Sexual urge in human beings is inborn. God Himself has created us in such a manner and for this reason our first parents have committed the sexual act first even by going against the word of God. Inspite of this natural urge for sex, some segments of human beings are taught how to control this urge even by applying religious code and law. Roman Catholic Priests are not allowed to indulge in sex and thru religious code they are instructed to follow the principle of celibacy which in simple language means abstaining from having sex. Inspite of this, many of the Catholic Priests are known to perform sex rampantly thereby disgracing their priesthood and soiling the fair image of Catholicism.
In the West, priests indulging in illicit sex not only with females but even with small boys is rampant and this sickness in priests is catching up fast with our Goan priests as well. In fact, since recent past very many Goan priests are very much addicted to this illicit sex desease. As a matter of fact, Priesthood in many of our Goan priests is no more a vocation but a route for obtaining illicit sexual pleasure. Just like our politicians are making maximum use of their official power and position to get illicit sex in the same manner our priests are also doing and most of our females who are in the Net of our priests are either financially poor or ignorant or innocent like young virgin girls or women with loose character. Females with sterling qualities and strong character will never fall prey to priests’ sexual advances. For this reason, normally women having close contacts with priests are of cheap character.
Priests by virtue of being priests are clever, above average in intelligence because of their educational background and normally very smart in cunningness. They find the sexual weakness of any women thru the Confessions they hear and from here they prowl on the women of their choice. Otherwise, they use different other methods to get women in their clutches. The modus operandi used by one priest in Margao Church was this some years back and thru this method he succeeded in getting the woman of his choice but destroyed the home and family life of my friend who was working in the Gulf. The beautiful wife of my handsome friend was living alone in her apartment in the heart of Margao City with her very young 2 kids. Once the priest attached to the Margao Church noticed this beautiful lady in the Church he immediately met her, enquired her wellbeing as a holy man thereby gaining confidence of that lady. Then started visiting her place in the name of pastoral visits gaining more confidence of the lady. Then he requested her to do some reading in the Church during religious rites thereby giving a booster to lady’s ego. Buoyed by her public appearance the lady became very proud of her being a public figure and became indebted to the priest for making her heroine in the Church in the presence of hundreds of faithfuls. Finally she became very grateful to the priest and once this feeling of gratitude was noticed by the priest, he like a hungry Lion pounced on her body not violently but very softly and decently since the groundwork he created was enough for the lady to surrender willingly herself bodily to the sexual urge of the priest. Hence, she replaced her husband in her heart by the “Rostad” Priest.
Then the lady became slave of the priest because in the words of Russian writer Leo Tolstoy, ‘when devil comes in you, he comes like a slave but while going he goes as a master’. The devil came in to the life of the innocent lady in the form of a priest and made the innocent and ignorant lady as his slave. Finally, this news of this priest making the wife of my friend as his concubine spread everywhere till my friend in the Gulf came to know of it. Then my friend left Gulf in disgust leaving his very lucrative job there and got himself addicted to Liquor in Margao and died a miserable death within a year. Who was responsible for this death and destroying the family life of my friend? Was it not the priest who by bastardising his priesthood brought destruction in the smooth family life of my friend? When I asked the wife of my friend what made her husband to take up to excessive drinks, she had no answer but her real answer hidden in her tears gave me the correct picture, though she kept the name of the priest hidden.
In many cases priests are acting like barbarians. Recently one priest told me directly that he inducted one Mr. X in the Church affairs only because of his wife and daughter. When I questioned, in what way? The same priest told me ‘I am interested in his wife and daughter and in order to acquire my goal, first I have to gain goodwill of the man. This man is an idiot, because of his poor intellectual background he is craving for prominence and publicity which I give him in the Church by appointing him to do the job of a donkey in the Church affairs meant for laymen. Once, he is addicted to this cheap publicity and cheap prominence, I will pounce on his wife first and then on his daughter’. Bansi Lal the Defence Minister of India during the emergency rule in India also applied this same principle to capture the goodwill of Indira Gandhi. By using this Modus Operandi, Bansi Lal satisfied in all respects Indira’s second son Sanjay Gandhi and gained the goodwill of Indira and finally grabbed Indira’s political largesse.
From the above mentioned facts, lay faithfuls must be careful while dealing with Goan priests among whom many are rascals and corrupt. They are not priests but wild animals and barbarians and even "goondas". They are responsible in splitting good relationship between happily married couples. They don’t have manners and they lack priestly discipline to deal respectfully with the faithfuls. They are also responsible in creating rifts amongst faithfuls just like a ruffian Capuchin is doing. They are responsible for our ills. They expect you to close your eyes and ears for their misdeeds because according to their principle and the principle of their blind supporters, Priest are Infallable. Most of their blind supporters are Catholic whores. They don’t want to serve humanity nor God but in the name of God they want all luxuries for themselves. They fritter away recklessly Church money collected thru weekly collection by purchasing Limousines to transport their concubines. They use Church money for conspicuous consumption. Many of the ills of Catholics would disappear if our priests were good and humble and not ruffians as I encountered one who does his “dadagiri” as if Church is his father’s property. Such priests receive adoration only from cheap and ignorant faithfuls craving for cheap prominence in the Church.
It is time now for all the lay Catholics to take up the challenge and fight against the misdeeds of our priests by educating the innocent faithfuls who still feel that Priests means God. In order to save Catholicsm we must put an end to the nuisance of Catholic priests otherwise nuisance of Catholic priests will put an end to Catholicsm. To protect and save Catholicsm is not the job of Priests, Bishops, Cardinals and Popes only, it is the job also of laypersons like you and me.
