer teams.  What is the quality and experience of Casinos running and the foot-ball team running?  Just because you are good in running the most sinful business of Casinos where there is nothing good but only the curses then  FC Goa will never come up. FC Goa team first of  all should not have released the mentioned players, they should have been retained by all means instead of releasing them to the FC Mumbai where even by paying more for their services they should have been retained.  Secondly, the sacking of Coach Sergio Lobero who was one of the top Coaches and  was responsible to tuning the FC Goa to the top level and when he did so much for FC Goa, his services should have been retained.  The current Coach of FC Goa looks like a Novice and a Bach’cha. The Deltin the owner of FC Goa looks not interested in the promotion of FC Goa nor development of Goan soccer, they it looks to me are interested in exploiting the name GOA only. “Ghanttiani  Goencho development kelolo mhonn adim konne tori aikolam”?  One fine morning they will abdicate their responsibilities and like Mickey Pacheco one fine morning close their operations in Goa and with it close their team too by citing financial problem.

Will we develop our soccer by allowing so many players from  outside Goa and outside India?   When this is the case our indigenous players will not get the chance to play among the first XI.  A few years back in Italy each soccer team in Serie A  competition was allowed to field 3 players recruited from outside the borders of Italy which was later on forced by the Italians to  stop it and make a law to field only two so that indigenous crop does not suffer. So by allowing such a battalion of outside players we will never develop our own indigenous talent.  Hence, we must make our voice audible to every concerned person to change its law to suit their LOCAL needs.

 

Compared to the last season, the quality of soccer in this year’s edition is vastly enhanced but brutality of foreign Coaches and that  of the Coaching Team members is too high reaching the point of saturation, that means what nonsense they commit on the side lines is not tolerated.  Who are these nonsense creators?  They are all foreign Coaches along with their coaching colleagues, they release their anger of any goof committed by the Match Referee on the field which may not be correct.  But referee is the final authority and linesmen cannot be held responsible. The way they argue and abuse the Linesmen it is unbearable.  Are they right in doing this type of Tamasha from the Sidelines?  No, they have no right to argue with the Linesmen neither they can create scene there by their robust behaviour.  It is a pity that such ugly scenes are seen created only in our land where ISL is going on under the Indian administration which the foreign Coaches and their colleagues do not pay that much of respect. These white skinners foreign Coaches if they had to face  the same type of situation in the West, would they display the calibre of their marbles by doing what they do here? I noticed there is vast improvement qualitywise but what is worst is that they argue for anything?  They will never display their  courage to argue from the Sidelines with the Linesmen.  The foreign Coaches  recognised the wekness of our “Ghanvtti” Referees who firstly  lack the proper knowledge of the rules of Soccer and secondly they are suffering from ancestral and tradional inferiority complex and thirdly they are too nervous and frightful to handle stiff situation. These bloody stupid Indian Referees are fit to be the big jokers and not the Referees, they are good to be soldiers only and not the Generals. As a whole as seen the weakness of the Indian Referees and Linesmen is too big, their quality is very low. I cannot understand how they got their Refereeing Cards and FIFA Badges. They  don’t even have the necessary personality. In this year’s edition of ISL the Refereeing is of very low standard that was very much responsible to lose the beauty of this edition.  Much of the charm and beauty of this ISL tournament matches lost because of the extremely poor Refereeing. 

Now referring to the two mighty and gigantic teams namely the Mohun Bagan and East Bengal who till recently the best teams in India and feared by all other teams from India are in ISL and are become pure coackroches where their earlier might is totally disappeared.  Earlier they were like one eyed teams among the blinds but since the starting of ISL competition and with the introduction of almost half a dozen of outstation players for each team totally changed the quality and standard of the game in India and with it the level of the players. I cannot understand the once mighty team Mohun Bagan how it has created fear complex into Goans when the darling team of Goa the famed  Vasco Sports Club played against  Mohun Bagan in the mid sixties  at Co-operage Ground which was attended by the capacity spectators where Mohun Bagan defeated Goa’s Vasco  by 1-0 to lift the Trophy, the all important winning goal was scored by their forward Khanan who incidentally gained more popularity in Goa than anyone else.  Their captain Jeirnal Singh during that time was stationed outside India representing Asia as he was the only Indian player selected to represent in the Asiad. When core committee of Mohun Bagan after studying the plus and minus points of their team, they submitted their report demanding by all means the recalling  from Asiad of Jeirnal Singh for this final because  they said in the absence of Jernail Singh, Vasco’s brilliant forward who was at his peak would make the defence of Mohun Bagan as a bunch of idiots.  In view of this, it is imperative to bring back Jernail Singh and ultimately he was brought back and he played the key role in stopping Vasco’s Andrew who being a  puny sized player played an stellar role but unfortunately could not score the much needed victory goal to bring to Goa the much admired and much popular Trophy the Rovers Cup.  In fact the battalions of Goans settled in Bombay came to watch not only the game but to see Vasco lifting the  Trophy and taking it to Goa where thousands and thousands of Vasco’s supporters were preparing themselves with Bundles and Bundles of Fire Crackers and Musicians with their musical instruments.  But alas, so many Goa based Goans who went by cars to see this final returned on the same night with tears in their eyes while in Bombay so many  Bombay based Goans not only crying but they were also sobbing and screaming.  Butt alas, Goans lost no doubt but have created an unique place into the hearts of each and everyone who attended this grand final, whether he was the supporter of Mohun or not.  The actual winner of this final was not the Mohun Bagan of Calcutta and Vasco of Goa not the loser but it was the game of soccer that

came out victorious. It was said that in the history of Bombay Gons only twice Goans  became mmore happy that was when Goa won the Opinion Poll and second time when Vasco reached to the final of this tournament.

FC GOA - ISL - FOOT-BALL.

CHAOS ALL OVER GOA & INDIA

 According to the stories circulated on the eve of India’s independence from the British, it was given to understand that as per the opinion of British, Indians will not be able to rule India because Indians are not meant to rule and secondly they are too divisive and too parochial.  In view of this the Indian masses being the most exploited and cheated by their own Indian masters/rulers, will plead with the British to return back and put order into the chaotic India ruled by the feudal type of Indians under the ruling Congress party. As a matter of fact the British wanted to leave behind them  the traces of their monarchical days in India and in view of this though they were very critical of Congress especially of Nehru and a few other feudal type of Indian leaders yet the British preferred these feudal type of Congressmen only as their unofficial heir in India. In order to lead the life and system of British, the Congressmen also followed the habits and system of British in a similar manner thus ignoring the development of the masses and concentrated only to make the development of themselves as Congressmen in fair and unfair means so much so they started living the life of Maharajas. 

India produced Atomic Weapons  and even ready to detonate it either against its right abusive enemy or left destructive so called enemy.  The leadership of India is so bad that it wants to dominate not only its neighbours but to conquer the entire world, to put it figuratively.  This is India’s bad habit because its leaders at State and regional level  and also at national level are mad, they think of bossing over every nation in the world and dictating its  terms because its tin pot leaders are suffering from their ancestral deformity of inferiority complex and the reason for this because they were brought up like donkeys either by their local leaders called Maharajas and their supervisors or by the Europeans who treated them as donkeys and slaves.  By undergoing this type of servile treatment they become revengeful and aarrogant which finally they release on their subjects when they acquire the power and position. When they were treated as “Rostad” by their superiors they were thinking when  and how they will get the power like that of their bosses to lord over their dependents?  And precisely because of this psychological crisis and conflict within themselves they go for acquiring political power by all means.  In  India the Maharajas were  capable to provide proper administration because it is in their blood because they have it in their family tradition and at home they are trained from their childhood and as such their genes make them capable to rule their regions.  No doubt they also possessed some deficiencies  but not of the worst type that our current idiots  are having, incidentally  all of them are commoners.  See in any State in India, its Chief Ministers are all from hoi polloi family background, they don’t have the background of ruling family.  Most of them were brought up like donkeys by their donkey type of parents like “Ranvottis”, many of them were developed as “Chor” and Rapists and precisely because of this they struggle to grab the political power by all means only to loot and rob the people, they say simply they are interested in the development in their States but these bloody rascals  will never do good for the people other than their own family members.  See below your own nose how the domesticated and third rated people become Ministers and within such a short time how they accumulated  massive wealth.  See our Hero who was so sexually perverted and whom no reputed girls nor any female would  accept, is become sex oriented after acquiring the Ministerial position and started performing the game of “Narvenkarism” by seducing the females who approach him for any favour by saying that “I will do your job tomorrow but tonight you do my job”. These leaders want leadership only to do this type of dirty games and when this is the case how they will do the development in your and my constituencies?

                                                                          It is a sad thing to note here that there is not a single administration from the point of Village Panchayat to the top level at the Parliament level where from our Central Ministers to the State Ministers down  to the Panchayat Administrators, we don’t have genuine people to perform their duties, from the current trend I can rightly say all are insincere, unpatriotic, looters and selfish.  None of them have love for their country, their States and their Villages, they have love only for looting their administrations and portfolios they are entrusted with. And on top of it they pretend to be the great patriots.  See now what is happening all over India, there is no peace in any State nor in any village or anywhere in India and on top of it no government either State or National level is interested in solving the problems faced by the people.  See in Delhi Farmers agitation, why Central Government is not ready to do what they want?  Is this government  not elected thru democratic process and in view of this is it not the duty of the government to surrender to the will of the people?  Why Central government creates it as an ego problem?  Do what elected representatives tell you.  You are elected to do what your electorate tells you, you cannot impose your command on the people and this right nobody has given to you.    

                                                                          See now in my “Bhamgarachem Goem” that Goa government wants to make “Kolsean bhorlolem kallem”, people are demanding to cancel the 4 projects  but Goa government under the leadership of CM Sawant and pushed by the Delhi leaders is not ready to surrender to the will of the people.  What does this government and Sawant think of themselves?  Are they become new Salazars?  Is Salazar become alive and come back to rule Goa thru the current rulers of Goa?  I think such “Dadagiri” was not even performed  by the Portuguese Salazarist government during  their entire  451 years of rule. We are on top of it we talk ill of Salazarist time, we in fact have got no right to talk ill  of our former masters who were in many respects much better, much civilised and much compassionate towards the needs of the Goans and gave much importance to the views of the Goan people.  During Portuguese time democratic and electoral process worked much better.  During Portuguese time people at some stages had all the rights to express their views freely without fearing for arrest as we have now in such a wretched undemocratic country of ours India.  Dr. Francisco Luis Gomes after getting elected in the South Goa he even from the Portuguese Parliament demanded Liberation for Goa and so many other facilities even removal of Toddy Tax.  Portuguese government then was decent and submissive to the democracy and in view of this following the democratic system submitted to the will of the elected people and they in turn submitted to the will of their electorates.  Why the government in Goa creating a Tug-of-War between itself and those people who are demanding scrapping of all these projects?  Was this Government elected on the plank of these projects?  During the time of last State election there was no subject indicated of these projects and how the hell suddenly the government brought these projects and dumped on the head of Goa?  Then why the hell the MLA’s from the affected projects are acting like Shakesphere’s Hamlet to take their firm stand instead of remaining indecisive for such a long period?  I  am asking them that they are elected not by their political parties but by the people of their constituencies and as such the people’s representatives must listen only to what their electorate wants.  This topic of who is having supremacy the party view or electorate view must come for heavy debate.

LIBERATION OF GOA IS A BIG JOKE.

·                      1 8.12.61 at about 5.45 AM,  close to our house and next to the main road while going to Aguada, my father a fair like a Portuguez “Paklo”, wearing a “Cheddi” and Banyan, was  adjusting the water flow in our field unaware of the presence of Indian Military marching  on Goan soil. While my father busy in doing his job in our field, he was surprised to see a Convoy of Military vehicles namely Tanks, Jeeps transporting Indian Military personnel to capture the Portuguese citadel at Aguada. On this date at the United Nations Security Council acting on the complaint of Portugal passed a resolution by the majority member nations including USA, UK, France, Turkey, China and others declaring the annexation of Goa by India as illegal and called for the cessation of hostilities, withdrawal of Indian forces from Goa and settle their differences between them peacefully. However, this majority decision was defeated by the one vote called Veto by the Soviet Russia giving legality for India to acquire Goa by force.  But with the annexation of Goa by military force the image of India in the World as a peaceful country disappeared.  US President immediately commented on India “Why you are fooling the World since last 14 years in  the name of Non-Violence when you used the same violence to acquire Goa?  It looks the Pastor is caught  coming out of brothel buttoning his Pant”.

While Indian Military was annexing Goa with a claim that due to the geographical affinity of Goa to Bharat and also  Goa being  situated in the sub-continent, it becomes the part of Bharat for which the World answered to India saying if this is the case then all the nations in the sub – continent becomes a  part of Bharat. There were blames on Portuguese for its conversion process of Goans and that the Portuguese came to Goa uninvited. It must be noted well that the Portuguese were brought to Goa thru the invitation by one Goan Hindu  called Timoja to liberate Goa from the tyranny of Muslim leader Yusuf Adil Shah.  I don’t remember having read  or heard any official invitation was given to India on behalf of all the Goans to liberate Goa. Hence, the Military action taken by India on Goa looks unilateral.  That the Portuguese had to leave from Goa is tta sure fact and if they had been there in Goa when I attained the proper age of a well grown –up boy, I would definitely join the Freedom for Goa movement but surely first I will  make them understand the writing on the walls.  I never heard a top Brahmin Bhattkar and any Hindu Negociante mainly from the Brahmin caste, any time discussed this topic with the Governador Geral of Goa requesting him to speak to Salazar to give our Goa in our hands in a true sense of Liberation?  But no, these so called elite Goans were acted like Chamchas and Slaves of Portuguez.  Being the best of Portugues Chamchas they alone got the better benefits of Portuguese. Due to their closeness to Portuguese especially the nominated members of Legislative Council, they should have brought this  topic to the notice of the Portuguese rulers. If we had to get some sort of freedpom  then. now we would not have  been facing the difficulties that we are facing  where our existence as Goans is in peril. In few years time the way  things are moving in Goa, we the genuine Goans would lose everything such as our language, our culture, our history, our tradition, our folks tales and folk songs, our houses, and properties In one word the outsiders will totally dominate over every apeect of our  life, they will treat us ruthlessly without any pity nor compassion because they are very hard hearted, they have no softness in their hearts.  And the Governments in Goa as well as in Delhi will do nothing because every successive Government in Goa proved to be anti Goan and anti-Goa just like the Delhi government whichever it may be. In Delhi ww have no weight because no body wants us withour two members of Lokh Sabah.  I  feel pity for me now because during the next few yeara if I survive and to my children too realising how   they will face the tormenting life for all Goans in few years from now  this whatThinking all these I feel like asking the Freesom Fightrs: is this the Liberation you were asking and our Freedom Fighters were fighting by facing the bullets and cruel beatings of the  Portuguese? And if it is yes thn Shame on you.  Your are partly responaible for our sufferings today because once the Portuguese were ousted from Goa, you went to sleep  never even bothered to check the injustice happening on Goans.  I accuse you for being responsible for what tragedies are happening in Goa.  It was your duty ff to raise your voices agaiinst what is going wrong in Goa but you did noting of that sort because you are given  Tamraptra as an honour and Pension.  Shame on you specially on those whose Tamrapatras gives an odour of blood of innocent Goans whom the freedom fighters killed example Goan Regidor from Siolim who was mercilessly murdered.

Coming back to my father in our field, suddenly the top man sitting in the front vehicle spotted my father in the field and be stopped his vehicle leading all the remaining vehicles following him also to halt.  Then the Military man called my father thus, “Hey, what are you doing there?”, my father replied “I am adjusting the water flow”.  The Indian Military man suspecting my father a Portuguese Paklo because of his fair skin, asked my father “whose field is that? My father replied as “mine” . Then he asked “why you are wearing  this poor Cheddi and Banyan” for which my father replied “because I am poor”, for this the Military man retorted “I know, the Portuguez have purposely kept you poor, henceforth you will NOT REMAIN  POOR but ALL GOANS WILL  BE RICH”. Then he asked, “what is the distance from here  to Aguada, how many soldiers are there ?”.

Then my father all exited sprinted home giving slogans  ”Jai Hind, Nehru Zindabad” whereas  while going to our field my father was saying “Viva Portugal, Salazar Zindabad”. Within a few days, all his expectations disappeared with the wind because he never thought the life in Goa would be so corrupt, so insecure, so bad in all respects. With disgust he died as disappointed man expecting Heavenly Mannas which never came as promised on 18.12.61.  Is this the LIBERATION?  Surely not because this type of freedom we were not expecting.  I decline this Liberation because  it is a fake Liberation and and as a real son of Goa I regret to accept this as a Liberation.  And in reality can it be called a real Liberation?  Some  political scientists called it as Invaaaion while Supreme Court of India while delivering the judgement on Pe. Chico Monteiro as “Connquest”.  In the name of this Liberation we Goans were fooled, cheated and robbed us of everything Goan we had.

GOA DYING A SLOW DEATH.

 

Soon after my returning to Goa for good, 7 years back, one Western lady representative of Google in India, based at Bangalore called me over phone on one fine night at about 11.30 PM and asked me  a few questions on Tiatros and Tiatrists but the first question she asked was this: who was the best political singer, William de Curtorim or Kid Boxer?  I was surprised to be aware how Google knows so well the names and  the favourite topics of our Tiatrists.  Then  I came to know that Google keeps the records of all my writings and articles and reviews that I was writing from Kuwait so exhaustively.  This was the study they do in details and so minutely.  In fact both William and Kid were highly political singers, both were like prophets who were telling in advance what will happen to Goa in the  future, however Kid Boxer was far ahead of William de Curtorim in  predicting the future of Goa.  Besides,  Kid Boxer  was expert in singing songs linked with our wonderful Proverbs which if possible Tiatr Academy of Goa must collect and keep in its archives for the posterity to know the best of past Goa and Goans.

 

I was just listening to one song on UTube of William de Curtorim whose  love for Goa was extremely great and he would go to any extent to defend Goa from the Stage.  In this song titled “ROSTAD MONTRI” William tells our Goa will be destroyed by our Rostad Montri that  its identity and traces as Goa will not even be seen as if it is going to be disappeared automatically from this Planet.  It was said that our Patron Saint St. Francis Xavier said that “my Goa nobody will take away but it will disappear by itself”.  Will these statements got any linkage between the two?  Will this statement come true and when?  Is that time  approaching fast and If it is so, then do we need a messiah to alert the Goans to be careful for it? If it comes true, I only hope it will  not come true during my life time because I will not be able to see the  extinction of my beloved Goa for whose shake  I Iave done so much withinnn my capacity.  And when this is going to happen,  can I be the witness to this sad incident?.  When if this happens our and Goa’s adversaries will not be mocking at me and all my like minded Goans especially those who know our  love for Goa?.  In this song William de Curtorim openly calls by saying “Satarichea Makdda” who responsible to harass Konknni supprters and prevent recognition for Konkani.  Further let me tell you that the Sataricho ‘’Dukor” during the Konkani Language agitation giving instruction to his slavish policemen to hammer and assault the Konkani agitationist at Azad Maidan Panjim, I call him now only a “Dukor” but when time comes I will use more derogatory word because I know how he sent special policemen to asssault me mercilessly when I was participating in this movement and because I was instrumental in  sending money to Goa for Konkani movement. My shoulder is still occasionally gives me some pain due to the beatings I received from those slaves in policemen’s uniforms of Sataricho Dukor. This bloody  “dolldiro”, he always proved to be anti-Goan and even he got married to a non-Goan, a Maharastrian?  William in this song predicted that in another 10 years time Dabolim Airport will be inoperative as it is now because the Congress Ranvotti Animals namely Luizinho – Sardinha – Rane - all three of them were responsible to get the file approved in Delhi for the Mopa Airport.   So it is to be admitted now that Mopa Airport was the baby of rascal Congress Party and the three crooks have played their roles of getting it approved with the bribe of Crores of rupees.  All three should be castigated either at the hustings or eearlier otherwise these Congressmen will again fool us.  BTW Luizinho Faleiro should be kicked out from the election contest because from past experience if he gets elected his crage for the chair of CM wil again mKE him strong contender for the top post.  He did the same tamasha in the last election and in order not to give himany chance to play his dirty tricks by using the name of MADAME Sonia Gandhi to get him the CM Post.  These blooddy Congressmen are not interested in the party but on themselves.

 

To see somebody dying in front of your eyes is terrible.   During the invasion of Kuwait by Iraq in 1990, I was in Goa and during the month of November I was a witness to the dying of my mother who breathed her last on my lap.  Now in a similar manner I see the death of  my Goa. It was really terrible to see a loved one  especially like your mother whom I loved so much and she too showered her maximum love on me.  By imagining that moment I still feel terrible but I could not do anything to save her at that moment because within a moment death took her away. 

 

Now the events taking place in Goa show that Goa is on the verge of collapse.  There is nothing functioning well in Goa, there is no  system placed for anything.  If you have power of your body and you are in the company of few Bouncers, you can be the “de facto” Monarch  of your locality or tribe  as we have in Africa.  Urgently you do not find a single person of authority doing his job properly,  there is no respect for law and order because the formulators of law and implementors of the same are become corrupt that for the sake of money and illicit sex they are ready to lower themselves to any ebb. If  you observe carefully you will see in what  disastrous ways the Communidade  land are misused by the elected representatives as if Communidades are their “Paichem Bens”.  These elected rascals are responsible to use their dadagiri to grab the wealth that is entire wealth for them only withoput sharing the same with anyone not even with  their close supporters.  If you see while going to Mapusa on the way at Nagoa you see the entire area consisting of fields touching the road are taken over by private parties and converted into settlement zone where they ereated Shops.  It is a pity that in a similar manner Communidade land are taken over by private parties and also by the Migrants and in this way Migrants are becoming the owners of Goa.  When land goes into the hands of Non-Goans then they become the owners of Goa just like Jews became owners of Palestine and now the same Palestinians are crying.  Commuidade has got vast land but to take care of this vast asset of Goa,  Communidades  of Goa do not have good and upright people.  During the Portuguez rule in Goa, our Communidades dwere manned by people of calibre and people of character but now any Altu Faltu rascal  entered into the administration of Communidade  by purchasing the Shares and these rascals  some of them non-Goans by playig dirty tricks they give the Communidade land to you.  They are on the loot spree, They take  bribe from  you and give the Communidade  land to you, some of the administrators who are manning our Communidades are doing daylight robberies.  They are very selective in giving  these land to those who are their friends.  I feel very bad because in this way Goa is enterring under destruction  and thus my “Bhangarachem” Goa is dying a slow death and against my wish I  am witnessing the SLOW DEATH OF GOA..

 

 

What I noticed in Goa is this wherever there  are Non-Goans involved in our Organisations, Societies, Asociations, Church Committees, School Committees and other such Committees even Committees of small “Khuris” in our Vaddos, there is bound to be corruption.  These Non-Goans do not care for anything, their only aim is to make money thru looting, robberies and by taking bribes.  Even their wives and parents are as much corrupt as they are.   They bring lot of money thru bribe  and thru illicit manner but do their wives question them “from where you brought this money?”  No, never,  because these wives are not genuine wives  but genuine “Pampelam” .  Shameless people and  on top of it all, they move in society as if they are decent and upright people.  Such people should be excommunicated from their religions after probing their character.

 

 

The other day, one Montri got a new Car for his son but his wife like a “Rostad”  never asked from her husband  where from he  got so many lakhs of rupees to get that car.  They are shameless women living on the robberies committed by their husbands. They will be known in the history not as wives of the ministers but wives of the Chors.  If these wives were good many of their politicians and minister husbands would never become corrupt.  These ladies are not eeven having any shame to be   the spouses of   ther “Chor” men.  For this reason many of such people are cursed by defective children.

 

 

I feel pity on me because in the above mentioned  ways our Goa is getting destruction which may lead to its SLOW DEATH.

TAG COMMITTEE MEMBERS & THEIR NOMIATIONS.

After a long wait of 2 years, finally the vacancy of the presidency of Tiatr Academy  lying empty for such a long period was filled when Menino de Bhandar was appointed as president of TAG.  Then a committee was formed of 10 members by nominating the members but on what basis?  The members of this Committee known as General Council of Tiatr Academy should be a body  of experts in this field and of good  character. But  after  seeing the list of all the  nominated members of   this Council, I find at least to my knowledge some names are popularly unknown in Tiatro field, it looks they never involved in acting or  writing or organising Tiatros. It  would be nice for the president to give some  details of every member of what he has done in this field to merit him the place in the Council of Tiatr Academy.  It is better for us to know the capacity of every member now otherwise later on we should not be informed that Mr. X is unfit.   Tiatrists are on forefront to abuse and criticise those who do injustice including the Goverbment.  To match with their fight for justice and those who are spreading injustice, I hope Menino de Bandar as one of such Tiatrists will surely oblige by openly exposing details of all the members.  We want to know on what basis these members are nominated and whether their knowhow in this field merit them nomination or they are the beneficiaries of “Kumparponna“.  Kumparponna and Chamchagiri are very rampantly followed in our society and since Tiatrists are using the Stage to eradicate these Kumparponna ani Chamchagiri, I hope Menino de Bandar will do the needful.

 

Secondly if any member knowing he was guilty for committing a breach of discipline elsewhere  earlier in his individual capacity then he must voluntarily withdraw from this Council before he is openly told.  This Council is not meant for any Altu-Faltu person, this Council is meant for knowledgeable Tiatrists and persons having vast knowledge in this subject and by the way don’t we have such knowledgeable persons among us? This Council is meant also for matured and seasoned Tiatrists and such Tiatrists  are plenty among us whose vast experience in this line would be beneficial to help improvise our Tiatro Art.  People without any knowledge of this subject and those who if were castigated by the authorities for committing any fault, they should not have  a place in this Council. People of questionable character are always a curse and this curse they will carry forward in this Council also and disgrace the TAG.  At Government level we see what mess our representatives  are doing because they are not fit to do their job. TAG should not follow the example of our elected representatives. 

 

It is surprising to know how not a single female is inducted into this Council  when there are so many well experienced and seasoned so too  brainy and highly educated ladies holding top positions in their professional fields, besides they are well propped up in this field thru their Tiatrist family  tradition and also having their Tiatrists husbands from whom they gained so much of knowledge not only by acting on the stage with them but also by associating with them in the Tiatros circle. Let me make a mention of some of the vastly great and seasoned female Tiatrists: Jessy Dias, Fatima D’Souza, Sharon Mazarello, Platilda, Aplon  and Chitra. TAG will never get such knowledgeable  and experienced females, that they ignored them it self is a big blunder. But it is said in our language no that “FOKOT XETTUCH ZANNA BHANGARACHO VALOR.

TIATR ACADEMY OF GOA.

 

With much noise which reached to its crescendo within just  2 days created the 2 years pending result of the appointment  of President of Tiatr Academy of Goa.  Finally as I know the popular Tiatrist of Benaulim Menino de Bhandar was appointed as the new President of TAG. My congratulations to him.  To repeat it once again, I know Menino de Bhandar as a popular Tiatrist but I don’t know that he is the popular Administrator capable to run the   Administration of TAG.   It is not enough for anyone to get appointed as Manager  but it must be noted first that the man is suitable  to administer the administration of that organsation.  To be a successful in the management you must be first necessarily a qualified person with good educaational background and not from  the Parochial School where you are brought up by the Church Mestiri in the Church School by learning like “B A – B A = BABA; C A – C A = CACA etc.and a few necessary tips of Musical Art. 

 

A sensible man before accepting his post of a Manager he would think first whether he is fit to run his job successfully. Otherwise like an stupid Indian or double stupid Goan  will accept like an idiot that Managerial post as if it is a joke finally makinga mess of himself and of his job thus creating a very bad result on the Manageent and of the organization.  Some people are so stupid they think they can handle anything without analyzing their capacity. I will cite an example that happened on the Stage in mid sixties in Bombay for the Tiatro written and directed by one amateur Tiatriist Mr. Nazareth from Candolim who opted to do the role of an agod man.  Since it was the role of an aged man he applied an artificial little long Beard and while playing his this role opposite to Kid Boxer he faltered a bit in his talk as he looked a bit nervous mainly by being opposite to Kid Boxer it was impossible for him to be on par with Kid Boxer who noticing his nervousness,  Kid Boxer in his typicsl way made the remark thus:   ARE MOJEA BHANGARACHEA PUTA,  ITLE BHURGEPONIR  HO XEPAICHO ROLE KORPAK TUKAM K0NNE MHONNON DILO RE!!

 

With  the appointment of TAG president, one part of this noise making association is over and the second part of the Council of President comprising 9 members will be selected, they are to be selected on the basis of their long term experience in the Tiatro and in Tiatroo Art, they are selected  thru the important persons like MLA’s, Minister, ex-MLA’s etc. to give them certain weightage so that they select their own persons males/females.  I don’t know whether any Ladru Pedru type gets a place into this, I don’t know whether any molester or suspended from staging his Tiatro is  also included into this otherwise they  should voluntarily `withdraw before molesting the image of their group.  Hope all the members in this group are well experienced in the field of Tiiatro so that it does not be another  Tiatro of Nazareth where Kid Boxer made his` sarcastic remark.Then these 9 members including the President  choose the remaining 10 members including the Vice President.  Most of the rubbish  starts happening here when selecting these 10 members, most of them as per information are selected not on their merit but on their basis of Kumparponna thus some of the elected members are not even stepped up-on the Stage, some of them can be the Chamchas  of those who  recommended them in which case they will not serve the development and promotion of Konkani Stagee but they will serve their own interest and to serve their interest they will be remunerated. 

 

Was there any reason for getting the work done just in two days otherwise as per information the same work of appointment of the President of  TAG kept pending for 2 years inspite of one File kept ready in the office of the authorities concerned.  Was it because the next election is coming fast and t6 give a booster to the person concerned in his election in the South? Or to project him as the leading man in Salcette?
