According to the available information, the Sixth Rapist of the ganged Raped Delhi girl was of 17 years and among all the Six he was the worst person to brutalise and rape that girl. It is beyond my imagination to admit that this kid has done such a worst crime at this young age. This boy is from Uttar Pradesh born to desperate parents and from very early age he was neglected by his negligent and irresponsible parents residing in a small hut without proper roof. Being the eldest among 3 brothers and one sister his poor parents had no time to devote him, to guide him and to discipline him. Hence at an early age he left his home and as a street boy he came to Delhi to work as a labourer.
In Delhi he came in contact with similar companions and thus he became a gangster. From the time he left his home in UP till the time of this crime for eleven long years he was considered by his mother as dead. She has not even bothered to find out where he is and with whom he is. This shows total neglect of this boy by his irresponsible mother, his father being mentally derange was unaware of what was happening around him. In view of this, is it wrong on my part to pose a question: "Is it right for such mothers to bring children into this world? Is this mother of this rapist kid fit to be a mother?"
The parents who cannot afford to own a small dwelling place for them they have no right to produce children lest these children become urchins. In India we have a great number of such street children addicted to all sorts of vices which they inflict on society and thus spoil the peace in the society. It is the responsibility of the government and NGO’s to arrest this trend of unwanted children otherwise they pose a big threat to society. Society should also ponder over this crucial issue.
India which is a cursed country is filled with all sorts of worst activities and is full of unwanted children and when they become adults they embark on all sorts of bad deeds. We have in places like Bombay big Slums which are become breeding grounds for all the criminals and robbers. With immunity they carry on with their notorious activities and Police force is doing nothing because Police force is infested with criminals only.
It is now responsibility of the government to own the street children and to educate them in right direction so that they become responsibe citizens and an asset to the nation. Government cannot escape from this responsibility. Side by side NGO's should also involve in eradicating this menace of unwanted children among the poor parents by advising and guding them how to control the unwanted births. Otherwise India will fill itself with such criminal kids as the 17 years 6th Rapist who even after committing the dastardly crime falls into the category of Juvenile.
