The image of BJP in Goa is painted with black colour by the huge number
of Goans who have noticed the great injustice done to the people of Goa by its
late leader “Porrikar” who was purely an anti-Christian Chief minister of Goa,
worse than Dayananda Bandodcar otherwise Porricar would never dared to cancel
the Good Friday and St. Francis Xavier Feast day holidays. If our Christians
MLA’s under the umbrella of BJP had
Balls of their genuine and true Goan Christian fathers, they would have opposed Porricar there and then only and if necessary they would even
revolt not only against Porricar but against the BJP also. The voice of BJP's Christian MLA/Minister Mathanay Saldanha which should have been raised like that of a Lion unfortunately collapsed like nothing. All the Christian MLA's of BJP turned into cowards and now to rely on them further to any assistance to protect our interest and also of our religion's interest is making a big mistake.
Almost every contestant of this election said he/she wants to completely finish BJP. If this is the case, why they are contesting this
election in triangular and quadrangular contest? To my assessment only the two
major parties will have chances in the Parliamentary contest to get their
candidates elected while the remaining will be of no use, they will only split
the votes since they know well that their chances to get elected is Zero. If
they do not want theirs and Goa’s opponents to win the forthcoming election then
they will withdraw from the contest even at this late hour to avoid splitting
of the votes that will increase the count of their opponent. The purpose of
this election is to prevent BJP from coming to power again, hence it is
imperative to support the major party capable to defeat BJP.
Different parties
fighting against their common enemy are surely going to lose. For this the only
remedy is for the voters to ignore those who contest only to show their
presence and vote out the worst communal party by voting the best secular party
that will support the minorities who are living in fear. Such a fear was never existed in Goa because
we were accustomed to live like one
family comprising members of all the three religious communities namely: Hindus, Christians and
Muslims. The invasion of Goa by the "chor" like Indians opened our doors to communal minded people from outside Goa who instigated our secular people to act
communal. And the result now is what we see.
I request now to those
candidates knowing their chances are remote they should withdraw in favour of a
secular party candidate. Otherwise, all these parties and their
candidates will be solely responsible to bring back the old communal forces. Some of the spokesmen of their political parties are in their speeches openly and loudly say that they are surely to win the coming election. But I feel and request the voters to ask explanation from them on what basis they made their statements saying they will win the election? These candidates are the most stupid and idiot and that they are so they issued statements that they will this election.
