"FAMILICHO EKVOTT" NEW VCD OF AVERS PEREIRA FOR SALE IN KUWAIT.

One of the nice VCD’s of Konkani Songs and Jokes  reaching Kuwait for sale in open market at Kuwait City is “FAMILICHO EKVOTT” by handsome young director Avers Pereira. This VCD consists of 11 nice songs rendered by prominent singers and 3 Comedy Jokes by Comedians Ambe & Jannet along with their other partners.

All songs are worth listening but the most impressive one is the opening solo by the director Avers Pereira on now ailing and the great Konkani Stage artiste Ben Evangelisto. In this solo the singer nicely describes the greatness of Ben Evangelisto as Stage artiste, how he fell sick with an attack while acting on the Stage and how Churchill Alemao came to his rescue. In this solo the singer calls Churchill Alemao as "Goenkarancho Vhoddlo Bhau"for his charitable nature.

Ben Evangelisto is a young man and a father of 2 kids needing lot of assistance.  It was nice on the part of Churchill Alemao to lend a helping hand to this great artiste.

Tiatro and Tiatrists are a force now and in Goa they can create wonders.  When Antonette de Calangute felt the need of financial assistance for her Kidney transplant,  in a show of solidarity with her, the entire tiatro fraternity came forward, organized Tiatros in aid of Antonette de Calangute and collected lakhs of rupees, in fact more than the budgeted amount, to be donated to her for the treatment of her sickness. Thru this fund collection for her, Tiatrists proved their worth of supporting their sick colleague. This is the power of Tiatrists in Goa now.

By using this power they should form a Charitable Trust in their name, organize their Tiatros in aid of this Trust  and the funds collected thus should be given as aid to the needy and ailing Tiatrists so that these Tiatrists do not have to remain at the mercy of none.  I am sure from the current Tiatrists circle there are many with excellent brains to carry forward this project.  And they must do this.

The other songs deserve mention here are a duet “Poilo Mog”  by Bushka with Avers Pereira.  With her slim figure and attractive physical structure,  Bushka makes this duet more interesting;  another duet that deserves mention is “Pai-Pai-Pai by Prince Jacob with youngster Veliza Pereira.  Both the artistes render this duet beautifully, Pereira showing lot of maturity at this young age while Prince Jacob does his role very beautifully with excellent dress code and with his superb clarity in rendering his part. Rarely earlier I have seen Prince Jacob coming to this height. His presentation is befitting his fatherly role.

Rosario de Benaulim renders his solo “Nitidar Zainakai” very well, so also  Saby de Divar “Vagak Baint Uddoilo”. The other solos worth admiring are of Fr. Eusico Pereira’s “Familicho Ekvott, Benny de Aldona’s “Konnak Patienaka” and the other 3 solos of Avers Pereira.

All the songs in this VCD are composed by the director Avers Pereria.  Musical score is provided by Mukesh Chantwal.

Those wanting to enjoy good songs they must not miss this VCD.
