“A man after 40 is a rascal; he is unable to think properly”,
said George Bernard Shaw. Though it was a general statement yet I find a lot of
truth in it in certain cases, especially in many of our Pe. Vigars. The job of Pe. Vigars is very sensitive and
very responsible and if he does commit a goof anywhere, he is bound to create
disturbance in the minds and lives of the faithful especially of those faithful
who ignorantly treat Pe. Vigars as Jesus Christ on this planet. For this reason
it is necessary that before their new postings are confirmed they are sent for the
medical check-up to check the uprightness of their mental faculty. Hence it is
my request to the Patriarch of Goa to do the needful otherwise a mentally weak
Pe. Vigar exposing his weak tongue recklessly and taking wrong decisions in the
Church is bound to create disorder in his locality where he is serving as Pe.
Vigar. A mentally weak Pe. Vigar is like a curse on the faithful.
This mental sickness of Pe. Vigars is visible in many
Churches in Goa and in order to avoid confrontation with their mentally sick
Pe. Vigars many of the Catholics left Catholicism and embraced non-Catholic
denominations, mainly the Believers. While many other soft hearted Catholics
stopped coming to the Churches in their own villages and are going to the
Churches in their neighbouring villages by avoiding their own curseful Pe.
Vigars in their own parishes. Even though the Church Monarch seated at the
Throne in Panjim Altinho is aware of
this fact yet he is keeping his silence intentionally because it looks he is
not interested in the wellbeing of Catholicism in Goa. Traditionally, Monarchs
are interested only in three W’s and nothing else.
The Pe. Vigar who is
openly practicing apartheid in his own Church area is not fit to be the Pe.
Vigar because he is mentally sick and precisely it is so he is practicing
anti-Christ policy which is against Christian doctrine. A mentally upright Pe.
Vigar will not follow discriminatory policy and if he does then he must be
mentally sick.
The Pe. Vigar who is
using the holy Altar to vomit his anger
against faithfull in his locality even to the extent of cursing and criticising them is not mentally sound and
precisely because of his mental disorder he preaches Satanic homilies from the holy
Altar. The holy Altar is meant to preach holy sermons and to pray for those
whom Pe. Vgar feels are bad but surely not to curse them and demand devine
punishment. The holy Altar is meant to preach forgiveness for the wrong doers
in a true Christian way and not to ask punishment for them in an unchristian
manner.
The mentally ill Pe. Vigar is the one who tries to provoke
the dolls in his Parish Pastoral Council against those who disagree with his
Satanic policies thereby trying to use the PPC members for Satanic acts. This
type of “goondagiri” does not suit for any Pe. Vigar because such acts are
meant for “goondas” only and not for a person wearing the robes of Jesus
Christ.
The mentally sick Pe. Vigar is the one who preaches in support
of the protection of Ecology but himself like a traitor goes for Hill cutting
behind his Church and sells the Mud for commercial gains.
The mentally sick Pe. Vigar is the one who is forced out from
the Church by the revolt of the faithful against him for acting like a mad Pe.
Vigar in his previous parish.
The mentally sick Pe. Vigars are the ones who think the
Churches where they are acting as Pe. Vigars are their fathers’ property and
the faithful are their servants.
The mentally deranged Pe. Vigars are the ones who instead of
condemning the local corrupt politicians for committing corrupt practices are on
the contrary supporting them to spread corruption.
The mentally sick Pe. Vigars are those who like drunkards
shout, scream and insult the faithful while preaching from the Altar. A holy Pe.
Vigar will maintain the sanctity of the Church while preaching from the Altar.
He got no right to scold and humiliate the faithful attending his service. He
cannot treat the faithful in the Church as KG students. There must be decency and
discipline in his preaching. By using his devilish tongue to speak like a rowdy
from the holy Altar he spoils the peace of mind of the faithful in the Church
leading many to stop coming to the Church. A mentally sound Pe. Vigar will not bark from the Altar. Even in the Cemetry preaching during
the funeral means something unimaginable and unnecessarily detaining the
faithful in the Cemetry. The Pe. Vigar
who preaches unnecessarily lengthy sermons is a stupid Pe. Vigar who wastes the
precious time of the faithful. The sermons should be short and precise
otherwise people will leave the Catholicsm and embrace other denominatons.
In the prayer “Our Father ….” given to us by Jesus Christ, in
one line we pray for “THY KINGDOM COME”.
How Thy Kingdom will come when we have mentally sick, rowdy and goonda Pe.
Vigars who thru their satanic preachings and Hitlerian actions deny us “Thy
Kingdom?” I hope Patriarch at Altinho Panjim will investigate and act
accordingly before greater damage is done to the Church by the mentally sick Pe. Vigars.
