TO all my brothers and sisters wishing to contest the
election in Calangute Constituency and elsewhere too.
First of all please note that contesting an election for the Legislative
Assembly not only in Calangute Constituency but anywhere in Goa is not a joke
nor like playing a friendly foot-ball
match. In the past we the constituents
of Calangute Constituency suffered tremendously because some of our representatīves
elevated from their Panchayat Sarpanchship to Goa Leggislative Assembly MLAship
where they were not capable of producing good results for our Constituency for
this reason our Constituency left far behind with regards to progress and
development.
Our Panchayats’ leaders mainly a few of the Sarpanches instead of doing
the work of village development went on doing their own development thru
cheating, robberies, bribe extorting from any person requesting the necessary certificates to carry on with his personal work
like House Construction for residential dwelligs, demanding from the Builders
by the Sarpanch one 2 Bedrooms Flat in each Building etc.
These people in most cases were arrogant and this arrogance
they have implemented when they reached
to the Panchayat as Sarpanches and in the GLA when they became MLA’s. Some of
these Sarpanches and MLA’s by taking
opportunities of their positions in the Panchayat and GLA started to make the locals coming to their offices suffer
the desease of “demanding Bribe” otherwise Sarpanch would not issue any
Certifficate. Some of these bloody members of Panchayats and their
Sarpanches are acting as local Dadas,
when they talk and walk and discuss with you, they will act like Maharajas or Sheikhs giving an impression that they are
the makers and destroyers of your life. A few of them are the most shameless people in our
Constituency whose only purpose in life is to make money and more money. Before getting these posts they were nowhere
in life, they were most ordinary men but power spoiled them. We must refuse to accept them as big, if they
contest the elections in our Cnstituency we must kick them out by not voting for them because if we
vote them they will harass us only because we are the soft spots for them to harass
us.
Such people are
dreaming to contest the forthcoming election for the Goa Legislative Assembly
and their arrangement are in full swing.
But will they get any chance? Not
at all, they will all get kicks because earlier a few of them were behaving
like animal by discarding their human partners and instead started flirting
with with cats and dogs on the strength of illicit money.
A few of them held the
positions of Sarpanches in their villages for so many years but never improved giving good performance to satisfy the locals
and their needs. They excelled well in
harassing their neighbours and relatives
for any petty mistake they committed while constructing even their “Khomttis”.
In the coming
election, we must be very careful of such candidates because some of them have
already expressed their desire to release their revenge. They must know that people elect them not to
fight their war with their locals but to
develop their constituencies and Goa.
