LET MIGRANTS GO. BUT STOP THEIR DUAL VOTING CARDS.

On the 6^th of this month in the Letter to the Editor column,  Adv. Aires Rodrigues in his letter to the editor “Is this Goenkarponn”, expressed his concern over those thousands of migrants who are leaving Goa for their journey to their home States and they are having 2 voting cards, one voting card in Goa to vote for all the elections in Goa and the other voting card to vote in their birth places in their own States. Besides they are in possession of  Aadhaar Cards and other required cards issued to them in Goa by the legal authorities.

Now the question comes here is this: Who has issued these Cards to these Ghantti migrants?  Was it not by our Rostad  Goans, Panchayats  and in some places non-Goans too whose roots are outside Goa?  Was it not by our  crook MLA’s who are so corrupt and so “Bamtte”?

 

Some of these MLA’s  are so shameless that they are not only wearing the gowns of the wives of the migrants and ghanttinis but also their Unders and Bras and by doing what they  are doing, they think they are doing a big thing by dressing like Banjaras.  What a pity of these people, they look to me they are brought up like Urchins without any parental care.  In the coming election we must teach them a very good lesson otherwise they will teach their corrupt lesson to us. Too long a period as people representative is too bad for the elected representative because being a long time representative he masters the art of looting and doing everything bad. They are in politics only to fulfill their ambitions of making money thru looting the public.  Otherwise let these “Ximbre” MLA’s and “Rostad” Ministers declare how much their Bank balance and asset was at the time of their election for the first time and what is it now? How many folds more and how? 

You can now easily assess their wealth by observing their power of acquiring and keeping Concubines for them without caring their wives because their wives are also doing the same and then you can assess their high profile vehicles, then their power of giving donations to so many events.  From where they brought this money?  These bloody “Chors” who are elected by the people to serve them are instead serving their own interest, the money which they had to spend after the development and good of their voters in their constituencies the same money they are spending after their own development and to fatten their Bank balance. They are so corrupt that they have no God nor Religions,  they have their own “Ghaddis” whom they utilize to help them to win their elections.  They are not faithful to their own religions.  Some of our own Christian Catholic MLA’s and Ministers are pouring money on the feet of these Ghaddis who are brought from the neighbouring places and other parts of India.  It is said that these Ghaddis are using their Satanic power to get them elected.  They are fake Christians and Konkonnponn is deeply rooted  in their blood otherwise they would not perform Pooja and Aarti which are Hindu rites.

In my village there is while going to  Dando, one Hindu Temple Shri Shanta Durga, during the Portuguese time for its inauguration the top businessman from Candolim Mr. S. Caculo went to invite one top Portuguese personality in Goa.  And when Caculo who built that Temple handed over the Invitation Card to that Portugese top man in Goa, he read it and told Caculo politely in Portuguese: Senhor Caculo, “obrigado” for your Invitation Card but sorry I cannot come because my religion does not permit me to attend such functions of inauguration of your Hindu Temple and to participate in your prayer.  According to the principle of my religion I cannot adore and pray to other Gods and I cannot adore the religion of idolatry.  While the above mentioned top Portuguese  official refused to be a part of the inauguration of the Hindu Temple, our Tin Pot Roman Catholic politicians are physically performing the Hindu Rites and on top of it they take pride in doing what they did. Why did they do it?  Because of political power and greed for money and also for obtaining easy illicit sex. By doing this they  are insulting their own religion for which the punishment is kept in store for them.  According to one Pastor such traitors are directly going to Hell, for the Christians to perform the anti-Christian rites means the road to Hell is very easy, not only that such people before the attainment of old age will suffer from all the physical and mental deformities where their own wives and children will desert them. And we ourselves during our lifetime will surely witness their disaster when they will be ignored and rejected by those political bosses of theirs.   

                                

Now coming back to the voting cards of Migrants in Goa, it is imperative that there should be a thorough enquiry to find out how these migrants managed to get two voting cards. An advocate like Aires Rodrigues who is well versed in law should do something in getting the real culprits. Besides the newly formed organization “Goan Revolutionaries” must make some efforts to track how these migrants managed to get voting cards for them in Goa when they already have one in their own States. This is a crime and those persons involved in committing this crime must be exposed and punished as per the law of the land. Those politicians who are responsible to get these voting cards to the Migrants are the greatest enemies of the country, they are the worst enemies of India like Pakistan and China. According to one source some of the top politicians are involved in this scam of doling the migrants with the voting cards in Goa.

At this stage, I request Congress Party stalwarts to come forward and take up this issue because Congress is found sleeping now, all the bloody Oldies of Congress who were responsible to surrender their rights to form the government following the last election, must come out and indicate their wish to raise this issue vociferously even if they had to resort to legal recourse they must go ahead.

The BJP government is become panicky now that a big number of migrants are leaving Goa and they indicated their regret for their leaving saying that in their absence the developmental work will be paused leading to the economic slow down. For this I say with confidence that nothing will go wrong in Goa and Heaven will not fall even if every migrant resident leaves Goa.  I had an opportunity to speak to so many of them in my neighbourhood, some of them declined to leave even after getting ok paper from the local Panchayat. When I asked them why they declined to leave, replied they saying, it is not only they but many others have declined to go back because they feel they will never be able to survive and live like how they live in Goa, in their States back at home.  One of them told me in crude Konkani “Patrao ami porot gelo tor amchea ghanvant, ami thuimsor kitem khatele ani  kitem jevtele, mati?”  Amchea ghanvani munis munxeak khaupak raji assa, hanga tumchea Goyant kitlem borem, tumcho lokh kitlo boro, tumcho lok  ani tumchem Goem Devachea axirvadan bhorlolem, he porim ak’kea deshant lokh na.  Ani ami passun tor hangache porot ghelet, amchea ghanvant amche sarkil’lo  manus thuim amchea ghanvant kusta, te ready assat hozarani tumchea Goyant evpak ani te etelet, amchea ghanvant zaito lokh assa tankam sarkem jevunk mellona, khavunk mellona, piunk mellona, nessunk mellona ani kainch sovloti mellona, amcheam bhurgeank dodd iskolam na xinkpak.  Amkam thuimsor te motte munis zanvaram porim lekhtat.  Amkam Goyantuch borem dista, hanga amkam munisponnachi vagnuk tori mellta.

After analyzing this issue, I think nothing adverse will happen even if the last migrant will Goa, the demand for migrant workers will never end and when there is demand then there will be supply naturally. If those who leave now will not return to Goa then others from other places will come to take up the available jobs.  The only problem will be for those who already created a vote bank for them, once the current ones who are in Goa leaves Goa and refuse to return back then it will be a big loss for those politicians who created a vote bank for them out of these Migrants. This vote Bank of these migrants is good for the BJP representatives and for this BJP is indicating its concern for the departure of migrants.  Why cannot BJP find out those who are  responsible to acquiring the migrants dual voting cards?  If  BJP is not anti-India then it will use all  its government machinery to arrest the culprits. BJP is dubbing their ideological adversaries as enemies of the country but now BJP is watching the whole show of dual voting cards as silent spectators is worst thing.
