ALL BUT SOME ARE MORE EQUAL IN INDIA.

 

  

George Orwell in his masterpiece novel “Animal Farm” said, “in Soviet Russian Socialism, all are equal but some are more equal” and in fact according to me in our Socialism borrowed from  Soviet Russia, some are not only more equal but are  sacrosanct requiring divine type of treatment they get during their sicknesses. These privileged people are coming from the ruling elite segment of our  society and having all the powers at their disposal they get best of treatment  like super human beings compulsorily needing extra ordinary treatment. 

 

See the medical treatment they get in the private hospitals at tax payers cost  while the common men are dumped in the government hospitals where there is no surety if they are going to survive or not. In fact there is a vast difference between the treatment provided in the government hospitals and private but only the more  affluent can afford treatment in private hospitals and yet we boast of our equality which is nothing but a big joke. 

 

Members of political class normally do not get admitted in the government hospitals for Corona Virus inspite of the tall claims by the authorities concerned that government hospitals are better equipped with all the facilities but in reality public feels lot of risks are involved in the government hospitals.  Unless this fear is removed from the minds of public, there cannot  be any  confidence in the minds of the public who feel there is no equality in medical treatment. For example if  he was an ordinary citizen instead of Parricar, he would never get such a fabulous and the expensive treatment at the cost of tax payers money. Public fund is wrongly utilized by our political leaders in the name of equality which  is the fake equality.

VICTORY FOR JUSTICE.

 

Finally, The Supreme Court of India passed its landmark judgement yesterday authorizing the CBI to take over the investigation of actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s  death case thereby casting its doubt on the investigation so far done by  the Mumbai Police. It is a victory for justice which evaded since last  2 months allowing the false propaganda by the Maharastra Government  declaring that Shushant was not murdered but he  committed suicide. In this way those who disclosed that Sushant committed suicide are on the dirty campaign  to malign the poor innocent Sushant.  Those who are involved in finding out the truth of this death must pass their  verdict very harshly for spoiling the name of Sushan that he committed the suicide. 

 

To cover up and to protect the culprits the Mumbai Police  went into war footing like as there is a Indo - Pak war situation.  It is unbelievable to notice how the entire government machinery of Maharastra is kept at the disposal of those selected elements  to make the whole case as nothing but Suicide.  By committing this type of harakiri on justice the main culprit who must be the close relative of the topmost personality, Police and Maharastra Government  using their power to hide the justice. It is dangerous now to see entrusting the task of giving justice to the affected citizens when the protectors and giver of justice are turned irresponsible.  It is a pity that in India things are going so bad. 

 

Because of this  faulty investigation, people have lost their confidence in their governments at their State levels and when this is the case how the ordinary citizen will get justice?  Because of the strong stand taken by Arnab Goswami thru his TV Channel, things worked well in the case of Shushant case which is going to be handled by CBI now otherwise what would be the case?  All the important persons from Mumbai  and Maharastra government if they have any shame namely the Home Minister and Police Commissioner, they  must either resign or forced to quit their offices because they proved to be unworthy for their posts.

THE COMING ELECTION AND CONGRESS PARTY.

Is it time for Congress to gear up for the next  election in the aftermath of Ravi Naik’s sons deserting the Congress? When Erasmus Sequeira the Morgad son Baba of his Papa, jumped from UG into BLD, his father  Dr. Sequeira said : “Gelo to boro gelo,  mojem besaum gheun gelo”.  With his leaving, the UG was instead strengthened.  Both the Naik brothers leaving Congress nothing will affect the party adversely since it looks  “bad riddance is   a good riddance”. Their presence did not create extra ordinary dividends for Congress and they had no assetic value instead they were a liability on Congress and  in fact because of them the standing of Congress did not go up. 

 

I am surprised  that they left Congress  so late, in fact it should have been much earlier because of their party deserting tradition  and I will not be surprised to see their father too following them shortly because “once the Lion tastes the blood then he will never stop”. 

 

For Congress  it will be a strenuous task  to wrest power from the BJP but if the Congress moves systematically by discarding the oldies and the defeated candidates some of whom were so proud and arrogant and also revengeful and who are all a liability on Congress prospects, I am sure Congress will create an impact of its presence in Goa by discarding them all.

 

Secondly, Congress must close its doors for all the deserters whose places should be filled with youthful and faithful candidates and  the hands of their president should be kept free to take  bold decisions.  The mood of the Congress supporters is very vibrant and they are all expecting  drastic actions from the Party’s  Low Command and not from the High Command which  should be told politely to keep a distance from Goa that  is having a very capable, sincere and faithful president whose proletariat background  and simplicity are the  big booster  to woo the voters to Congress.

RAZA PODON MHONTLEAR MORT MARLEAR ZATA?

                 In the political field of  India, some of the political figures suffered only because of their nasty children who behaved badly in society thereby giving a solid blow on the  political career of their parents holding ministerial positions.  These children act so badly that even the law enforcing officials are afraid of them because they are the children of powerful politicians. There is a saying in Konkani “Raza Podon mhontlear Mort marlear zata”? Just because your Godfather is King, you cannot commit a murder with the expectation that your King godfather will come to your rescue to release you from the jaws of the law and law enforcing agencies including the judiciary.

 

In India we have innumerable instances where the children of Ministers and other politicians are indulging  in irresponsible acts which create a very bad image of their minister parents who unfortunately support the irresponsible acts of their children mainly their rascal sons and sometimes the Minister fathers of their rowdy sons had to surrender their power and position because of their naughty sons.  The worst incident I can quote here is of the most ruthless and the most corrupt and rowdy younger son of our late Prime Minister Mrs. Indira Gandhi, whose name was  Sanjay Gandhi and who was the real architect of the Emergency in India in 1975. In fact he forced his mother to introduce Emergency in India to hold on to power when Allahabad High Court disqualified her from her election which the said Court  under the Chief Justice, Justice  Sinha proved that Indira Ghandi declared winner in her election at that time by using fraudulent means. During that time  Sanjay Gandhi was behaving like Hitler and his mother was terribly afraid of him.  Kuldeep Nayar in his masterpiece “The Judgement” said that Sanjay Gandhi even slapped her when she  was refusing to listen to him.  In fact  because of such Sanjay Gandhis innocent people suffered.

 

               In Goa we too have some nasty sons of top politicians and they perform many illicit acts, the mystery of the death of Scarlet in Anjuna is not properly solved because different stories are spread from different people giving an impression that “Raza podon mhonn  filhadan mort marli ani razan ti paloili?”  We have so many young sons of so many of our politicians and all these kid sons are acting so violent that they  think this land belongs to their fathers only and hence they can perform any  violent act because they know their fathers will get them all the facilities to avoid getting caught. These bloody stupid fathers were so irresponsible that they are not meant to hold any public office even as scavengrs, so low they are.  In this contest let me quote Mahatma Gandhi who told the low enforcing authority when one of his sons Hiralal was caught by the Police for his rash behaviour, to enforce the law and Gandiji refused to intervene in support of his son but on the contrary he told all the concerned authorities and personnel "I disown my son and let the law take its own course".  Is there anyone among us who is capable to emulate Gandhiji’s example?  Gahndiji did this decision because he was the real son of his real father.

 

              Prataphsing Rane and Ravi Naik are both  Congressmen but only the artificial ones and not the genuine Congressmen, Rane’s son after flirting with Congress  he joined BJP.  Does it look appropriate for the son to be in one party and  father in another party opposing each other?  Legally it is not wrong to be in two different parties but at home they are one and outside in politics they are as enemies?  This is the same story with Ravi Naik and both his sons who according to today’s date 06.08.20 news they both  jumped from  Congress into BJP.  I am certain that those sons of the senior politician MLAs of Congress as I heard from the  different sources  are having tremendous power over  their fathers and as such their fathers have no control over  their sons.  If this is the case then these political novices who are acting like “Kalche Poirche Potte” would even demand the secrets of some crucial confidential issues discussed in the Congress Party confidential meetings and I am sure the senior Congressmen to please their sons they will divulge all the secrets and confidential decisions of Congress Party.  In view of this, can anyone trust the senior artificial Congressmen like Prataphsingh Raoji Rane and Ravi Naik to maintain the secrecy of Congress Party?  What surprises me is the manner that both Ravi Naik and Sr. Rane not even feeling apologetic of the action of their sons and instead shamelessly they applaud their sons as if they brought laurels for them.  Here let me quote one more incident how Dr. Jack Sequeira when his son Erasmus Sequeira as an elected member of Parliament (Lokh Sabah) from UG Party without consulting Party defected to BLD (confidentially he must have consulted his father and his father Dr. Jack Sequeira must have given his silent nod to his son who had it seems upper hand over his father.  But later on Dr. Sequiera commented on his sons illegal action saying, “he is gone from UG with our blessings” instead of condemning his son for defecting  to  BLD of Charan Singh.

 

                                  It is now time for the Congress Party to throw Sr. Rane and Ravi Naik out of Congress Party before they damage their Party’s fabrics.  The Congressmen and supporters of Congress Party must make  concerted efforts to bring pressure on the Congress Party to initiate proceedings against both Ravi and Rane.  In fact they too would be otherwise first to jump into BJP from Congress but so far they have not done this and that they have not done this, it  is only because they have no scope in the BJP.  They must have tought “it is better to be masters in Hell than the Slaves in Heaven”

ABROGATION OF ARTICLES HELPED KASHMIRI WOMEN.

August 5^th 2020  marks the first anniversary of the abrogation of the Articles  370 and 35A which offered certain  temporary privileges  to the State of Jammu and Kashmir.  These provisions actually hindered the development of J & K and acted as an impediment in implementing the laws enacted by the Indian Parliament.

 

Abrogation of these Articles helped Kashmiri women to enjoy equal rights as that of the men, bring transparency to the Government  and better utilisation  of Central development  fund at Panchayat level, it also removed the restrictions on transfer of land which encouraged private investment and inflow of capital  on industrial sector leading to industrialization and growth in job opportunities.

 

 Removal of these Articles ensured protection of rights of SC/ST people in the State and  grant of citizenship to the thousands of sanitisation workers who were denied citizenship earlier, despite being born and brought up and living in J & K for many decades. 

 

The people in Jammu and Kashmir that they participated in the election process there itself indicated their involvement  in the development of that State since independence from the British.  The abrogation of Articles 370 and 35A is transforming Jammu and Kashmir through growth in Investment, Development  and Employment, it will also a big boost for Tourism, Education and Health Sector.

 

I have no doubt that abrogation of these Articles will go a long way in National integration, overall well-being  and development  of Jammu, Kashmir and Laddakh too and flourishing of democracy in its full form.
