In the semifinal of 34th edition of UG tourney played on 5th of this month at Ministry of Health playground, Shuwaikh, in the first match played at 7.30 AM, United Friends defeated Curtorcares United in a tie breaker, the winners converted 4 against 2. The score remained at Zero level during the normal time. This match was refereed by Jerry D’Mello assisted on the lines by Rosario and Arnold.
In the second match played at the same venue at 9.30, CRC Chinchinim easily defeated KGA by 3 – 0 goals. The first goal was scored by Sunny Gomes and the remaining 2 goals were scored by Sedwin Gomes. This match was refereed by P. A. Tony who was assisted on the lines by Arnold and Anthony.
This tournament is organized under the auspices of KIFF and co-sponsored by Gulf Bank.
