That the Valpoi by-election is a burden to the exchequer is very much true. This by-Poll is a deliberate game played by these National Parties, be it Congress or BJP in order to increase their own member numbers in the Assembly. Similar by-poll game they played in the recent past in Canacona causing huge loss to the people of Goa, but little they care the deliberate loss they are causing to the state and people of Goa while playing their vicious number games. There were demands in the past in this forum and i repeat that such deliberate By-Polls should be made very expensive to the MLAs themselves who are deliberately resigning in order to stand for re-election with the ticket of another party by heavily penalizing to these crooks.
First of all any sitting MLA who is deliberately vacating his Seat by resigning and planing to get re-elected should be penalized by slaping a 6 years bar for seeking re-election. Secondly he should be made to pay all the By-Poll expenses caused to the People of Goa due to their adventureous game play.
But will these 40 Crook MLAs pass such a law in the interest of the State and people of Goa? While they, including Opposition MLAs, swiftly pass the Bills to increase their undeserving salaries and other perks. People of Goa need such rulling to check on these rogue playboy MLAs and their dirty adventureous games. Is there no authority above them than these 40 thieves themselves to get such rulling passed for the benefit of the State and People of Goa? What is the Governor for if he at least cant check on such rogue MLAs and their dirty designs! Meanshile such By-Poll games will be continued to play by these Rogues till some rulling comes punishing them heavily and keeping them away for next 6 years from any political election.
Hoping something will be done to save the loss for the State and People of Goa.
