DEVINE PUNISHMENT.
The ODI Cricket Match between Australia and India scheduled on Sunday 24th October 2010 was cancelled because of wetty surface of the Fatorda ground due to Rain. Normally in Goa we don’t get rain during this period but unfortunately wet weather associated with rain spoiled the ODI. I think God’s Hand has played the role of keeping the wetty condition due to rain and thereby cancelling the ODI because God wanted to teach a very good lesson to Dayananda Narvenkar and his band who were responsible 10 years back to create total chaos at the same venue by printing and selling entry tickets in excess of the capacity of Fatorda Stadium. All the guilty persons for that disaster 10 years back are gone scot free because they used their political clout to get absolved of the sin called NARVENKARISM. In the eyes of local judicial process they are innocent but in the eyes of God they are guilty and for such guilty persons the punishment is “Devine Punishment” which they all got for their sin they committed 10 years back by putting innocent people into inconvenience.
The word Narvenkarism I coined from the Biblical word ONANISM which was Sex related sin committed by Biblical man known as ONAN.
After the last disaster 10 years back I thought Narvenkar and his band will retire from Cricket business out of shame but they have no shame because their culture is very bad. Goa is not a cricketing state. Arpora School was the only school in Goa during those good old days used to conduct Cricket tournaments. It is good to promote Cricket in Goa but not to create problems for Goans. Ten years back what has happened at Fatorda Stadium was unpardonable. Where Goan authority failed to punish the wrong doers, God’s authority punished. It is a good lesson for everyone who is involved in playing mischief by putting human life into peril.
In order to accommodate this ODI on 24th of this month the soccer ground at Fatorda was closed for football matches during the last so many months. Fatorda ground was built for football matches and not for Cricket. Because they are in power Narvenkar and his band stopped soccer matches there and finally what was the result? May be Narvenkar and his band wanted to repeat the same mistake like what they intentionally did 10 years back and since God can know their bad intention, God stopped the Cricket ODI by sending rain in Goa so that innocent people are saved from disaster. I feel sorry for the spectators came to watch this ODI, they had to return home disappointed. Many of the spectators were not from Goa but from neighbouring states.
By cancelling this ODI at Fatorda, Narvenkar’s influence and power will surely receive a jolt which is very necessary. Currently he is having unlimited power to do anything as he likes. Only God can take control of his power otherwise he does not care for anyone in Goa. People are become slaves of Politicians in Goa and thereby they lost their genuine Goan attributes.
