UP is NO.1 in crimes and rapes. Years back 3 youth from UP came to Goa and mudered a Goan Priest in Macazana Salcette and later all the 3 were released.
Our Indian Politicians are also involved in rapes and crimes therefore all the 6 rapists will be out soon weather one of them is Juvenile or not.

JUVENILE CRIMINAL OF DELHI GANG RAPED GIRL.
According to the available information, the Sixth Rapist of the ganged Raped Delhi girl was of 17 years and among all the Six he was the worst person to brutalise and rape that girl. It is beyond my imagination to admit that this kid has done such a worst crime at this young age. This boy is from Uttar Pradesh born to desperate parents and from very early age he was neglected by his negligent and irresponsible parents residing in a small hut without proper roof. Being the eldest among 3 brothers and one sister his poor parents had no time to devote him, to guide him and to discipline him. Hence at an early age he left his home and as a street boy he came to Delhi to work as a labourer. ..........
