According to their Manifesto, the BJP in the coming Zillah Parishad
election is surprisingly silent on the devolution of powers to the ZP. Why BJP
has not paid serious attention to these powers in its manifesto? Even in the past its elected members did not
do much to get these powers delegated to
the ZP. And now that they kept their silence on this very essential requirement
indicates how careless and wrong BJP is.
They got everything on silver platter including
all the “baddeache” rascals of Congress Party who not only gone against their oath
but also against the morality and religion because no religion tells you to cheat others.
Talking of Congress Party, if
this party was erect in its functioning today we would never have the curse of
communal party to rule over us especially in our “bhangarachem Goem” which is known as “Saibachem
Goem” where for the feast of Goencho Saib at Old Goa a large number of devotees
are non-Christians who adore the “Goencho Saib” so devotedly beside
overwhelming majority of those doing business there are also non-Christians mainly
the Goan Hindus many of whom they liked Goncho Saib only during the feasts of
Goencho Saib since during these feasts these merchants are doing very good
business and thus make lot of money.
During these feasts Goencho Saib
is good and necessary otherwise he is bad” and “Goencho Saib Christian mure,
tanne amcheam Hinduank battoilea mure, to amcho vhodd dusman mure”. These
bloody rascals when Goa was invaded by the useless country Bharat these Hindus
were calling and taunting St. Francisco Xavier the patron saint of Goa as “FORSULO”,
one of such Hindu rascals was asking me
in my village, “Khuim ghelo re tumcho Forsulo atam, techo Portugues ghelo mure”. For this I replied to him that Portugues is
not the “bacho” of Forsulo but Portuguez was the “Minn” tumcheam zaiteam Ostoreancho,
teanch Portuguezani tumcheam bhailank “baba” korun dovorleat tenkam atam
posat. Eklo Portuguesancho "nomuno" mhonn
aslo taka xekim Sunitan kobar kelo".
The greatest beneficiaries of Portuguez
were Goan Hindus otherwise the entire mining industry and other commerce and
trade would not have gone into the hands of Hindus many of who ironically and falsely
say that Portuguez in Goa were the "Kumpar"
of Christians but actually it is not correct, may be a few Christian Brahmin
bhattkars but better dividends and better opportunities of Portuigues were
gained by by the Hindus who almost belonging mostly to the “negociante” class.
With BJP coming to power worst things have
happened in India because of their bad governance, their leader premier Modi
himself was reckless in running the affairs of the country. The demonetization
decision he so wrongly took even against the advice of Reserve Bank of India
kept India far behind. And contrary to the promise of getting back all the
illegally looted money and stacked in
foreign Banks nothing has been done. All those corrupt Indians deposited their
loot in the Foreign Banks are moving like "Fidalgos" with their heads high. Can Modi and his government dare to touch
them? Modi can touch only “FOTTKOTTE
CHONNE”.
If you move a bit ahead, you see the collapse of Banking system in India where the looting of Banks goes
unhindered with the silent nod of the government and blessing of the ministers to allow the financial rogues to
borrow from the Banks in crores of rupees which finally goes for settlement
thru write off process as if this money is the fathers’ property of the concerned
Banking authorities. This money belongs
to the public collected thru the tax payers.
By writing off this money the government commits a big robbery on the
tax payers. Such governments are not fit to govern their countries.
Now coming back to the BJP, it is committing a big blunder by not
demanding powers to ZP. How BJP wants to function in ZP without its officially declared
powers? Now BJP is ruling in Goa and as such It will be easier for the BJP to
get their work done thru direct contact but if instead any other party rules
Goa, then what?
