Release of 15 British Marines.

RELEASE OF 15 BRITISH MARINES.

As expected finally the truth has been disclosed by the released 15 British Marines. As it was done earlier by Saddam Hussein’s regime when two of the captured Western Pilots during the liberation war of Kuwait were forced to speak in favour of Iraq so too Irani regime did exactly in the similar manner for the 15 Marines. During the latest press conference, some of the released service personnel from Britain clearly disclosed how ruthlessly and cruelly they were treated by the Irani regime during their few days of ordeal in Irani prisons. According to their version, the British navy vessel was in the Iraqi waters from where they were forcibly taken away by the heavily armed Irani servicemen. All the British Marines confessed openly and freely that what they earlier said while in detention in Iran was forced confession on them by the Irani authorities. Blindfolding them, hand bound from behind and forced towards wall with gun point from behind and keeping them in solitary confinement was an undeserved punishment for these 15 British Marines who were forcibly kidnapped by the Irani coast guard personnel. United Nations and other international agencies looking after such issues must put an end to this type of militant action as committed by Iran, by demarcating the waters properly. Otherwise Iran will play its game once again for the third time against British.

The actions of Irani Government enacted thru the briefing and hand shaking with the released Marines by the President of Iran is just a piece of drama done to fool the world. Iran said Britain apologized for its action while in his press briefing Tony Blair absolutely denied it and I believe Tony Blair and whatever British Government and released Marines said because they are more truthful. Iran said the released 15 British Marines were forced by their Government to change their earlier version they expressed in Iran but what they confessed in Iran was at gun point and as such it was a coerced version.

I admire British diplomacy in handling this issue and I feel pity for the cowardice attitude of Iran of condescending so easily and so quickly without receiving heavy pressure. Irani President in his briefing on the release of 15 Marines said that in view of the marking of birthday of Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) and also in view of the Easter celebration marking the resurrection of Jesus Christ (PBUH), as an amnesty he is releasing all the British Marines. Well done Mr. President of Iran but worst done in the in the sense that in the name of religions you have lied to the world. By maltreating the British Marines and psychologically torturing them as disclosed by the released Marines, the Irani President has offended the religions principles of truth and compassion. The behaviour of the President while releasing the Marines was not a gesture of kindness but a piece of propaganda to get goodwill from the world. Moreover, presenting of three piece a suit and bagful of gifts to each of the Marines is nothing but a piece of “tamasha” undeserving for his high office.

To all my detractors I would like to inform that this piece I am writing in support of 15 released British marines and in support of British Government out of principle and not to gain any favour from any quarters. Neither to gain citizenship of UK. I am not interested in acquiring any other citizenship. My current citizenship is genuine and it is enough for me to take it to my grave. Those who say that some of my writings are only for gaining favours from some quarters to obtain another citizenship is the news from Souk overheard from people without proper identity.

Secondly by writing second time on this issue in support of British Marines I am not doing any favour on British. They were not my masters in India nor are they my cousin brothers. They have not done anything good to me nor any harm but I have certainly some admiration for them because they have immensely contributed in the development of the world including the oil finding in Iran for which Iran must be grateful to British ingenuity in this field.
