I wish to express my appreciation for the inspiring article on my late father, Carlos da Cruz. I also have to point out here that the third child was named after Nehru's mother, Swarup and the fourth after Lenin. I the sixth child have been named "Indio", which according to Portuguese grammar, is the masculine of "India".
