These days in our
locality lot of campaigning is carried out by AAP. When I questioned them who are their target,
they replied BJP. Congress also says the
same, so too the other regional parties.
But according to my observation, none of these parties, regional as well
as national, is capable to unseat the BJP from the power if they contest the
coming election independently without aligning with each other, all will lose
miserably, some even their deposit.
When all the parties
are having a common goal to dethrone BJP then they must be ready to do some
adjustment to fight this election otherwise BJP is surely coming back to
power. If this happens then all the
non-BJP parties will be held responsible because they will be considered as
“partners in a crime”. In this direction of forging an alliance, any of the non-BJP parties must take the
initiative and finalise the accord.
Individually on its own
not a single party is capable to
dethrone BJP though AAP feels they are, to win the next election on their own; however, if they are firm on this belief then they are
in illusion. Besides, to gain the
goodwill of the Goan masses, AAP is not
having in its fold Dr. George Habbash in Palestine or Dr. Datta Samant both of
whom did free services to the people as money was not their God. For this reason people considered them as
their gods and followed them blindly.
In Delhi it was Anna
Hazare’s shadow that made AAP what it is now but in Goa AAP will have to foist
one on the heads of Goans. If AAP wants
to serve Goa then it must tie up with other parties to fulfill its ambition of
unseating BJP. Otherwise AAP will simply
split the votes thereby giving BJP an edge over all others.
As it is AAP is
concentrating only on the stronghold of anti-BJP votes in a big way and also the
anti-BJP voters citadel. This gives an impression
that AAP is all out to fortify BJP votes.
But by doing this AAP will not gain anything even if they bring hundreds
of Kejrival to Goa. Kejrival is not
Gandhiji nor Jay Prakash Narayan. He is just a sectarian leader of one sector
only, i.e. Delhi.
