ALEX WILSON COELHO THROWN OUT IN GOA.

ALEX WILSON COELHO THROWN OUT IN GOA.

By Special Correspondent.

In a dramatic turn in Panjim on Saturday, 26th of September 2015,  in the election held at Hotel Mandovi in the morning, to re-elect the directors for the Board of Gulf Goans Hotels Co. Ltd., Alex Wilson Coelho from Curtorim and ex Kuwait but currently a resident of Canada, faced a humiliating defeat from his former colleague Felix Ferrao.  It was a resounding defeat of about 42 thousand Share votes.  This is the second time defeat for Coelho after 30 years as a director in which capacity he enjoyed undeservingly lot of benefits from the company besides acting like the owner of this company owning the Hotel Goan Heritage at Calangute built by Kuwait Goans.  With this disgraceful defeat his panelists also suffered similar disgrace.

Alfred Fernandes from Chimbel also got re-elected by a heavy margin of 1.5 lakh Share votes.  He was a victim of mischievous clause called section 169 of company act which was maliciously imposed by the malicious share holder against Mr. Alfred who is the youngest member of the Board and doing excellent service for the Board.  Recognising his worth, the share holders voted him back to the Board by ignoring the section 169.

As usual like a Bebdo, Alex Wilson Coelho while conducting the proceedings spoke ill of 2 share holders without any substance.  Reacting furiously, one of them came to the dais and pointing his heavy fist to the head of Coelho threatened Coelho saying “Cheddiechea, Mutt marun tuji tokli foddtolom”.  Having no answer, frightened Coelho immediately apologized.  Then things moved smoothly.

NEW TIATRO “HANTRUNN POLLEUN PAYEM SODD”

TIATRO “HANTRUNN POLLEUN PAYEM SODD”
By: Pal Soares.

Olga singing her political solo

On Friday, 25th of this month in Panjim at Kala Academy Hall,  at 7.40 PM, I saw the season’s best Tiatro “Hantrun Polleun Payem Sodd” written and directed by the well-known director Pal Soares.  Though the attendance was not to the capacity yet qualitatively it was the best Tiatro so far I have seen in this whole season and in this whole year.
Meera singing her opening solo

Once again Pal Soares indicated his capacity to write and direct such a high caliber Tiatro in tune with those yesteryears’  Tiatrists.  Earlier we used to watch such Tiatros written by those days great directors like Remmie Colaco, M. Boyer, Airestedes Dias, C. Alvares, Alexinho de Candolim and many others but nowadays we don’t see such Tiatros written by the current directors with name and fame.  For this reason, I can easily rate Pal Soares as the best script writer among all the current well-known writer – directors.
A scene - Godwin and Jessica

It was purely a traditional Tiatro based on Goan tradition and having "Cantos" in every "Poddo" and all these Cantos were beautiful and made more beautiful to the eyes and ears of the audience by the beautiful voice of the beautiful artiste Jessica and others.

Anil singing his solo

The story revolved around a family known as “Dudcar” selling milk  and though it was a Dudcar family but by selling Dud it was a developed family having one son as Bank Manager whose wife coming from higher echelon of the society hates to stay in the Dudcar family.  Those who want to know what is the final outcome, they must see this excellent Tiatro which is going on now in Goa.

Pal Soares (left) introduced by solo singer Camilo

Full marks for the best roles played  by Godwin and Jessica as husband and wife.  Jessica’s beautiful appearance and majestic personality brought an extra glamour to this Tiatro which was written in beautiful Konkani with nice sayings and proverbs,  By giving examples of great leaders of India who rose to the pedestal inspite of having humble beginning, Pal Soares indicated his great knowledge of towering figures of the world.  Though he was not a student of Sorbone University yet philosophically Pal Soares indicated his philosophical knowledge in this Tiatro. The other artistes who deserve mention here are Ivon who played the role of a humble and wisdomatic sister, Pal Soares playing the role of a doctor and Camilo.
Comedians Riza - Neto - Hortencio

Comedywise it was well performed by the all the comedians namely Hortencio, Neto and Riza whom I see for the first time, she shows all the attributes of a perfect comedian in making and she nicely fits into the bracket of Hortencio and Nato.  Though Hortencio and Neto deserve compliments for their comedy yet their piece of going overboard by showing comedy having double meaning sounded a bit vulgar, the words “lai” and “danda” were not palatable to the ears  and this does not suit them both as they are both known to be decent comedians.  The great comedians Jcinto Vaz, Anthony Mendes and Jepsis Hitler did not stoop so low to make the audience laugh by performing so low comedy. For this reason those great comedians remained great.  Pal Soares as a director is responsible to check this.
Another scene: Godwin-Ivon-Cyril

Side Show songs did not come up to the expected level and it lacked the required booster for this Tiatro though as usual Olga with her very high caliber political solo mesmerized the entire audience with too many encores besides her duet with Anil was excellent.  The other songs that deserve mention here were the solos of Menino Mario, Anil, Jose and Godwin and a duo by Hortencio and Camilo.
Once again, well done Pal Soares and his troupe.

TIATR ACADEMY MEET ON LATE TIATRISTS.

On Monday, 21st of this month, I attended a Meet organized by Tiatro Academy Goa, to mark the birthdays of the yesteryears’ Tiatrists who are no more in this world. They were all born in this month, namely the late Prem Kumar, the late Saby Coutinho, the late Philomena Braz, the late Khoddo Minguel, the late Peter D’Costa, the late Remmie J.Colaco and the late Rosalia Rodrigues.

The Meet was unfortunately attended by a very thin crowd which gave a very bad image of this occasion.  Organising of such Meetings is a good concept but the organisers must do the marketing properly to woo the audience in good number. Without required quota of audience the Meet becomes dull.

TAG President Agostinho Temudo
To woo the audience the organisers must also select very good speakers and not any Altu-Faltu type of speakers who keep the proceedings boring.  The newly inducted President Comedian Agostinho Temudo being young, energetic and innovative must have to use his skill and expertise to make this very good monthly event a very fruitful.  He must select the speakers properly who are even capable of reciting few verses of the songs rendered by the late Tiatrists in question. When TAG is paying the speakers a certain amount of fees for their services then TAG must select proper speakers, they need not necessarily be from the Tiatro fraternity.

Speaker Alvaro Gomes

Two speakers namely Alvaro Gomes and Josephine spoke on these Tiatrists; Alvaro spoke on Remmie J. Colaco, Saby Coutinho, Philomena Braz & Khoddo Minguel while Josephine spoke on the others.  Agostinho Temudo in the beginning welcomed the audience with his few humble words and also proposed the Vote of Thanks while concluding the Meet.
                                                 Speaker Josephie

Meantime, I wish the newly inducted President of TAG Agostinho Temudo all the best to carry forward the task entrusted to him.

TIATRO "MAP BHORON VOTLEM" BY PRINCE JACOB.

Yesterday, 19th of this month in Panjim at Kala Academy Hall,  I watched the Tiatro “MAP BHORON VOTLEM” written and directed by Prince Jacob;  the Tiatro was attended by the Hall packed  audience.  As scheduled, the Tiatro was started exactly in time at 3.30 PM.  After the late J.P. Souzalin,  Prince Jacob is having an unique distinction to adhere to the time very strictly.

Annie & Valencia sing their song on Nuns

This Tiatro Prince Jacob has dedicated to all the females  who are fighting for justice against the rapes committed on them.  Hence, the story is based on the Rapes committed by the rowdy son of the powerful politician.  The RAPist finally gets his punishment, how?  It is to be seen by watching this Tiatro. The role played by Jose as the rapist was excellent, so too by Ignatius de Xelvon of the powerful politician.  The roles played by both the rape victims, Sonia and Valencia merit bravo.  But the role played by the veteran and seasoned artiste Annie Quadros was the most powerful as strict Police Officer.  Her action and diction and movements all were appropriate.  She looked as a real Police Officer the way she presented herself.  She deserved highest accolades and  it is she who brings an extra colour to this Tiatro.  I have been watching her since a long time now and always found her performing her roles whatever they may be, very appropriately.  Her attractive personality also gives an added booster to her acting.  At the moment she is the pride of Konkani Stage and darling of the audience.
Seen in this photo  is Valencia in the middle with Sonia

Besides good story, some of the scenes were excellent especially the  scene where sorrows of Mother Mary shown by piercing arrows and the scene how Sonia is shown hanging. This scene was watched by the audience with rapt attention.  The scenes at Police Station where the rapist acts looked unreal because at the Police Station you don’t act like a Dada in front of the ranking Police Officer.  Certain discipline is maintained at this place even though you may be the son of the powerful politician.
Jose singing his solo

Unexpectedly, the comedy part did not reach to the pedestal as normally done in Prince Jacob’s Tiatros.  Normally his Tiatros are known for very good comedy but this time it was not so.  The comedy scene of Filming looked childish falling much below the majestic dignity of the director.  Great directors of yesteryears like Minguel Rod,  J.P.Souzalin, Alexinho de Candolim, C. Alvares, M. Boyer,  Prem Kumar, Remy J. Colaco and Nelson Afonso would never introduce such cheap comedy in their Tiatros.  For this reason they remained taller than all the current  so called tall directors. Today's tall directors are only talking tall but depicting short stature stories.
A scene where Annie is seen in the middle

Comedian Humbert’s role as a comedian was good but some of his body movements and jerks  looked vulgar not meant for our Tiatros, especially his showing his back to the audience and putting his hands between his legs.  Though he is an excellent comedian yet some of his body movements are not palatable to watch.  Our earlier great comedians namely Anthony Mendes, Kid Boxer, Jacint Vaz and Jepsis Hitler were superb and upright in all respects while performing their comedy roles,  for this reason people still remember them.  Their comedy was unforgettable.  To make the audience laugh they never used low grade language of "GHORVAM RAKHNE".
Singing a trio: Jacob-Cajetan-Jose

In the segment of Side Show songs, the Tiatro failed to rise up to the expected level of the audience though some of the songs deserve mention here, namely the solo of Jose on Tiatrists, the song on Nuns by Annie Quadros and Valencia, the Trio rendered by Cajetan de Curtorim, Jose and Prince Jacob alerting Goans going abroad with Portuguuse Passports.

BRUTALITY OF SAUDI MUSLIM DIPLOMAT.

After committing an un-Islamic act in India, by the diplomat of Islamic country of Saudi Arabia, he fled to his country.  I strongly condemn the said Saudi diplomat for stooping so low to brutally abuse and rape the two Nepali domestic servants.  This is one of the dirtiest habits many of the Gulf Arabs are having of raping their poor maids. I don’t understand  why this tribal habit still exists in these rich Arabs.  With their money power they can even purchase best of females but instead purely in a tribal manner they go after their poor maids as it is rampantly happening in Kuwait too. By committing such un-Islamic sacrilegious acts they are creating a bad image of their otherwise great religion Islam for which religion I have high respect

Indian government is to be blamed first for allowing the accused diplomat to leave the country by taking shelter in Vienna convention which should not be applicable to the crime of rape. Being bribable entities, I feel the concerned personnel in the MEA in Delhi must have taken bribe to allow the Saudi diplomat an easy exit.

Would Saudi government allow such an easy exit to any Indian diplomat if he had to commit similar or still minor offence on Saudi soil?  Saudia is a strict Islamic country whose citizens are disciplined to follow the very rigid Wahhabi Islamic codes.  But this Saudi diplomat by committing such a horrible crime against the two Nepali maids lowered the image not only of his Islamic country but more than that of the Islam that he is professing by praying 5 times a day, performing Haj and Umrah.  Such people are externally Muslims but internally worst than Jews and such Jews are plenty in the Gulf countries, more in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait.

Will Saudi government conduct a thorough probe of  this episode back at home of this crime committed by its diplomat?  I doubt. The central idea of Islam is justice and in tune with this principle of justice, I feel Saudi government must punish the said diplomat as per the Sharia Laws and compensate the maids for the what they have suffered. from the hands of this diplomat monster.  Only then the Islamic country of Saudi Arabia will give a correct impression that it is truly an Islamic country capable of delivering justice.  It is not enough to threaten the poor expatriates  in Saudia with Sharia Laws even for minor offences but these laws must be also applied to the said diplomat who has disgraced the fair image of Islam.

These Gulf Muslims when the matter of illicit Sex comes, they will stoop shamelessly to any low because they love something illicit without paying extra money. They consider maids as third class creatures but at the time of having illicit sex with these poor maids these traitors find these maids as first class creatures?  Shameless the rich Muslim Gulf Arabs are these.

When these Arabs can commit such heinous acts in India then what worst acts they must not be committing on poor maids working on Saudi soil and elsewhere in the Gulf like Kuwait?  Worst of such brutalities in Saudia and Kuwait against the poor maids are systematically conducted  by their citizens without even due respect for their religion of Islam and as a matter of fact many of our Goan females were victims of such atrocities. Human Rights activists in Goa must do something on this subject.

TIATRO "ZERO" BY MILAGRES DE CHANDOR.

On 14th this month at Panjim Kala Academy Hall, at 7.45 PM, I saw the Tiatro “ZERO” written and directed by Milagres de Chandor. The attendance was good but not full to the capacity as some empty seats were vissible.
Olga & Anil singing their duet.

It was a family story based on betrayal done by the son with his wife on his father.  It is a meaningful story from where we can derive, especially by the aged parents, some lessons on the selfish attitude of our children, the sons.
Opening scene

The roles played by handsome Willy and beautiful Jessica Gomes as a young couple was excellent while the role of the father played by Pascoal Rodrigues lacked genuineness since he looked more youthful. So too Milagres de Chandor in his role of Jessica’s father. His loud delivery sounded more unpalatable to the ears of the listeners.
Baba Cielo sings his solo

Comedy part lacked grandeur of the yesteryears comedy done by those great comedians whose just presence on the Stage would create peals of laughter in the hall.  The genuine comedians like Jacinto Vaz, Jepsis Hitler, Anthony Mendes, Greg de Candolim and Kid Boxer had not to act like the Circus Clowns to make the people laugh. Where is the beauty and greatness of the comedy done by those great comedians gone now and why the current the so called ace comedians cannot perform such comedy roles?  We the Tiatro goers, Tiatro writers & directors and all the comedians have to ponder over it. Some of the current third class comedians to make the third class audience laugh even  resort to the display of vulgarity.  This has to stop.
Comedians Salvy & Richard

Side Show songs were good but too many political songs upset the normal trend.  The solos rendered by Olga,  Baba Cielo, Xavier Gomes,  Pascoal Rodrigues and Mmarcos Vaz were nice, so too the duets of Anil Pednecar with Olga and Lawry Travasso with Jessica Gomes. The quarter of Francis de Tuem with Xavier Gomes-Marcos Vaz –Lawry Travasso was worth admiring.
Jessica & Willy

As a whole, the Tiatro ZERO is ok.

NEW KONKANI FILM "RAKHONDAR"

Yesterday, 14th of this month, at Panjim Kala Academy Hall, at 3.45 PM. I watched the recently released Konkani film “RAKHONDAR”, written, directed  & produced by the well-known comedian tiatrist John D’Silva.  The attendance was good but not to the capacity.

Though it was not a lengthy film yet it gave a good message regarding the hardship Police force faces from the ministers, especially when the son of the minister take the law into his own hands to display his  brute “dadagiri” on the blind support of his minister father.
John D’Silva plays the leading role of an upright Police Officer while Prince Jacob does the role of a Traffic Policeman.  There is no comedy role for anyone and hence something looks missing. In the beginning the fight shown between Prince Jacob and the minister's son lacked genuineness. The role of the Chief Minister played by Sucurro de Santa Cruz was laudable.

While watching this film it reminded me of the yesteryears films namely Amchem Noxib and Nirmon and their greatness in all respects. Will we ever get such films again? They were produced by knowledgeable persons with the participation of the then gigantic artistes, scripted by stalwarts with nice stories, nice songs, nice music and excellent comedy.  For this reason these films are still sought after by the people.

HONOURING OF THE LATE TIATRISTS.

Tiatros and Tistrists are a force not only now but even before since its inception. Tiatros and Tiatrists have created lot of ripples in our society in general and community in particular and got rid of many of the evils existing in our midst.  Thru their educative Tiatros, the great Tiatrists of yesteryears, namely Minguel Rod and J.P.Souzalin cleared lot of dirt existing in our community especially in our social life.  So too the great Tiatrists like Alexinho de Candolim and Young Menezes thru the beautiful songs.  Though they are no more living yet people still remember them for the excellent work they did on Konkani Stage.

To keep their memory fresh into the minds of the people and to honour their excellence on Konkani Stage, in their villages Roads were named after them; one Road is named after Minguel Rod in Cortalim and the other in Aldona in honour of  J.P. Souzalin.

Now, coming back to Alexinho de Candolim and Young Menezes both from Candolim, nothing has been done to keep their memory alive throughout.  They were genii in their own ways and though they were just ordinary creatures without University education yet on the Konkani Stage they were real great out beating in their knowledge and wisdom even the Unversity educated persons.  In fact they were born genii. Though they were the products of the local village Parochial School yet in the art of music they looked better than those who studied music at Vienna Music Academy.  Though they were just the products of the local School yet in their philosophy they looked like the products of Sorbonne University in France. Thru their songs they have done lot of improvement not only in their village but also all over Goa and Goan society.

In view of this, I would request the local Panchayat of Candolim to name two roads after them;  one Road after Alexinho de Candolim behind the football ground opposite to his house and the other road after Young Menezes at Dando going to the Sinquerim Taj opposite to the house of Young Menezes.

Can the Candolim Panchayat take a hard decision on this subject by naming two roads after their two great sons just as it was done in Cortalim and in Aldona?

DR. WILLY WAS FINALLY INTERRED.

In his masterpiece composition on the death of the local feudal type of Regidor, the legendary Goan Tiatrist the late Minguel Rod sang thus:
"Silkachim tujim suttam ani bhangarache butao toxench sounsari rajkaranna,
Khuim assat re Bhattkara  tim soglim tujim polkim vhoddpona,
Hem soglem atam aum ghanvcho Pedho khonnan ghaltam”.

Finally on 6th of this month the Saligao “Pedho” buried the body of the once mighty and silky doctor with all his worldly silky achievements into the grave. Above all, the ghanvcho Pedho also interred Dr. Willy’s pride and arrogance which denied him so many political rewards. The late Dr. Willy shot into fame as a good surgeon at Azilo Hospital followed by Remansos at Mapusa in late sixties but lost the confidence of many patients when he handled cases falling beyond his specialization, like Cancer.  Otherwise he was a very efficient doctor.
He was inducted into Goan politics by Dr. Jack Sequeira thru his friend and business partner Dr. George Renato Fernandes the son-in-law of Dr. Sequeira in early seventies when they both jointly started their Clinic in Panjim opposite Ferry Point.  He joined the Goan politics as a Slave but soon became a master, many times by using foxy tactics of Saligao. His love for Goa was undoubtedly immense but when he had strong rapport  with Congress High command when Congress was ruling at the Centre, he could have got Special Status for Goa and recognition for Romi Konkani as well.  Being close to him from 1970, I found him less of a visionary.  He was more of a politician  than a statesman having no foresight for thinking of future.  For immediate political gains he would do anything.
His greatest faults were turning of Congress U into Congress I without consulting the voters and hurriedly formation of Goa Congress thereby splitting the same family into two pieces.  His downfall at the later stage by jumping from one party to the other  was due to his inborn craze for supremacy and bossism over everything purely in tune with his feudal type of family background. This was one major characteristic of this class of people especially of Christians during the Portuguese rule in Goa.  With this type of pride and arrogance they bossed over the common people.  For this reason, common Goans and masses especially among the Hindus rejected any leader as of masses from the Christian community.

He did lot of good for Goa but still he could have done more.  Somebody said he was the man of the masses but I refuse this statement because Goa is yet to produce a leader from the Christian community who is the man of the masses.  If Christians followed him it was only because they did not find a suitable leader, hence something is better than nothing. He was no doubt a good administrator yet at the later stage he was emitting an odor of corruption.
May his soul rest in peace.

THE LATE DR. WILFRED D'SOUZA.

First of all, May the soul of Dr. Willy rest in peace.

“Never to talk ill of a dead person”, says one Roman saying.  However, if there is something bad of Dr. Willy and if I say so here, will I commit a sin?  After all one has to be truthful.  But there is lot of good also to say about him which I will say.

Dr. Wilfred and I started our honeymoon somewhere in 1970 when I was in College and side by side I was playing football for the then mighty Sesa Goa.  He was then appointed by Sesa Goa to treat its footballers of  any injury.  While he was treating me for my leg injury, he took interest in me especially when he came to know that I am from his constituency and I being a popular figure in our locality he wanted to make use of my popularity for his electoral gains. But the moment he failed to cure me and hence I approached other doctor, he became furious as if I was duty bound by contractual obligation to get a  treatment from him only. At that time he was at Remanso Mapusa.

Earlier he was attached to Azilo Hospital Mapusa where he earned a good name as a surgeon but blackened his image by treating patients of any sickness.  At Remanso he was taking cases even of Cancer patients when he was not specialized in Cancer just like Dr. Egypsy at Margao leading to the deaths of the patients.  In this way he made a mockery of his profession. Though he was a good doctor yet his hot temperament used to earn him a bad name.  His other weakness was his leaning towards casteism though he himself was a victim of apartheid in the foreign land.  He used to criticize smallness of small people on their faces, especially of poor patients who having no choice had to shut their mouths.

When he was inducted into politics by Dr. Jack Sequeira thru Dr. George Renato Fernandes – the son-in-law of Dr. Sequeira, he encountered lot of boulders from common folks because of his earlier pride and arrogance.  His political rise was not easy because of his past feudality and pride but somehow or the other he gained  a foothold among the masses who had no other better leader to rely. In the beginning he proved to be a an upright politician but gradually he started losing his earlier shine.

His philosophy was to boss over everyone and whatever he says must be right.  With this view in mind, without consulting the voters he converted Congress U into Congre I.  Politically he was a fickle minded politician having no firm principle for this reason he changed so many parties only for the greed of power to maintain his feudality and aristocracy.  His greatest mistake as a politician was to form Goa Congress and lose the grip of political power in Goa.  He was under the impression that he is meant to rule over others, selfishness was his priority though he was less corrupt than many of his colleagues. As a human being coming from good family background he had good character, discipline and morality while the same characteristics are lacking in most of the current politicians who are coming from rotten family background.

His love for Goa, its language, culture and folklore was immense.  He was instrumental in revival of Mando culture in Goa in mid-sixties.  He was very much responsible for preventing more deaths during the Konkani agitation in Goa.  As per the enemies of Konkani, they had planned to commit genocide on Konkani supporter but Dr. Willy used his political clout with the then Goa governor to control the situation from getting aggravated.

CONDOLENCE MEET OF LATE JOEL D'SOUZA.

Seen above pictures of Joel D'Souza

As a     As a mark of respect for the soul of the late Joel D’Souza of Assagao, who died on 5th of last month, a Condolence Meeting was organized by Dalgado Konknni Academy in Panjim at Reginald Fernandes Hall, Dalgado Konknni Academy venue.  The Meet was held yesterday on 31st August at 4.30 pm and attended by the close friends, associates and well-wishers of the deceased who was a well-known journalist of Goa as well as a strong promoter of Konkani cause.
Attendees seen paying floral homage to Joel

The village Assagao in Bardez is known for producing great Goan stalwarts who made mark of their talents in different fields. Monsg. Dalgado is from this village, so too the initiator of Konkani Tiatro, Lucazinho Ribeiro as well as the renowned Olympian footballer the late Neville D’Souza of whose type India is yet to produce another. He was the first Indian and first Asian to score a hat-trick in the Olympics.

Seen speaking is Cyriaco Dias

Joel D’Souza is yet another prominent citizen of Assagao who shot into fame when he was engaged as a journalist by prestigious Goan monthly “GOA TODAY” in early eighties.   As a Kuwait correspondent of Goa Today I first time came in contact with Joel thru Goa Today.  I always found him cooperative and willing to help.  A man of humble nature his smile was his main asset.

Tomazinho Cardoso is seen speaking above

Duri     During the invasion time of Kuwait, it was thru his writing in Goa Today that he calmed down the temper of many who were still wanting to know what has happened to their dearest and nearest in the invaded Kuwait.  First he met me personally, got all the correct information and penned down the article to pacify the Goa based Goans who were worried of their relatives in Kuwait.
His writings every morning in Internet was of immense source of information for global Goans to know what is happening in Goa.

Mario Menezes is seen speaking

He w     He was a strong supporter of Konkani and worked hard to support Konkani movement in Goa.  He was always praising me and Kuwait Goans to help promotion of Konkani movement.  He even said that without Kuwait Goans’ support Konkani movement in Goa would not be successful. But now who think that way?  Our efforts and struggle for the promotion of Konkani is forgotten.  The very Konknnivadis who received our financial assistance are treating us in Goa as unknown people.  For those who are running the show of Konkani in Goa, they see the Goa based Konkani activists only while others from outside are dead issue.
