CONGRESS SHOULD DISCARD CORRUPT CANDIDATES.

That Mr. Luzinho Faleiro the president of Congress Party in Goa has decided to quit election contesting politics and concentrate only on the development of the party is a good decision.  However, if he took this decision only on the advice of Sonia Gandhi or after getting convinced that his chances in his own constituency Navelim and even elsewhere in Goa are Nil, will have to be ascertained.  This decision of Luizinho Faleiro looks more or less like that of Kamaraj Plan and as such I can rightly dub it as Luzinho Faleiro Plan.

 

 

I know Luizinho Faleiro from the time he changed from Congress Party to Goa Congress along with Dr. Willie, Tomazinho Cardoso and others.  His love for Goa and Goan causes is unquestionable but will he be able to succeed in his mission with the current crook, revengeful, arrogant, selfish and corrupt Congressmen around him as we have one below my nose?  I doubt very much.  Since the ouster of his predecessor John Fernandes,  Congress Party in Goa has lost much of its shine and credibility.  John Fernandes made it clear thru his actions against some corrupt Congressmen that Congress will not entertain corrupt persons in its fold thereby sending a clear signal that Congress was underway to rejuvenate.

 

 

However, since Luizinho Faleiro taking over the party reins the feeling one gets is totally different.  If Congress party in Goa wants resurrection from the grave then Luizinho Faleiro must immediately declare openly and loudly that there is no place in Congress for the traitors, old guards and defeated candidates to contest the next election.  Congress Party’s monopoly is rested not on to the shoulders of Congress Low Command and High Command from Panjim and Delhi respectively. Luizinho Faleiro must not ignore the opinions of the genuine Congressmen who are responsible to vote for Congress candidates.  Last time the feelings and opinion of genuine Congressmen were ignored resulting in heavy defeat for Congress candidates who should in no way be re-nominated unless Luizinho Faleiro wants to fail himself in his new mission and also fail the Congress Party.

 

 

It is my sincere wish to see Luizinho Faleiro succeeds in his Plan for reviving the Congress Party prospects but to attain this success he must take into confidence the opinion of the hard core Congressmen who should not be bypassed in selecting the suitable candidates to contest the next election.  It is a hard fact that some candidates with the help of the money power collected thru corrupt practices, pour crores of rupees into the pockets of the High Command Babus to dole them the election tickets because under Congress culture election tickets are become saleable commodity to the highest bidders. Luizinho Faleiro must give a feeling that money power will not play the role in doling out the election tickets.  The High Command is so crazy after money that even at the last moment it will change its stand against the appropriate candidates and give the election tickets to the highest bidders.  For this reason Congress lost miserably in Goa in the last election. 

 

 

In my constituency which till recently was the strong citadel of Congress Party, the candidate representing Congress Party in the next election should be the one who is known to live a humble, polite, simple, moral and non-revengeful life.  We in our constituency will surely oppose any candidate who is corrupt and known to take bribe, hafta and live an immoral life.  Luizinho Faleiro should now take maximum care while selecting the Congress candidates who should not be imposed on the people.

MESS IN GULF GOANS HOTELS CO.

 It is 6 months now that the 34^th Annual General Body Meeting of Gulf Goans Hotels Company was held in Panaji at Hotel Mandovi where election for the Board members was held.  Since this election gave defeat to the important members of the WC (Wilson Coelho) panel, this panel of WC refused to accept the verdict of the Share holders gracefully and to turn this verdict upside down illegally,  played a sort of rigging game but opponents put a check on the dirty move of WC panel.  This matter finally was put into the hands of ROC (Registrar of Company) who will be the final authority to decide.  The WC panel even brought a special lawyer from Bombay  to fight for them in front of the ROC but nothing worked in favour of WC panel. However, it is not disclosed who paid the hefty fees for this lawyer. At an appropriate time this issue has to be raised appropriately by the appropriate persons in the Board.

While this issue is still in the hands of ROC for the final verdict, the Board remained non-functional leading to the messy situation in the Hotel Goan Heritage.  Justine as de jure Chairman of the Board and WC as de facto Chairman, Hotel administration and other activities are controlled by both these gentleman who are also remote controlled by Wilson Rodrigues the defeated candidate in the last Board election.  Since WC wants Rodrigues in the Board, WC is playing all the dirty tricks to bring Rodrigues inside thru the back door.  He thinks he is the whole and sole of the company when his contribution in this company is not something extraordinary.  If this company came into existence and developed it was only because of its initiator Vincente D’Souza and first Chairman Flav Pimenta backed by all the Board members. WC is shamelessly taking credit for himself for the efforts put in by others.

It is dangerous to trust and rely on WC because his past record in Kuwait was very bad.  He is very destructive man responsible for the destruction of one old Goan Association known as Kuwait Goans and also responsible for the calamities in Goan Welfare Society-Kuwait whose huge fund he tried to swallow for himself and his other two colleagues. He was known to have duped Kuwait Goan Evacuees in 1991 with a huge amount of money with a false promise to take them back to Kuwait after the liberation of Kuwait.  Besides, in Kuwait he was publicly humiliated for trying to have sex forcibly  with one Kuwait Goan young girl. 

Recently, the company has issued the 4^th Newsletter which was signed by Justine Fernandes as Chairman but surprisingly it is also signed by the WC as “Chairman, 34^th Annual General Meeting”.  It is wrong on the part of Chairman Justine to allow WC to sign such an important company document when WC is only a Board Member in the company.  If unnecessary liberty is given to WC of course illegally then there is every possibility for him to grab the whole hotel for him only because he is genius in cunningness. For this reason all the concerned members of the Board and Shareholders must clip his dirty ambitions immediately by calling a meeting  of anti-WC panel that is more interested in the wellbeing of the company. Besides, all the Shareholders who backed anti-WC panel deserve explanation from their panel of  current status. 

 

During his last so many years in the Board WC has not contributed anything for the development of this company just like the Chairman, on the contrary both of them prevented the new energetic directors from creating better avenues.  Both are useless and both are shameless and as such they should be thrown out of the Board otherwise they will destroy the company.   

As it is, the Newsletter quotes having discussed the topic of leasing the Hotel to a third party.  This is a very bad initiative to take in the absence of the full fledged functional Board.  It is now imperative for all the Shareholders who are interested in the well being of the Hotel to devise some methods even by approaching the ROC to clip the wings of WC and Chairman Justine who is fit for nothing inspite of getting hefty monthly salary of Rs. 40,000/-plus Car and VIP food on duty.

At this critical juncture, the major Share holders such as Sam Alphonso and others must show their capacity to intervene and put things into order.  Mr. Alphonse and others who gave their voting proxies to WC panel should accept their fault to give their proxies to the wrong and cunning persons.  If WC panel was upright, it would accept the fair result originally declared in favour of Non-WC Panel.       

 

 

                    

GOA - THE WORD BEACON OF PEACE.

Warm greetings and wishes for 2015 YEAR of PEACE from Goan Gaunkar to Goan Family in Goa and Worldwide, and I take this opportunity to convey you my findings about Peace.  

 

World knows that Goans are sossegad, Portuguese word for “Peace of mind” labeled from Goan Gaunkari Republics system (Communidades) that are so peaceful that today are not capable to burn a bicycle tire where some others will burn, bicycles, cars, busses, trains, women, people, communities, churches, religious structures and become heroes of nonviolence with poisonous mindset blocking any development and change.       

                                                     

 

Also sossegad is used to label Goans as lazy for character assassination for exploitation of rich natural resources.  

   

 

The epistemology of word sossegad conducted on over five thousand years of existence of Goan Gaunkari Republics, included a book by eminent Goan named Flilipe Neri Xavier titled “Bosquejos Historicos das Communidades” that records that Goa was always conquered under different conquerors. “Goans will use Peace and not the Bullet to survive” - If the intruder was benevolent would sign agreement and pay protection fee like was done with Portugal for 451 years, if not would vacate the land and their daughters and sons will return to the same ancestral place like today the brutal intruder that in last 53 years is exploiting rich resources, conducting Silent Ethnic Cleansing in particular of Catholics assisted by migrants with voting rights, reducing Goans to minority to be extinct soon, is also forcing worldwide exodus.

 

 

Unlike any other indigenous in the world Gaunkars in Goa maintained the genetic identity/DNA associated to mother land so much “One can’t separate Goan from Goa and Goa from Goan”.  Anthropologists might correct me if I’m wrong that in my opinion Gaonkari are peaceful due to richest and fertile soil in the region that granted 100% food security essential to peaceful development of society like was during the Great Emperor Ashoka in Indian subcontinent. Gaunkaris are farmers by excellence with a governance for peace, happiness and development and never ever would commit suicide like is happening today outside Goa.  

 

 

 

Today Peace is Stronger than Bullet in Goa that is evident when during last 53 years of conquest not a single drop of blood was wasted on our mother land from brutal Indian conqueror that is exploitation rich natural resources and transforming from a peaceful and civilized nation Goa like a Little Europe into a brothel like it was in 1510 when the Portuguese conquered.                        

 

 

Ironically the massive military presence in Goa is obsolete that not a single bullet could be fired on Goans that are unarmed, like the school children of Pheswar in Pakistan that were massacred by Thalibans.

Yes, Peace is Stronger than Bullet in Goa and the Goan Gaunkari Republics (Communidades) are protected by the United Nation Indigenous Rights and will be registered as World Heritage.

The message is that “Goa is the World Beacon of Peace” and the New Year Resolution is to make 2015 Year of Peace for Goan dreams to become reality.
