IS GOA STILL RULED BY THE SALAZARISTS?

This is in reference to the recent public meeting held at Lohia Maidan Margao to oppose the PDA – ODP & RP2021.

Goan masses along with the elite are awakened now and it was seen thru the sea of humanity  attending this meet on 27^{th  of last month}.  I cannot understand how inspite of exiting dictatorial Salazar regime, we are still in the name of democratic Bharati Raj in Goa, following in reality the dictatorial practices of which type even Salazar did not introduce in Goa.  Why the voices of the Goans are not given due respect by our democratically elected representatives and surrendered to the wishes of the people?  Are we not ashamed still to call ourselves as democrats when we in reality kick the democratic views of the people?

It is a pity that the representatives of the people and the government whom we did not give the mandate to work on PDA – ODP & RP2021 are valiantly working to impose the same on us. This is nothing but Salazarshahi or I can say worse than that? Why there is no respect for the people’s request?  It is mainly because of the undignified, uncultured, uneducated and disgraceful  Goans  are elected by the people without properly scrutinizing their character.  These disgraceful  representatives elected by the disgraceful  voters are interested in only filling their own pockets and acquiring innumerable concubines for their sexual pleasure. Why they indulge in these activities by ignoring the genuine needs of their voters?  Because they belong to the disgraceful  family background.  During the Portuguese time in Goa, Regidores were selected not only on the basis of their educational background but also on family background and above all their character which is very much lacking in  the current representatives.

By disgracing their uprightness these rascals by committing the criminal acts like organizing defections and everything bad are bringing the greatness of Parliamentary democracy to the lowest ebb..  Is this correct?      Who can commit such immoral acts? Only the rascals who are on rampant money accumulation  spree either thru looting the people by extorting  the bribes or other faoul means.  And yet they think they are super but these people cannot be super by committing disgraceful acts.  Incidentally, most of our representatives are disgraceful people born to the disgraceful parents and brought up also by the disgraceful parents only.  During the Portuguese time the Rostad Goans coming from Rostad family background never given a chance to rule and precisely because of this Goa remained immaculate for 451 years. What greatness of Goa the Portuguese government  maintained and protected during its 451 years of rule, the Bharatis destroyed in 451 months only.  And who supported this destruction?  The elected rascal representatives only.  Who are they? They are unfortunately all Goans.

During Portuguese time one Regidore used to rule the whole village and everything was going smoothly because during Portuguez rule in Goa we many times were given keen hearing by the then Salazarist authorities in a democratic manner but now in a free Goa we are suppressed.by the same people who promised to listen to our voices of opposition.  Our own elected representatives who got elected by our votes are working hard to impose on us the PDA-ODP-RP2021 because they are getting benefits out of these.  By looting Communidade Land they have minted money and with the strength of this money some of them are rampantly promoting ill governance. Now in the name of development they want to introduce PDA-ODP-RP2021. It is all lies they are telling, they want to develop their own personal economy thru these things. We should not allow them to win the next election where money flow will be like “zorichem udok”

In my village, many of the villagers have taken a bold step to generate the public pressure against the government and our MLA who told many times that he was “tumchech mdlo eklo”.  Though he was my MLA yet I refuse to accept him as such otherwise he would act as “amche modloch” and do what we ask.  I request not only my villagers but also the entire Goa to stand by firmly behind the  “Amcho Avaz”.under whose banner we are fighting this cause.
