It is exactly a year
ago that I returned to my homeland Goa for good after working in Kuwait for
over three decades. I take this opportunity to thank almighty God to allow me
to complete ONE YEAR in Goa while this
gift of one year was not given to many of my friends and colleagues. God was benevolent for me while not for many,
some of whom did not even get ONE DAY to
spend in Goa as retired life.
During my last one year
in Goa, I noticed chaos and disorder almost everywhere, disorder on the roads, disorder on the Ferryboat, disorder in family life,
disorder in married life, disorder in the Church functioning, disorder in
government functioning, disorder in tourism related activities and disorder in
everything in Goa.
During the last one year I
noticed many of my former Kuwaitcar colleagues now settled down in Goa are
living as non-entities though in Kuwait they were acting like Lords as if
Kuwait was their fathers property. Their prideful life in Kuwait is turned into
pitiful life in Goa inspite of having lot of money in their possession. Their
money power is nothing in Goa, they are craving for sense of identity in Goa
for this reason many of them especially the sinful and arrogant ones in Kuwait now joined Chruch
activities because this is the only place for such persons to get cheap
publicity and cheap prominence. By their Church activities, they are destroying the sanctity of the Church.
During the last one
year I noticed elected representatives especially the locals are become
corrupt, revengeful and retaliatory as seen in my locality. By
using the public platform they are quenching their thirst of personal revenge
when they should know that they are elected to serve public cause and not to go
on personal revenge rampage. They made
money as their God for which they will do anything. When
public figures are involved in corrupt life then the entire society is turning into corrupt
society and precisely because of this our beautiful Goan society degenerated
into chaotic society. Pristine human values of Goans are become extinct in Goa; children do not respect parents,
youngsters do not care for elders, wives do not adore their husbands, everyone
aping for foreign ways of life which contradict our ways. Splits in wedded life is rampant and
divorces are become purchasable commodities if you are in good touch with your
local priests who can easily purchase you official Church divorce from Altinho
which is ruled by the Satanic influenced leaders.
During the last one year I noticed that every segment of Goan society is
captured by the non-Goans and migrants leading to the completion of degoanisation
process of Goa which is going to be a sad part of my beloved Goa.
While concluding, for my Kuwaitcar brothers and sisters now based in Kuwait, try to purchase Goa by purchasing available
land in Goa and if you are financially strong enough, do return to Goa and involve in small
scale business of your choice. Now is the only chance for us Goans to take control and possession of the last remaining avenues in Goa otherwise what is little left of Goa will also be swallowed by the outsiders who are become more insiders now than the insiders themselves.
