ELECTIOIN FEVER IS SUBSIDED. - PART I.

 Finally the voting for the Election of 2022 for the Goa Legislative Assembly was over with the participation of 11.64 lakhs electorates plus 301 candidates from 12 political parties with the Independentes as well.  13 Candidates from one single Constituency i.e. Siolim is the highest number of candidates in one single constituency.

The first election for the Goa Legislative Assembly was held in 1963 when the electorates were not matured compared to the present ones. In fact the first election in Goa was held immediately after the conquest of Goa by the Nehru’s government in Delhi and it was for Village Panchayats all over Goa.  This was the first election in Goa but history tells us that Goa organiised elections much earlier for the Municipalities and to the Portuguese Parliament where Goa used to send two of Goa’s representatives,  one from the North and the other  from the South.  For Indian Ghantees elections may be some NOVIDADE but surely not for Goans. Inspite of this Goans goofed somewhere during the election process. In the first election for the Goa Les. Assembly,  the two major political parties were United Goans headed by Dr. Jack de Sequeira  and the other Maharastrawadi Gomantak Party whose symbol was Lion while that of UG Hand  and that of Congress of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru was Cow. Even though the Congress Party was enjoying  enormous amount of goodwill and strong support almost from all over India but in Goa it received a strong defeat winning not a single seat in Goa.  One of the reasons according to our elders for this defeat was the anger of senior Goans against the forcible annexation of Goa by  India by using the mighty Military Force against Goa without taking major portion of Goans into confidence.  No doubt the overwhelming number of Goans were wanting the Portuguese to leave Goa peacefully  and voluntarily handing Goa into the hands of Goans but not the way it was invaded in the name of liberation  thereby Goans are made strangers in their own land where they are losing all their Goan attributes and characteristics. This negative feeling of Goans against Congress Party  of Nehru  provoked huge number of Goans to vote against Congress. 

Since the fight was between the UGP and the  MGP that was the worst hard core Hindu fanatic  party which  was the   strong anti-Christian because they were zealous of all round development and the progress made by the Christians.  But in reality Goan Christian were fit for nothing exceptional except for Beber – Cumer & Fuder, as it was taught to us by the Portuguese, hence it was wrong to say that Christians in Goa were advanced, they are not, the entire economy of Goa was into the hands of Hindus, they are more hard working; the major industry of GoA, MINING was in totality into the hands of Hindus, namely Chowgules, Salgaocars, Timble, Dempos ad others.  Where are the Fernanbdeses, D'Souzas and others gone?  The trade and commerce was into their hands only, most of the educated professionals in Goa are Hindus namely Doctors and Engineers.  Christians went to  the Gulf, Africa, Canada, USA, UK and Tarvar and minus the Gulf residents all others settled in those countries where they went.  The entire Gulfies and Tarvotti clan thru their fatty remittance they inflated the economy of Goa but like typical with  buttlers mentality  they did not build their small scale industries nor they invested their money in something productive neither they pressurized the local  Goa Government in helping them in that direction. With the strength of their moneey power they only constructed the big houses spending lakhs of rupees, purchased  Limousines which fall into dead investment. Then they purchased flats at Altinhos to create a posh image of themselves as residents of   high profile residential areas that  they would get as a big show which they wanted very much because  they lacked the sophisticated image that even denied to them the prominent places for them in the society.  This is due to the discriminatory attitude of our Goan society.

 

Now coming back to the jokes Goans made of themselves during the first eAssembly election let me cite one concrete example.  An elderly lady was told by her son this: “Mae tum bhitor voch ani thuimsor tukam te dakoitolet

Ek zago zuim tum eklich astoli thuimsor tum tujem mot gal HATAK mhonchem

Tum tuzo Xikko mar Hatacher”.  Ti babddi bhitor gheli ani aplo Xikko apleach haticher marlo and ballot paper bhitor ghatlem dhobean ani aili khoxen bhoron apnem applem vhodd kam kelem mhonn.  Pun maguir gomtoch tinem kitem kelem tem, putak ani herank sogleank ekdom loz zali.

 

During the election campaigning, both the MGP and the UGP were firing each other by coining very attractive slogans.  MGP coined this: Bhavani  ani bhoinani tumchim mortam chotraen ghalat, hatikui patienakant and Ghaikui patienakat kiteak HAT KORIT TUMKAM.

As the election day  is  coming closer, some sort of nervousness is coming just by having a feeling that the Goenkars who boast of   their slogan of “Goa & Goykarponn” is most  probably coming to an end because of my so called brothers  regionally,  traditionally, culturally, linguistically, geographically and in so many other ways  are becoming day by day unreliable though we both on both the sides inhale the same air and drink the water from the same earth.  Though my so called Goan brothers and sisters are become so corrupt that for the sake of one small Envelope containing 6 Currency Notes totaling to Rs.6000/-what a pity it is to see these my brothers and sisters are falling prey to the 6 Currency Notes of    Rs. 500/- each.  Thru this bribe by our Representatives they proved to everyone who received this envelope they are nothing but  Prostitutes.  The job of  the Prostitute   and the recipient of Money Envelopes is the same, both are  doing the same type of  job of giving some sorts of service in exchange  of money.  Leave aside those voters whose financial position is very poor and because of poverty line they can be allowed to receive the envelopes but definitely NOT the affluent ones.   Good that during the Opinion Poll Time such Goans were not existing otherwise Dayananda Bandodcar and his group would capture the entire Goa and give it into the hands of  Maharastra. On top of it, these people  are taking pride in moving in society with their heads high while they sell their votes.  Votes are not saleable item, it is priceless item not meant for sale for Rs. 1000/- or 3000/- or 5000/-.  In such a situation I don’t think we are fit to be an electoral democracy.  Unless we are economically sound we should not not go for electoral democracy otherwise we  will prove that we are  the most stupid creatures on this planet giving everything to our politicians who like barberians are exploiting our weakness to the maximum and thus become richer and sricher and we are becoming bankrupt. Shame on us for allowing our leaders to exploit us.

 

In One of the local Newspapers in an interview he gave, Vijay Sardesai the man who played the most foul game  in Goan politics 5 years back by defecting to BJP inspite of promising openly that he  will never,  indicated his remorse  offering his apology.  Vijay, you are so stupid that I pray to God not to give a son of your type to any of the Goan parents, such a wicked you are. The damage that you did for Goa by defecting to BJP is of such a colossal magnitude  that its  effects has created very bad results for the benefit of Goa and Goans and in the bargain you benefitted tremendously while those  who were sincere and opposing you suffered immensely.  Do you care for such apologies, these apologies are like jokes for you, being a politician you are accustomed to live in such a situation,  you have already robbed us Goans, I feel ashamed to call you a Goan, it is a shame on Goans to associate with you.  After defecting,  you made so much of money and obtained so many benefits, can you return everything that you gained during the last so many years you were in the Ministry during your time of holding the lucrative portfolio under Parricar?  My dear Voters from Fatorda Constituency  you still have sufficient time to teach Vijay Sardesai a very good lesson in the voting romorrow, knowing his situation is very bad to get elected he took refuge in the Congress Party another party of crooks who accepted Vijay in their fold.  This is the job of Cheddio who are making us to dance totheir tune.  They take us wherever they go and like babies we are following them without any shame and on top of it we call ourselves as advanced people in India.  It is bort Congress need Vijay but Vijay need Congress and to get him a shelter of political nature he jumpped into Congress.  And by chance, once he is elected he will definitely act the way he wants thus proving that he is an illegitimate son of his parents      

The greatest defect in our electoral  system is the defective law on defection, it is giving lot of scope to play on this law, it requires some changes which the Centre must initiate if it wants our political and democratic system  to work properly.  The little change brought in it was in the aftermath of Indira Gandhi’s  assassination  when Rajiv Gandhi became the premier but that is not enough, hence Central Government with its power in the Parliament must initiate the change otherwise Centre must not blame those Indians who are asking for the amendment in this law, by calling them as anti-Natioanal.  Anti-National are those who want to create disorder in our political system by making ill use of the Defection law facility. We Indians had to sacrifice the life of one of our mighty world renown Prime Minister Indira Gandhi to initiate a minor amendment in the defection law, if she was not assassinated Rajiv Gandhi would not ascend to her throne.  Because he occupied her chair he went into the amendment.  Now do we have to wait for another assassination similar to what we already had to bring in the required rigid amendment into this law of defection?  As it is, all the bastardised Law makers are reluctant to do this job because they  are the promoters of defection.  

So, many benefits are promised by the so many political parties to the people of Goa once they form the government.  But will it happen?  Will those parties  come to power?  Do they have the power to woo the voters towards them and to vote for them  in the tomorrow's election and form the ministry in the second week of March?  Fighting  an election is not  fighting with your opponent  with “Sannicho Mundo” nor with  Uzeachem Agttem”  though I wish everyone all the success. 

Finally, let us all go for voting and do our duty appropriately. But I have full confidence in our Voters that they will do the justice to their precious votes and act accrdingly at the time of voting.  Meantime, I have strong faith in God and in the prayer which can do any greatest miracles of the type we get in the Biblical Book of Jeshua.  It said that when Joshua wanted  the nSunlight to fight the battle against his enemies he had no choice but go on his Knees and pray very fervently to God to keep the Sun Light intact without going down since the  time was approaching it to go down in which case Jshua would lose his battle.  Listening to his prayer  God who is omnipotent kept the Sun intact for 24 hours without moving an inch further till Joshua fought his war AND GOT THE VICCTORY. So, let us ALL THE FAITHFUL PRAY FOR ALL THE GOAN VOTERS TO CAStT THEIR VOTES  TO THE RIGHT CANDIDATES WHO WILL DO JUSTICE TO THEIR JOB IN THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY.

1: WHO IS THE REAL GENUINE GOENKAR?

 

He is the real son of his real Goenkar father who was fathered by his Goan parents.

 

2:  IF HE IS THE  REAL GENUINE GOENKAR, WHAT HE WILL DO  DURING THE COMING ELECTION?

 

AS PER THE GENUINE GOAN TRADITION, HE WILL MOVE IN THE FOOT-STEPS OF HIS ELDERS AND ACT AS UPRIGHT COME MAY WHAT BECAUSE UPRIGHTNESS, TRUTHFULNESS AND SINCERITY ARE THE HALMARK OF ANY GENUINE GOAN.  THE REAL GOAN WILL IF NECESSRY EAT FOR HIS SURVIVAL  EVEN GRASS BUT NEVER EAT SOMETHING GIVEN TO HIM ILLICIT.  ANYHTING ILLICIT AND GOANNESS NĒVER GO PARALLEL TO EACH OTHER. THEY ARE BOTH OPPOSED TO ECH OTHER.

 

3:  WHOM THE GOAN WILL VOTE IN THE COMING ELECTION?

 

If he is the real genuine Goan, he will vote for the most democratic, most secular and the most liberal party/CANDIDATE THAT INDICATED ITS/HIS EAGERNESS TO WORK FOR THE UPLIFTMENT OF DOWNTRODDEN but he will never vote and re-elect the DEFECTORS WHO BY VIRTUE OF BEING DEFECTORS ARE RIGHTLY CALLED AS “JUDASES”.  THE BIGGEST JUDAS  is the one – the Fatordecho JUDAS  who expect us to remain totally dumb for the most  criminal act, the heinous crime he committed in company with his two other “JUDAS” COLLEAGUES FOR  WHOM THIS TIME BY GETTING DETACHED FROM FATORDECHO JUDAS  are contesting separately in Saligao and Siolim respectively.  If voters from Saligao and Siolim are true  as described above, they will  teach them a very good lesson. As it is as per my innumerable friends in Siolim, there is something great upheaval  going to take place for one of the  candidates in addition to the former defector.                                                                   

                                                                  

4-WHAT WE THE GENUINE GOENKAR EXPECT FROM ALL THE VOTERS IN THE CONSTITUENCIES  WHERE ALL THE  DEFECTORS ARE CONTESTING?

 

As the genuine Goans, we  expect the voters there total boycotting of all the  defectors who first of all got no right to recontest the coming election.  They by defecting committed a big sin and for such sins there is no escape from the severe punishment.  The voters must boycott all the defectors and showing some leniency towards their wicked sins they cannot vote them.  If they are given one more chance, what guarantee is there that they will surely NOT  repeat their earlier defection once again? 

 

5- HENCE, VOTERS, PLEEASE VOTE WISELY.

 

MEANTIME, CONGRESS HAS NOT DICLOSED THE NAME OF THEIR CHIEF MINISTERIAL CANDIDATE YET KNOWING THIS PARTICULAR  ISSUE OF NOT SETTLING THE NAME OF CM IN ADVANCE BROUGHT ABOUT THE WHOLE DISASTER ON CONGRESS PAVING THE WAY FOR THE “CHOR” BJP TO COMMIT THE CHORI OF CM.

 

THE ANSWER TO THIS  CUNNINGNESS : There is a conspiracy on certain people to make somebody who is undeserving the CM.  There must be silent move within the Congress circle to bring in as CM somebody who is not an original Congressman.

IS CONGRESS PARTY AND CONGRESSMEN RELIABLE?

 

The Congress  Party is the worst corrupt political party  in India.   it was responsible from the time of independence of India not only to create corruption in India but more than that to increase and multiply the the existing corruption.   Because of the spread of corruption, Congress party carry the guilt of converting the major segment of Indians as corruption oriented population.  Ghandiji was very much wanted to dismantle it soon after Inda’s independence but the greatest “Chor” of India that is Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru who robbed us Goans of our most precious Goa was the greatest corrupt culprit. The crime that Centre in Delhi under Nehru committed by dismissing the Communist Party Government in mid fifties in Kerala by the Naboodribad was not only a day light robbery but the greatest crime.  Good that in the early stages of India’s independence India had the previllege of having in its fold the great luminaries  who could put a heavy brake on Nehru of the moves he made  in the wrong direction yet because he was cunning, Nehru still played many dirty tricks. 

Our elder Gans had hatred for Nehru and his Congress Party because he formed and passed on to others as well the bad opinion of Goans, he considered Goans as very backward and incompetent leave aside the few who were the World shakers. Our elders hated him for invading our Goa without any reason and also without our consent.  This was like Salazar’s dadagiri and Timoja’s Goondagiri in the name of  overthrowing of Adilsha when  Portuguese conqueror Afonso de Alburqueqe while returning thru  Mandovi River from South India initiated his attack on Adil Shah capturing Goa for Portugal.  It was Hindu Timoja who invited Portuguese  in the Mandovi River to conquer Goa and not any Christian invited Portuguese to Goa.  Not only this, Nehru committed one more, a far more greater mistake by  not  fulfilling his promise he gave to Goans somewhere in late fifties saying Bharat  will never force Goans forcibly to come under its roof but this choice will be left for Goans  to decide and in the end the Choice was never given to Goans and in the meantime the cursed  Bharat  robbed not only my Goa bodily but also soully thus making Goa as the worst State in India.  What is the  state of affairs of Goa under Indian Union that is governed by stupid people?  I feel like crying when I see my Goa rich in all aspecta suxch  as histoy - tradition - cultue literature - folkrole - folktales - customs - discipline - natural resources and etc.  What was the integrity and dignity and the character of our Premier Modi before he ascended to the throne of premier?  Because of being a murderer  when he was the Gujarat Chief Minister, he was banned in the USA.  Likewise we have so many Modis all over India who brought India which is the great country  of  great Sages to the level of disgrace.  Such countries will never prosper and since we are a part of this corrupt country, naturally we too will get afflicted with that disgrace.

To contest the coming election we Goans should  have come forward with one  local party with the amalgamation of the important principles of all the parties joining together.  No doubt it was not  an easy task, because it was very hard  there was no substitute for negotiations, the parties concerned should make all out efforts where every part of this whole should decide very vigorously.  It should be brought to the notice of the hard core negotiators the perseverance of all coming out for this  unity for the good cause of Goa.   Up to now no serious negotiation was done,   without consulting us the concerned persons did not even talk to among themselves.  These Goykars bloody stupid when they cannot do anything in Goa when the affairs of Goa are in the hands of Goans then how they will handle the affairs of Goa and Goans when Goa goes under the control of Calcuttans?  Are these Bengalis controllable?  And even if they are controllable who will controil them?

 

Renown  Tiatrist Francis de Tuem in one song of his in favour or Mamata Banaerji raised her to the pedestal for helping the late Mother Theresa who wanted some help, she phoned Mamata, then Mamata herself came to see Mother Theresa.  But there was nothing momentous  and monumental in the response of Mamata that is Mamata hersef went to Mother Theresa. This was nothing but a kind gesture - having political significance meaning to gain only the goodwill and cheap publicirty foe Mamata,  that’s all.  By raising this old issue Tuem must be trying to gain the prominence for the Calcuttans but unfortunately himshelf has lost much of his shine that resulted even for one Tiatro of Tari directed by Tuem and Tari jointly and held at Calangute Church Compound where Tuem for his song received from some attendees even  ‘USH –USH’’ giving an impression that people have started losing  their confidence in Tuem  And which are those people who got fed  up and disgusted of Tuem?  They are none other than the same people who earlier raised him to  the  pedestal.

 

 

         

        Some of those Goans who joined the Calcuttans are telling that they will control them in Goa but I am telling them and all the others who have joined Calcuttans that   they will control their balls, they must first show that they have sufficient Pubic Hair to display their guts.  They must know first what the Bengalis are capable of doing.  When time comes they may not only uproot the Goans from Goa and dump them in Bengal but if necessary they may detach Goa from its roots in Goa and may throw our Bhangarachem Goem into the Bay of Bengal with the excuse that it is no more  golden, it lost its gold on the very day it was invaded by the Bharat when Bharat removed all the gold from Goa and also other precious materials, items and goods all from the Western  foreign coutries including the most expensive – as given to understand at that time – heavy duty big Escort Motorbikes which were used for escorting the VIP dignitaries coming to Goa after getting down from the  airport at Dabolim to Panjim.  All those items were clandestinely taken to Delhi by the Chors who robbed my “sobit – rosrosit - porzollit – zogzokit – moladik   Goem,"  those were the highly sophisticated dignitaries/guests of Portuguese Government of Goa and none of them  belonging to the category  of PANPOTTI .    

Now again coming back to Congress and Congressmen contesting the coming election, will we doing the right  thing by voting the congress candidates especilly those who were last time involved in defections either themselves as defectors or intitiators of defectiobns?  By supporting these bloody idiots who robbed the congress party of its legal and moral opportunity  to form the ministry  should be kept at a distance because they are the dangerous people who are totally selfish.  In one they they are the greatest "Bamtte" who are making a mockery of our democracy.  What sort o democracy we are having?  Is it a viable democracy or a joking democracy where all those involved in it are a big Joke?   What is this fuckin democracy of India where one  candidate contesting his election on X party ticket this time while the same candidate already contested last year on Y party ticket  and the next time again he will revert back to X.

NEED OF HARD DECISION FOR THIS ELECTION.

Very important phase of the life of many of us is going on now and we are  much  worried of not knowing what will be the outcome  of the phase that we are now  passing thru.  Since election is approaching very fast we are all busy in doing something or the other with regard to the election fixed on 14^th of this month.  Because of this election, many of the people involved in it directly as contestants  or indirectly as party followers  or as the leaders of the contestants.  As  party leaders contesting the election they were supposed to give a round every fortnight in every ward  of his locality in his Constituency  and to enquire  with his voters and to get the first hand information  of his voters and if he finds anybody during these rounds  sick or is in any problem the leaders if they are the real leaders having real qualities of leadership in their blood and moreover they are the real sons of their real fathers,  they will help their voters in getting their problem solved.  But unfortunately there is not  a single leader of calibre or the contestant who got the blood running in his veins of his genuine father   then only he will devote his time in his constituency to see the needs of his voters.  Otherwise like a True Bastard and also like the  son of his Bitchy mother, he will escape from performing his obligations towards his voters. Such candidates got no right to beg for the Votes.

 

Take the time during the peak  of Covid and see so many of people were languishing in the hospital or at home without food and other  necessary requirements and no money to buy essentials, our leader who was the same whom the voters voted him to power earlier  stupidly have failed miserably even to give a plain phone call asking them just these  3 comforting words ”HOW ARE YOU?”  WILL  he gather courage this time to come to the doors to beg for their votes? What is the quality and character of this type of rascal leaders who are   interested in filling their own pockets only and constructing their own Bunglows without even proper documents as if the they are the “Poske Put” of “Serkar” allowing them to do anything illegally. The rascal who on the strength of some of his persons who are experts in doing illegal projects  are ready to do anything and as a matter of fact people of dignity are ashamed of such leaders  doing illegal business.

 

From the above we realise how stupid our leaders are who by Bastardising their dirty character  they escape from their genuine responsibilities towards their sincere voters and thus bring about disaster in our democratic system. In this way how will we get good leaders?  It  is impossible for us in Goa especially to locate good and responsible leaders.  We will in such a situation suffer from the abject poverty of leadership and in this way we will be at the mercy of rascal leaders who will again fail us in giving us the most upright leadership. 

 

The problems with our current leadership is this that it does not care for its obligations because our leaders are selfish.  Our current political activities carried by our third class politicians are considered by our politicians as Commercial where money is the main criteria, today's politicians are involving in politics to gain  an enormous amount of money, he is the most shameless and if necessary he knows the job of a Pimp on which he ultimately bank.  This is the very ugly and shameless stage he reaches in search of money and power.  Why? Because money is become so powerful that other than God’s power there is only one strong power that is the money power, money and that too easy and fast money.

 

Exactly another  week is remaining for the coming election and still candidates and their parties are not certain  whether they will win or not, they are not certain that they will get their expected quota of votes or their votes will be splitted leading the common opponent to get the maximum number of votes. In this case, since every candidate is indicating his opposition to the BJP, why even at this last moment some of the doubtful candidates  take a very hard and bold decision and withdraw from the contest in favour of the candidate who is likely to score more votes?  As it is our Church leaders are constantly making big noise regularly in the Churches opposing the splitting of  Votes.  In view of this, why our Church leaders who are maintaining good relationship with some of  the fringe candidates whose involvement in this election is only for academic point of view,  advise these candidates to withdaraw?  Otherwise, later on there is no point in  crying and crying for our luck, our luck is what we make.  This should be done hurriedly because time is ticking sprintingly.

IS ROSHAN MATHIAS NOT THE RIGHT CHOICE IN CALANGUTE CONSTITUENCY ??

 

Why the voters from Calangute Constituency vote for Roshan Mathias in the forthcoming Goa Legislative Assembly Election?  There are according to the study I made,  many reasons but I quote here only the few which are very important deserving voters attention so that they will now vote for Roshan Mathias whose party symbol is Foot-ball player and his party is “Goencho Swabiman Party”. 

 

Roshan is a young,  dynamic and energetic man having  total love for Goa and Goans for whose sake he will do anything.  Such people are very few among us and especially in our Legislative Assembly there none like him or even if there are any, you cannot see them easily as they are not visible. In the Name of Goa and Goans people get elected and once they are in the Legislative Assembly like “Rostad” they forget about Goa and Goans and go on to looting and destroying Goa by using all the benefits they get for themselves by being the MLA’s and Ministers. This class of selfish Goans was born in  Goa on 19^th December 1961 when Goa was invaded by Bharat that converted Goa having its unique identity with especial qualities, into like any other place under Bharat.  The average Goan from Goa was not selfish and rascal as he is now and who this Goan is you can come   to know from the qualities of our Legislators. The biggest crooks, the liars, traitors, “Chors & Bamte”, criminals and rapists are from the class of Legislators who have totally lost their respect from the society.  This is the trend now not only in Goa but all over India.  Going further on this topic, I feel like asking one question, are we worthy of electoral democracy?  Do we deserve this type of democracy? Thru this democracy  we are creating dictators among us who  royally with the silent nod of the concerned persons and the authorities   
are doing all the illegal activities that create disorder in our society.

 

Now coming back to Roshan Mathias, there are very few candidates among us like Roshan who is morally upright, socially decent whose character is very good, not known to have involved in illicit affairs, a very good husband of his equally very good wife, never a corrupt man nor involved in duping anyone, well educated and a God fearing man having all the best of attributes.  Because we dont get good character candidates now a days like Roshan, we are getting all the crooks only and precisely because of this our Parliament and Legislatures  are filled with Law makers as corrupt.  Here the fault lies in us because we elect mostly the corrupt and Rostad candidates who got no value in upright life, they got value only in the corrupt voters segment.  Hence, we need now as our legislators like Roshan Mathias of whose type we have very few in Goa contesting the coming election. He was a very good activist in which capacity he did yeomen services for the cause of Goa and Goans. In fact he fought tirelessly to save Goa and preserve her natural beauty. HIS INVOLVEMENT AT PANCHAYAT LEVEL AND ACHIEVEMENTS.

 

1: Village development Committee – setting up and ensuring proper functioning of VDC.

2: Various Committees in the Panchayat -  setting up and proper functioning,

3:  Gram Sabah participation – introducing & passing of various resolutions.

4:  Coastal Zone Management Plan.

5:  Biodiversity Register – Assisted in identification of  water bodies in  Candolim.

6:  Safai volunteer – appointed by high court.

7:  Gram Panchayat development Plan – as a village development committee member.

Besides, filing of public interest litigations (Court cases) in support of innocent people and to get justice for those who were denied by the so called men of authority.

Additionaly, providing since a long time now assistance to many citizens, NGO’s all over Goa with free legal advice on various topics and also drafting of various types of letters and apppllications.

 

Now, once he is elected and with all the probalities according to the voters there he will  be elected by the Calangute Constituents because the constituents of Calangute Constituency have  realised now that Roshan and he alone is capable man to help to usher in the new era in Calangute constituency.  Most of the people in Calangute and all the other villages namely Candolim, Sinquerim, Arpora, Nagoa and Parra that fall in Calangute Constituency are convinced now that Roshan and he alone is capable candidate among all others to liberate Calangute Constituency from those who wielded power there.  The efforts Roshan Mathias put in to go so deeply  into the above activities are not small, I am sure none of the contestants from Calangute Connstituencty including the MLA turned Minister is aware that such activities were necessary.  Yes  they were all necessary because it was so, the dynamic social worker Roshan Mathias  handled them so nicely and gave a very good image of him..  The people from Calangute Constituency must decide now only whether to vote for Roshan Mathias or not.  It looks like that Roshan should be blindly elected by the voters.

  

Now when he gets into the Goa Legislative Assembly, he according to his vision he will overhaul the entire Tourism sector and bring about major changes in this department to make it more lucrative and affordable.  The other development will be in the Health Sector  where all the people will be provided with quality health  service.  Then he will provide all round socio-economic and infrastructural development.  Then he will revamp the educational system to bring in employment oriented education.  Then he will bring in the  reforn to make democracy workable.  The other change he will bring in Police deparrment making the Police people friendly by removing the current tag they had of being like Portuguez Agente Monteiros. Then his other vision is to get our children, women, men, senior citizens and others engaged in Goan cuotural and traditional activities and the last he will do is to create adequate  and equal opportunities for the sons of the soil in the employment at government and private sectors too. These will be Roshan Mathias’ priorities to  do once he is elected.  According to me even he is  individually capable to get these activities done. 

 

NOW, before concluding, I have to bring to the notice of  everyone that we should not get fooled once again to see the Congressmen fighting like Cats and Dogs for the Chief Ministerial post and then surrender like idiots to the BJP.  Congress has so far not declared and not disclosed the name of their CM candidate though they must have already have it hidden “Bazepondak”.  They at the last minute will bring out this name when we will not be able to do anything.  IN VIEW OF THIS, WE MUST NOT VOTE FOR CONGRESS CANDIDATES ANYWHERE IN GOA OTHERWISE THEY MUST DECLARE ITS CM CANDIDATE IMMEDItely.  This Congress Party is become the party of Cheddio  and its stalwarts are trying to cheat and fool us  by imposing on our heads any Ladru Pedru type of CM because  in the absence of Lazaro and Pedro among the Congressmen we have all Ladrus and Pedrus  only in the Congress list.

VOTE WISELY.

 

It was when I was schooling at Arpora School that I joined the Congress Party because inspite of its innumerable flaws they committed since the independence of India, I still found in this party some good.  From 1947 till the time of introduction of the worst type of Hitlerian rule of Emergency all over India by premier Indira Gandhi, Congress did well. Indira Ghandhi the great daughter of the great world leader Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru was on behalf of Congress party earlier  stripped the Princes and Nawabs of India of their Princely Purses in the name Indian Socialism to bring about economic equality in India.

 

The economic revolution that Indira Ghandhi dreamt ultimately remained in her dream only as a joke.  What good she was capable of bringing to tide the big disparity in India between Poor and Rich?  The few Indian Rich are becoming richer and richer and the poor becoming poor and poorer thereby creating a strong animosity between the two segments of Indians. 

                                                                                                                        

Indian poor got only one weapon into their hands and that is the electoral democracy thru which  they can cast their most powerful weapon known as VOTE and thru this electoral democracy they can bring about a change but is it possible in India with the Indian masses and even they succeed in this revolutionary system, will the leaders of this change cooperate to implement the change?  I doubt very much this will materialize in our land because in India in general and in Goa in particular we lack proper leaders to implement this type of changes because our leaders of the poor and of the masses are most corruptable suffering from inferiority complex and are likely to go against their own segment.  If we in Goa had a strong leader among the masses, our poor people would never remain poor.  It is a tragedy that we lack capabe persons among our poor to lead the poor and even among the poor a few come out successfully from their poverty line they unfortunately do not do anything for the betterment of their poor brothers and sisters.  These few people from the masses have proved themselves as selfish, they only fill their own pockets without caring for others. 

 

                              Now the election time is approaching very fast, all the earlier MLS’s and also   the first timer will come to your places like BEGGARS and without any shame will BEG with you  in folded hands your precious votes.  Some of these rascals they did not care you during the COVID tragic time when everyday people were dying in big numbers.  Did they come to your places to enquire with you if you need any help?  Some of these bloody sons of their stupid  mothers will come to ask your Votes.  If possible, kick them out from your places, by kicking them out you will not lose anything, your one vote for them is  like Oxygen for their life and survival.  Even if you spit on their faces they will never say anything because your vote is more important now.  Thru your one vote some of them they won the election and minted money for them rightly and wrongly and thus became crorepotis.  What benefit you got from their crores?

 

                              They by amassing huge wealth built big Bungalows not one but so many in so many places, purchased big Costly Cars and properties and are living like MAHARAJAS.  While enjoying these facilities did they see you and did they ask if you need anything or are you having any problems?  No, Never because they are not bothered of you.  They will say as some of them said earlier that they belong to the same category  as you, me and others and thus bringing them to our level.  But never believe them, they once become MLA’s and Montris they change their status to 360 degrees while our status  remains the same.  They will never identify themselves with us because they acquire very high level due to their  political power and financial pyramid.  If they identify with us then they must live like what we are living.  Why they want to live in the Government Bunglows at Altinho Panjim?  And on top of it all they say they and  we are of the same level.  They will never be able to identify themselves with us because they  have huge amount of illicit money while we do not and as such they will never be able to identify with us.  In  such a situation we must not vote for them.  According to the Congress philosphy we are all one, but later on other parties too followed this philosophy.  When we have so much of financial disparity among us that is between the political ruling class and others we will never be under on roof.

I WILL DO WHAT I WANT TO DO - MOJI PARTY GELI DOBEAN.

 

There appeared a total fear and “kampero” into the minds and hearts of  the bloody ‘’Cheddio” type of persons contesting  the forthcoming election under the Symbols of their respective parties, some of these parties are not fit to be the political parties and unfortunately they are named as political parties. Some of the stalwarts of the political parties are known to be the owners of the Brothels from where they do all their political “Match Fixing” by supplying their Wives, Daughters and Sisters.   Since this is worth sacrificing the honour of their  family members these politicians are stooping so low because they are most disgraceful people in the  society.  Almost all the contestants according to the events going on will face the defeat surely but that defeat will be such a terrible defeat that they will even lose their deposits.  Why their outcome will be so miserable? Every defeated candidate will lose not only the election but worst than that he/she will even lose his or her deposit as well.  But why such a miserable and disgraceful defeat  they will suffer?  For this my answer is, why not they face miserable defeats?  What good they have done in their respective constituencies to prove their capacity and worth to work for the people? Are our people and especially our voters stupid to vote for the stupid contestants when these contestants do not know even to give a simple smile and thereby gain their goodwill?  In fact just to give a simple smile it cost you nothing but yet you are saying for yourself,  “Why should I smile at him?  By smiling at him, what am I getting?  See, if this is the attitude of our people then why people should vote for  them?  If the simple smile our contestant cannot give to the people then why people will vote for them and elect them?    And secondly it is dangerous to elect them because such candidates are so proud,  so arrogant that once the result of their victory is declared  their natural feelings erupts like a Volcano and their pride pours out of their mouths turning them into arrogant persons. Thus they become like feudal lords who create a distance between the political class and the non-political class of people whom we call as commoners. This system is framed by the Bastard Politicians on the pattern of Feudal type of system framed by our Landlords and Munndkars whereby those Bhattkars intentionally created this system to show to everyone that they are superior to Mundkars who got no category to remain under the shadow of the Bhattkar.   The  political class  on the strength of their political power they act like those White Skinners in South Africa when the South African Whites were officially practicing Apartheid, this proud political class of people was not integrating with the commoners, these so called high grade Goans politically powerful would prefer to move in isolation separately  by refusing to mix up with the non-political people whom we may call as commoner but the proud and arrogant rascal politicians will not associate with  the non-political class that is commoners. And inspite of this discrimination these politicians want the Votes of the commoners.  And by the way, who are these proud and arrogant politicians?  Overwhelming majority of them are those who were born and brought up by the poor parents who experienced all the hardships of life facing all the troubles and difficulties in their life to come up and whose poor and miserable parents undergoing enormous  amount of sacrifices.  The majority of the current politicians are those coming from the poor and miserable parentage and inspite of their poverty stricken upbringing they act arrogant.  When I noticed any politician acting proud I immediately deduce that they are the bloody rascals coming from the class of 19^th century domestics and Utensil cleaners in the Kitchens of their bhatkars who not only treated them as Slaves and as “Dukor” but their mothers and sisters were also molested and raped by their Bhattars. I fail to understand why they turn mad and acquired all the proud habits of their Bhattkars?  It looks to me like what it is said in one of our proverbs “CHATTEA LAGUIM BHATTO XINKTA”.  But what I cannot understand is this that why only the bad things we learn fron others and put the same into practice?  Yes,  I noticed one more thing from our people who learn all the bad habits of others are mainly the illegitimate sons and daughters of their mothers.  And these Bastards Goan politocians I am noticing them in front of my own shadow. 

              

Today in my locality, house to house Campaigning was done by one well known politician but the well known politician contesting the election did not show his face but sent one local man to my house.  I don’t know what is the logic behind this, why he refused to come  and hand over the leaflet and Mask as his advertisement?  Is this the sign of political feudality started now only before the election with the motto “Tum tujem mot makam ghaltai zalear ghal na tor tum bosloi mojea xenxxx” because I have plenty of Votes for me from the migrants for whom I am doing so much".  Elsewhere he distributed according to one source in my Vaddo Cash Notes nicely put in the Mask, this is according to EC rules not allowed and if complaint goes to EC there will be a big problem.  Secondly the number of people accompanying this candidate is too big which again is not allowed by the EC and finally the public meeting held around this place was too big.  This means can the rules be applicable only to the few?  It looks some are not equal in front of the laws making “some more equal than the others” as it is indicated by Orwell in his masterpiece ANIMAL FARM..  When this man gets elected what type of legislator he will become and what sort of Legislation he will bring in the Assembly?  When we get in our Legislative Assembly Rostad type of Legislators then what good you will expect from such rubbish Legislators?  

Every  contestant is saying he will win but to win it is so easy ? I asked the other day one contestant going  further and asking him - what are you, why you think people will vote for you?  What have you done in your locality for people to make them to vote for you?  Besides, are you a heavy weight in our Constituency?  Your own neighbours don’t know you that you are existing in this locality.  Your popularity is minus ZERO, to win the election you must be a known figure in your Constituency.  Secondly what is the budget you allocated from your own pocket to fight this election?  When he gave a figure of X amount totaling only to some Thousands, I told him,  it is peanuts and how cunning the people are you will know at the last minute, they will ask you not only in thousands  but in lakhs turning you  into a bankrupt.  Not only this they will even ask you your wife and daughter too otherwise at the last minute they refuse to associate with you and having no option you will have to give them whatever they ask you because you want to win the election.  Inspite of doing so much there is no guarantee that you will win the election and recover all your spent money.  If your money is limited then you are finished, for this you must be careful and always remember one of our sayings “Ghoribamcheam bhurgeank Pomburpenchim Festam kiteak?”.  It is not bad to contest the election but you must see your capacity to go ahead.  Always remember one more saying that says “Har nachta mhonn Gainddoi nachlear zaina”.. Then I asked him what is  your educational background and when he told me that he is not even SSC, then I told him, this gives a poor image of him where the voters will feel shy to vote for him.

Finally, will our candidates when they are elected remain faithful to their parties or will go back   to the old habits of defection because almost all are power hungry and thru this power they will want to make money.  As for me, I have my own doubt on the integrity of almost everyone. I have my conviction that once they are elected most of them will act the  way they want, they will say “ Go to Hell with the principles of their Parties and we will join anyone giving them better share of the robbery they commit’.  If the architect of the major defection initiated last time will get elected then things will be easy to move forward in this direction. So those who are fighting  against defection must first  try to defeat the father of the defection.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                

Secondly, up to now cunningly Congress Party did not declare the  name of their Chief Ministerial candidate when they know this issue was the downfall of Congress last time.  Nobody should vote for Congress unless they declare immediately the name of their CM candidate.  MEantime, voters must vote on the basis of the character and integrity, sincerity and truthfulness of the candidate and not on the basis of the party of the candidate. Once elected they will say “PARTY GELI DOBEAN – I WILL DO WHATEVER I WANT”..
