SOMUDAI & DIIFFERENT CHRISTIAN DENOMINATIONS.

Among all the Christian denominations, Roman Catholicism is the most powerful one having its presence in every part of the world.  It is the best organized organization headed by the Pope based in Vatican – Italy and who by virtue of being the Pope he automatically becomes the head of the State of  Vatican though he need not be the citizen of Italy.  He is considered as the powerful head of Roman Catholicism and also the Political head of his State Vatican.  Its financial empire is very strong and also its numerical strength. 

RC Church creates openings for the laypersons to be of help to its members thru the formation of Church related groups in our villages, one such group is called SOMUDAI. It came into being if I am not mistaken about a quarter of a century back at least in my local Chuch, it was not in existence during my younger days when I was actively involved in the Church affairs.

Somudai is a Vaddo based group, each Vaddo having one Somudai, however,  if the population of one particular Vaddo is more, then this Vaddo can have more than one Somudai groups to cater to the needs of all the Vaddo people.

The main function of the Somudai is first of all to create a contact between the locals and the local Church headed by the Pe. Vigar to be helpful to the people of its Vaddo in spiritual as well as material aspects of the faithful. It also helps in the Church affairs to help the priests in the matters where they can be of help to the Church. The members of Somudai regularly visit every house in its Vaddo to find out if any problem they encounter and accordingly they put these problems in front of higher authority in their Church headed by the Pe. Vigar for the final solution.

In one village named “X” at “Y”  Vaddo two neighbours are fighting a court case for a long time now for a small piece of land and incurring heavy expenses,  both these neighbours are regular Church goers and recipients of Holy Communions.  One of the neighbours involved in this anti-Christian and Satanic war put this matter in front of their Somudai but like an impotent body manned by the useless people as it is existing almost in every Somudai everywhere in Goa, this Somudai is not doing anything to bring this matter amicably settled at least in the name of Jesus Christ who will surely dislike both the warring parties belonging to the same RC religion, going to the court. In fact, Bible guide us the Christians  how to go about in such cases. 

According to my information collected from reliable sources from different parts of Goa, most of the members of Somudai are good “Pamprelam”, they are least interested just like some of their “ghanvche Pe. Vigars and Pe. Curs”, in doing anything good for the faithful.  Most of the Pe. Vigars are not interested in doing good for the locals neither they are much  interested in alleviating the sufferings of the faithful. It is a hard fact that most of the Pe. Vigars in Goa are busy in somewhere else thereby denying their time to spend after their job of Pe. Vigar. They are busy in spending their time in the Church run Schools and Colleges.  Is it the job of the Pe. Vigars and Pe. Curs to do “Principalpon” by denying their time for their “Pe. Vigarponn and Pe. Curponn”?  Did  they become priests to do the secular job when they are duty bound to fulfill their priestly obligation of saving the souls from going to Hell?

In some Churches, there are big funds accumulated from the contributions of the locals to help the needy but in some cases  these funds are kept idle in the custody of Pe. Vigars who if everything goes well, these funds will be on one fine morning silently  transferred to Altinho and nobody will talk on this funds because people by then will forget this fund.   

Coming back to the two warring parties, the same party that approached to the Somudai for finding a solution for their problem, approached the local Pe. Vigar but like a coward and useless one  as most of the Pe. Vigars in Goa are, the most idiotic minded Pe. Vigar refused to intervene in this matter to create a peace.  On the conntrtary he is advising to hire a good lawyer.  See the philosophy of this idiot Pe. Vigar.  In fact we have most of our Pe. Vigars in Goa and even below my nose as idiots who are totally impotent to do anything worthwhile for the faithful.  Today we the Catholics  are suffering because of the useless Pe. Vigars and just because they are useless we are shadowed by the Believers and other non-Roman Catholic denominations that are all out to devour the RCatholicism.  Inspite of the danger of these Non-Catholic denominations looming over our heads, our Church leadership at Panjim Altinho is doing nothing.  As long as they get their  luxurious mode of living they don’t care for anything, so too our P. Vigars. Even if tomorrow our Catholicism uprooted from our land and replaced by the Non-RC denominations, they will  not feel anything because their contribution in the development and protection of RCatholicism is noting much.  If RCatholicism is reached to this high level today at least in Goa, it was due to the efforts of common faithful, great priests like Pe.  Agnelos and Saints like St. Jose Vaz and St. Francis Xavier.  The Bishop and the Church leadership so also our Pe. Vigars and Pe. Curs are enjoying their Catholic life it is only because they got this level of Catholicism ready made, they have done nothing extra ordinary to bring the Catholicism up in Goa because they are impotent to  do this.

These type of incidents of Catholics fighting against the Catholics are very rampant in Goa everywhere and it is regrettably happening in my own village too just below my nose.  It is a pity that many of these Somudais are totally unfit and useless to do anything good for the people especially among those who are fighting with one another and mainly when they belong to the same religion.  Disgraceful people are they who on top of it are regularly going to the Church and receiving Holy Communion, even twice to indicate how holy they are and regretfully they receive the Communion from the very Pe. Vigars who are  so well aware of the fights going on among those people. These Pe. Vigars are a curse on Christianity because they don’t want to do anything good for the people in their localities and because of these useless Pe. Vigars the Believers are mushrooming now all over Goa and because of the selfishness of custodians of RC the non-RC denominations are increasing and multiplying in Goa

These Non-RC denominations are doing a great job of helping the people not only spiritually but more than that materially which is more important because material poverty leads you to commit the sin which will put your soul into Hell. If our RC Church and the groups like Somudai do not become receptive to the needs of the weaker segment of our society in general and of faithful in particular, then more and more of our Catholics will embrace Non-Catholic denominations that are doing a wonderful job for the benefit of its members especially by helping their followers to pray for them to help them to overcome their troubles and of course not forgetting their spiritual needs. The greater challenger for Roman Catholics now will NOT be the Satan or Devil or Lucifer but the Non-Catholic denominations that are all out to devour the Catholicism, if not,  then at least create a solid damage to the RC.

GOAN CHRISTIANS SERVED THE CAUSE OF GOA'S FREEDOM BETTER.

This is to salute the contribution of Dr. Juliao Menezes in Goa’s freedom movement, so also of many other Dr. Juliao Menezeses whose contributions were ignored either purposely and or due to the lethargic attitude of the authorities and persons concerned  to investigate correctly and award the deserving ones.  Goan history is recorded not only in books, Newspapers and other such materials but also in Tiatros, Songs and Zagors too besides in “Xemaincheo Kannio” and thru stories derived from mouth to mouth.  

Dr. Lohia gained prominence in Goa then only because of Dr. Menezes who invited him to be his guest  and to recuperate because during the freedom movement of India he suffered a lot and as such he needed  rest.  However, due to circumstances existing then, the time for Portuguese to leave Goa was imperative, peacefully with proper understanding between Goa and Portugal as it was done in Pondichery or Macao,  to avoid the chaos we Goans are facing in our Goa now with the clandestine support by Delhi where our top leaders stationed in Delhi are trying to degoanise Goa and to diminish Christian influence in Goa.  The ruling party members are not capable to rule the Secular India because these rulers are parochial and as such they don’t understand the deep meaning of Secularism.  

Coming back to Dr. Lohia’s presence and active participation in  the civil disobedience acitivty in Margao, it is confirmed beyond any doubt that Dr. Lohia was never reached at Lohia Maidan. The preparation for that historical Meet on 18^th June was done according to my information,  by Dr. Menezes and as known then as firebrand  speaker, Dr. Lohia was to address this Meet. However, before entering the Maidan, Dr. Lohia  was arrested and sent to the border and deported back to Bharati land thru Maharastra that proved to be the worst State for Goans because Maharastra State wanted to swallow Goa and by doing so it wanted to liquidate the presence on this Planet of my beautiful Goa. My Goa then  was well protected by the colonialist Portugal and moreover the Portuguese government from Portugal treated Goan Christians, Hindus and Muslims very well giving topmost priority for their life security which is totally destroyed by the third rated Bharatis who are spread all over Goa now and who are shouting at the top of their voices that they are Goans and nobody can do anything to them.  Withh ths type of development in Goa, I ask one very pertinent question to Goans: “WHAT IS OUR FUTURE IN GOA?"     

The Maidan was named in Margao after him without even he stepping in there and moreover his monument was erected there showing him giving his speech.  Is it right to elevate him to that pedestal by ignoring his guide, mentor and guru in Goa, Dr. Menezes without him Dr. Lohia  would not be in Goa?  Why the contribution of  Dr. Menezes ignored?  Was it a conspiracy to downplay  the contribution of Goan Christians in Goa’s freedom movement and maliciously to dub them as pro-Portuguese? It is to be understood very well now that those Hindu fanatic Goans who have settled down in Goa coming from the neighbouring Maharastra with total Marathi influence and who were calling and abusing Goan Christians as supporters of Portugal following the invasion of Goa by Bharat on 19^th December 1961, were some of the firsts to get the Portuguese Passports to go to Portugal and other Western countries.

Many of the current Goan Hindus hate Goan Christians for getting converted into Christianity but they fail to realize that the current generations of Goan Christians are not responsible for what their forefathers given to them which according to me was the right decision.

NEW CD "MLA'S FOR SALE" BY OLGA VAZ.

One of the husband and wife pairs among the Tiatrists and in fact one of the best pair of Tiatrists currently creating ripples on Konkani Stage either on Tiatro Platform or in songs segment and in CD’s arena, is the  Candolim based young, energetic and lovely couple of Anil and Olga.  Her real name is Olga Vaz and she rightly carries the title of “The Queen of Political Songs” and that she deservingly carries this title is evidenced from the bravo she receives when Olga enters the Stage to sing her solos.  According to me, she is not only the Queen of Political Songs but due to her beautiful looks and elegant dress code she can also be called the “Beauty Queen” of Konkani Stage.  Besides, both the husband and wife couple being decent they are  highly educated being graduates which is a rare gift they are endowed with. Besides, Anil was the topmost sportsman as an athlete and foot-baller as well during his academic career winning many firsts in running.   

A few days back I saw Olga’s new Audio CD which is her third one and is titled very appropriately as per the “ordinar” discipline of the most “ordinar” Goan Politicians, “MLA’s FOR SALE” who looks like fathered not by their real fathers that is, the husbands of their mothers but by the “Ranvotti Male Animals”. I derive this conclusion of mine on the basis of their disgraceful actions which is so shameless that it puts them not only into total shame but even their families.    By listening to the songs in this CD which is in circulation in Goa all over and also abroad, all the concerned MLA’s involved in this type of prostitution, I am sure they will commit suicide. But prostitute is a prostitute, she is not having shame and because it is so she does the prostitution. In fact this type of politicians and MLS’s on sale have converted Goa into a political Brothel and those who are voting them to power are their best customers some of them as per my information are supplying their Mothers, Sisters  and Wives to these politicians  in exchange of monetary gains. 

Are we worthy of the privilege of Democracy? Do we know to vote correctly? According to one political scientist Prof. Laski, “to get the success in the democracy we must first educate our masters and who are our masters? They are none other than our electorate who vote for our candidates.  Unless we educate them to make the correct choice we will never get good candidates elected thus electing all the “Rostad” only who ultimately will sell themselves like a commodity in the Market.  These anti-Goan rascals have spoiled the greatness and beauty of democracy. 

I admire the Queen of Political songs Olga Vaz who is doing a wonderful job even by  being a female and contributing her efforts to raise her singular voice against the political corruption going on in Goa and thereby minimizing the political corruption.  If it was not for her efforts to oppose the corrupt politicians along with her other Konkani Stage artiste colleagues, the situation would have been far worse.

This CD consists of 12 excellent songs rendered by different singers but the best ones are detailed here below. However, Olga and Anil stole the major show and all these songs with the exception of two are composed by Anil for which he deserves highest marks.

 The disgracing of the salable MLA’s starts with the first title song itself  rendered by Olga Vaz with her normal fury indicated thru her expression.  In this  song  she leaves no stone unturned in disgracing the “Ranvotti” MLA’s for committing the “Ranvottponn” by offering themselves for sale.  Her major tirade thru this song she directs mainly on that bloody “kalcho porcho potto” the Sataricho Jr. Ranno who will make his wife as “Rann” because when you commit sin again and again againt the society, the result is going to be the death either forced as came on Saddam Hussein or natural thru grave sickness like that of Parrikar. Jr. Ranno is acting too smart because he was brought up at home as a king with all the lavish facilities.  And since this is so he wants to live his life in perpetual luxury for this reason like a bloody crook he left Congress and joined BJP.  See the  confidence that he had in his Ghantta-Boil type of voters. In this song Olga Vas neither spare Madkaikar, Davlikar and all other crook “Kars”.

In the second song “Dhaulikar Malun” a duet by Anil-Olga, they both tear Dhaulikar into pieces for telling Portuguese Premier Antonio De Costa during his goodwill visit to India and Goa two years back to apologise to Goans for the sins Salazar regime committed on Goans. This bloody idiot Dhavlikar who does not know the politics of Portugal then he must know that the people like Antonio de Costa were never the supporters of Salazar regime, in fact their group and his colleagues have also suffered persecution from Salazar just as many of our freedom fighters suffered. They were in Portugal fighting to eradicate Salazar’s dictatorship while we were fighting to overthrow the Portuguese regime in Goa. 

The Third song “Dhorm” a solo of this CD was rendered with her very sweet and charming voice by the renowned majestic singer and  popular Stage artiste Roma in which she narrates a pathetic story of how because of different religious belief innocent people are made to suffer.  It is worth listening to this song because of the appropriate delivery with sombre  tone    

The next song “Michael Lobo V/s Lamani in which Olga again tears Micahel Lobo into pieces for supporting Ghanttis and Lamanis.  In this song she accuses Lobo very much.

The next song a Trio by Anil – Tony de Ribanda – Benny where they find fault with Vijay Sardesai another “Maldisaum” of Goan political scenario where he proved to be the most disgraceful politician.  His political gimmicks brought not only a shame on those few nuts supporting him but also on his family and caste background.  This is  the quality of these crook Brahmins that we see.  Some of these Brahmins till very recently were boasting of their caste status as the caste of upright people but now people must know  that even the Harijans do not keep them close to their shadow because so dangerous they are especially the “Horizontal” ones of the type of Mahatmah Ghandi killer.  In this song they sucked Vijay for equating Parrikar with Jesus Christ.  See how ignorant and stupid Vijay is.  This man by being a perfect psychopath will lower himself to any ebb. See how disgrasceful this traitor is who is  equating disgraceful and sinful Parrikar with Jesus Chris.

The other song that deserves admiration is a Duet “Jesuchi Mae” by Roma and Tony de Ribandar where they strongly criticize those Christians disrespecting "Saibinn Mae". Very interesting song worth listening and admiring. Those who are blindly embracing Non-Catholic denominations must listen to this song and stop simply waging a Indo-Pak type of war against "Saibinn Mae" because of the adoration of Saibinn Mae.

The other interesting song a Duet “Fr. Conceicaocho Xermao” by Anil & Olga in support and in praise of Fr. Conceicao. It  is a  very bold song and full of informative matter.   In this Duet they totally humiliate Parrikar for trying to punish Fr. Conceicao who was absolutely right in educating the faithful whom to vote. 

The remaining songs are also worth listening such as solos “New Generation”, “Udta to Budta” and Rano v/s Toilet by Benny de Aldona, Rizby and Olga respectively.
