Reformist Martin Luther
was the creation of the then Pope while Fr. Bismarq was the creation of the current Bishop of Goa. Martin Luther revolted against the Pope for
selling Bulls for the remission of sins while Fr. Bismarq revolted against
Bishop for selling Vanxim Land. In both
the cases, collecting of money in the name of furthering Church activities was
the reason. The money collected thru the
sale of Bulls was to utilise for the construction of St. Peters Basilica in
Rome while the money collected thru the sale of Vanxim property is to be
utilized as per the information, to repair the Santa Monica Convent which is
located at Old Goa among all the protected Church edifices. Since these edifices are of historical
importance, they fall under the jurisdiction of Archaelogical Department of
India for their repairs and maintenance.
In view of this, it looks the purpose of Goa Church of collecting money
for repairs of Santa Monica Convent is wrong.
Goa debate of selling Church land of Vanxim would
not have been so much of noise making debate if it was not for the alleged
murder of Fr. Bismarq who was opposing the Bishop very ferociously. In order to
fight this case he even had to sacrifice
his priesthood when Bishop as given to understand Red Carded him from Priesthood.
It looks in his death Fr. Bismarq has
become more powerful than when he was alive. Greek philosopher Socrates warned
the authority of the consequences of his killing but his warning was ignored
and worst has happened over the dead body of Socrates. Fr. Bismarq also warned of similar consequences but nobody paid attention
resulting in launching a movement in Goa of exposing all the culprits involved
directly and indirectly in this crime. The main exposures of the alleged murder
of Bismarq are Goa Church, Goa government and the entire machinery of Goa
government.
Bishop of Goa has made
a big mistake by selling Church property against the Biblical and Canon Law
instructions. If the Vanxim land becomes
operative in tourism development activities then Vaxim will not remain as
original Vanxim but it will be converted into a Sin City. Who will be responsible for the spreading of
Sin in Vanxim? Will it not be the Goa
Church headed by Goa Bishop? Surely he
only whose doctrine of eradicating Sin to help the souls to go to Heaven in a
Christian principle will be defeated. It
will be a defeat for Christianity.
The presence of Fr. Bismark in this world was the greatest obstacle for all who want to have total control not only over Vanxim but also of entire Goa to destroy Goa’s ecology, culture and Goanness. For this reason immediately after liquidating Fr. Bismarq, the Invetment Promotion Board has given green signal to all the projects in Vanxim. Also the anti-Goan old Regional Plan was brought back. In view of this, to fight the government dadagiri, Builders dadagiri,Bishop's dadagiri and dadagiri of others, all the supporters and followers of Fr. Bismarq must join together and take up all the issues Fr. Bismarq was fighting. With the demise of Fr. Bismarq the demise of his struggles should not be allowed. In this direction last week at TB Cunha Hall a public meeting was organized by Bharat Mhukti Morcha whose president in Goa Maggie Silveira vowed to fight the menace of Ozones – Gaunekakrs – Bishops and others.
